Very handy for Brighton Centre. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very clean & well presented. Room was warm on a very cold night. Comfortable bed and well equipped fridge.

TV very small and blind needs fixing so you can block the light out in the morning

location is great - just a short walk to the beach and Brighton attractions not much further, breakfast in room was simple but nice to be able to stay in bed, owner was very helpful and friendly, comfortable bed and nice fridge in room, Parking permit for a days' parking in the zone was a very reasonable £8

Very tricky to find a parking space if you go out for an evening drive - best to stay local and leave your car parked up. Unfortunately Brighton streets were a right state when we visited due to the binmen strike, rubbish was piled up on most street corners - so probably party time for four legged long tailed residents during the night!

I liked everything about the place and Sue, the host has put in a huge amount of effort and gone to a lot of trouble to make the Bow Street Runner a comfortable place to stay. My room was spacious, very well appointed with loads of facilities and the bed was very comfortable. Due to Covid restrictions this B&B provides a good quality Continental breakfast. The fridge provided in the room was a tremendous help and fresh milk was provided as well . The accommodation is above a pub which has very welcoming regulars and no loud music is played to cause any disturbance. 10/10 is the only score I can give.

There was nothing I disliked, would not hesitate in recommending the place and I very much look forward to staying there again. This place will be my first port of call for future stays in Hove.
