Location and value for money, breakfast was very good

Room location direct opposite door to floor, a bit noisy and didn't feel very private

Early access to room at 2pm was nice, friendly staff, very clean, matched the value I would say. liked having a desk to work at and the location suited my needs very well. tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge which came in very handy as the days and nights were humid. The breakfast in the cafe was very good indeed, breakfast staff also very welcoming.

I did not like not having air conditioning, although a fan was provided and windows open it remained overly humid for the outside temperature, day and night The lighting was dull and insufficient - old D fittings in main light - save yourselves money and improve customer comfort by simply changing to LED fittings. Bed OK but could hear springs when turning over, but couldn't feel them.

- Breakfast was good. - Location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach being just a short walk away & an array of restaurants to choose from nearby and across the road. - Staff were polite and welcoming. - Pleasant atmosphere upon entering the hotel. - Hotel was tidy and clean.

- Kitchen staff could have brought more hot food, pastries, juice & milk when they started to run out and had ran out. - Staff didn't reply promptly to my Whatsapp message and only contacted some time later asking if I had been attended to (which I hadn't). - Hallway by the lift smelled unpleasant for whatever reason - but the smell had disappeared the following day. - Once we had entered our room, we entered the bathroom to see what it looked like - and absolutely reeked of bleach that made us gasp for fresh air by opening the windows - it was definitely overkill. - No ironing board available and had to request one.

There is no hot water during our whole staying at the property (staff said it was broken on the day we checked in around noon time, and it didn't get repaired until the check out time of the next day. The soundproofing is bad.

La gestione delle camere andrebbe rivista. Non si può assegnare una camera ad una coppia in un corridoio di camere assegnate a gruppi di ragazzini. Da mezzanotte fino alle 3 hanno fatto avanti e indietro dalle loro camere urlando nel corridoio. Siamo riusciti a dormire tenendo la porta del bagno aperta e il vortex aspiraodori acceso che copriva i loro rumori. Mi sono anche stancato di uscire dalla camera per rimproverare la gente, le cose vanno fatte meglio in partenza. Al check out è stato detto e oltre alle scuse ci hanno detto se avevamo chiamato la reception ma non sapevamo fosse 24/24.
