Location perfect. Amenities excellent. Welcome package exceeded our expectations. Host was welcoming and available if needed.

We were 3 adults and 3 children. The property was a perfect size (plenty of space for everyone), location (1 minute from the sea front). The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and the host very friendly. We are all looking forward to another visit in the future.

TV did not work unless on i-player. Heating came of its own accord! Fire alarm went off when toaster was not even browning the bread.

Great location, with a short walk to the beach one way and bustling high street the other, leading into Brighton centre. The apartment was spacious and clean with convenient nearby parking. Good comms from owner. We had a perfect family break.

We loved the location and the quirky nature of the property. The welcome from the host and the fridge full of delights including a bottle of Cava. The host sorting out a parking space for us was extremely helpful.

Decor and the friendly, helpful hosts. Lovely welcome gift too.

It got a bit cold in the downstairs bedroom at night.

Brilliant location, parking spot a 5 min walk away which the host very kindly arranged & ammended for us! We were also able to drop our bags easily beforehand. Beautiful flat, nicely furnished, spacious, handy amenities & all the basics in the kitchen (including a bottle of prosecco on arrival which was hugely appreciated! Xavier was also extremely accommodating with our check in/out times. We loved the bean bag room. A very enjoyable stay - we were sad to leave!

Very sensitive fire alarm! Xavier answered as soon as we rang though & instructed how to turn it off.. Not a huge problem just perhaps a handy one to include in the house induction for the future :)

The property was wonderful - great location, comfortable beds and very quiet at night. Xavier was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We had everything we needed and we are already thinking about a return visit. Couldn’t be happier.

As the photographs on the listing suggest this is not a standard rental property! The property is furnished in an attractive contemporary style with every room having an interesting or unique feature. We were met by Xavier who was most welcoming and had provided fresh flowers, and a complementary bottle of bubbly! In the kitchen we found that he had also generously provided fresh milk, tea, coffee and other basic provisions. As my son had arrived by car Xavier also kindly sourced parking permits for the on-street parking. The location of the property was perfect in that it was fairly quiet and within minutes walk of bars, restaurants and the sea front. As a family we have stayed in many, many properties but this is certainly one of the best we have ever found and with an exceptional host - highly, highly recommended!!

Living areas not that comfortable.

Although we didn't meet the host in person, Xaviar was in regular contact from the moment that we booked up until the day that we left, making sure we had everything we needed, advice on car parking etc. We appreciated the drink and goodies in the fridge on our arrival. We loved the funky decor, and was a great location close to the seafront, the high street full of independent shops, and 3 really good pubs.

The bathroom was quite small for a family of 4, particularly with 2 older children. The stairs were quite steep, and may be difficult for a family with younger children or less able adults. There was a TV but the arial was not connected. It would have been helpful to have had a clothes drying rack after the beach, or more places for storage or to hang towels etc.

The host was in consistent contact and was a smooth transition to meet at the house and exchange Keys. We got a guided tour and an added bonus was a cute little pub just around the corner.

Excellent. Host is great. Location is great. Accommodation was just perfect. We had a great couple of nights there.
