Keys had to be collected and returned to a different location, not easy for someone new to find a different location.

I had to ring up at 2pm as the SMS text had not been sent with the pickup code for the key nest location.

Wonderful to have a little outdoor space. Super comfortable bed and sofa. Great household amenities. Nice and light.

I liked the location.

The flat was not clean - had not been hoovered - lots of long hair in the carpet Deterioration on the side of the bath and bathroom smelt damp Kitchen cupboard needed replacing!

The fact we had our own bedroom and bathroom

When arriving at the property we realised that we had to walk and find a shop where the keys where and for people that’s not from the area it was difficult. We got in to the property it was nice then things started to fall apart the toilet flush broke on one toilet so I was constantly being woke up all night by my friend who was in the other bedroom in and out using the toilet in the room I was in. Whilst trying to sleep we realised it was two single beds pushed together to make a double I woke up early hours the mattress was falling apart to the point I was falling in the middle of the bed. Went to sleep on the sofa bed then woke up sweating as the sun was beaming through the curtains were awful and pointless being there as they Shielded no sun. I also thought the price of the property was to expensive considering normal check in is at 4 and we had to be out by 11 so really we only had 1 day.

Good overall, little niggles with things like incorrect WiFi details provided, the check in tablet provided wasn't working (we had to charge it!), one of the toilet flush buttons kept popping out. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable and in a good location.
