The property owner is very responsive! The only thing that could make the place better is more smart TVs and window coverings in the Master to block the morning sun.

Good location. House sleeps plenty of people. Maintenance is poor. Beds are hard.

We enjoyed being able to have all our family under one roof to enjoy games, cooking and hanging out. Pool was very nice. Much closer to beach than expected.

This was a great getaway for my family and extended family. Loved how close to the beach it was and how big it was.

Everything was great, small stuff like faucets loose, clogged kitchen faucet sprays all over. Overall great place and extremely greatful for a wonderful time

Overall, the group had a great time. Plenty of clean beds and kitchenware to cook a few meals. Very close to beach and the community pool was a plus.

Location is fantastic. Easy short walk to the beach. Fantastic Texas State Aquarium short drive to Corpus. Ferry system extremely efficient with little to no wait. Only con was dead roaches and dead birds in flue of fireplace. We took care of those issues ourselves with no response from property manager.

Our second year here for 2 months. Great location. Ocean views. Very roomy. Tonya is very prompt to respond to any issue, often in just minutes. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Do be aware that all dining seating is on highboys.

We had a wonderful time. We did run out of toilet paper but that was an easy fix. We rented a golf cart and was quite surprised with the discount. Thank you for that. We had one with a foot boot and my husband and I are older so the stairs were a challenge but stayed on the main floor just fine. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Met all the needs of everyone and made the stay for everyone enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't have any problems. The rooms were the right size and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect house for a family getaway.

Our group of 16 had a great stay at this property. The host was quick to respond to questions, not only before reserving, but also during the stay. The property fit our needs, including allowing 2 pets. The kitchen was possibly the best stocked kitchen we’ve experienced in a vacation rental. Bed mattresses weren’t phenomenal, but adequate for a short stay. During our stay there was an issue with the A/C. The host was easy to contact and responded immediately. An A/C repairman was on scene in short time addressing the issue. Again the service and attention from the host was great. Location, location, location. This neighborhood is a favorite of ours and this property is located on a prime spot in the neighborhood, allowing easy access to the beach for those sunrise beach walks. Some aspects of this property are dated, but everything is well represented in the photos with no surprises, and the price is right. I do think it would be a nice upgrade to develop some additional ground level patio area in the rear of the property. This property is priced well, with a great host, and prime location. The pet fee was fair and no weird rules making you feel like you really shouldn’t bring them. All in all a satisfying stay.

The house was beyond our expectations. Many thoughtful touches. We will definitely return. Than you for making our wedding weekend perfect.

House was very nice we enjoyed our stay

Our family gets together to go on vacation in Port A every July! We stayed at this beautiful beach house in 2021 and we fell in love. We missed being able to stay in 2022, so we hurried to book for this year and are so glad we did. We love staying at this beach house. It’s big enough for all 16 of us to have our own space, while also being together. Has plenty of parking for our vehicles as well as the golf carts we rent. House is always clean and welcoming. Easy check in and Tanya is great at providing all the info needed, as well as getting back to you quickly if you need to reach her for any reason. We love Anchor drive, it’s so close to the beach. And this specific house on Anchor Drive is close enough to literally walk 5 mins (or less) and be on the beach! You can see the beach from the 3rd floor balcony!! There is beach chairs and toys in the garage, which is really convenient! House has all the amenities you could need, and the community pool & hot tub are wonderful! We love staying at this house and can’t wait to book again for next year! Thank you again, Tanya, we truly love staying at this house. We had the very best time!

Four families from age 65 to 11 months. Eight adults, 9 grandkids. This house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone including games of chase around the hallways and good places for hide and seek. The kitchen was plenty big to accommodate 3 or 4 adults addressing short order meals for the kids sitting at the bar. BTW, 3 coffee makers, if you need that many. Easy walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Lots of beach toys in the garage, if we would have known that many, we would not have brought so many of our own. Tanya was great!! She was very quick to respond to all of our questions. The outside shower was a great place to rinse off before going into the house. The new tile floors made it easy to stay on top of the sand and water that inevitably came in with the kids. The two brooms came in handy. The new outside staircase made a great staging spot for the large family photo. Parking was no problem. We put one mid-size car in the garage, and were able to fit two trucks, an Explorer, and two 6-passenger golf carts in the remaining driveway space. Definitely a 5-star stay. The family voted to use this place again on our next family vacation to Port A.

We had 3 generations staying at the house. It was close to the beach and we had a wonderful time.

Met our family needs for beds. Kitchen & living room a little small for 16 people. I was disappointed in the beach/water view. It was great to be able to use the garage & have room to park truck, boat, cars & golf carts. Close to restaurants was great. There were several roaches about every day which needs to be addressed. We would probably rent again.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and, like the first, it was awesome! There were 18 of us and it fit us perfectly. It's so close to the beach and that makes it even better. Thanks Tonya for answering all of our questions and helping us out.

Had a great stay at the property with my family. It was clean, organized and spacious. A 5 minute walk to the beach from the house made it the best location ever.

Tonya was very responsive during our stay. The house is great for a larger group and is super close to the beach! Would stay again.

We enjoyed our house in Port A on every level; it is clean, spacious, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of the beach. From the balconies, we could see the dunes and hear the waves crashing to the shore. Our group included grandparents, an infant, and all ages in between, and the house was perfect for us all. One special note: my father-in-law left his favorite pillow at the house, and Tonya (the agent we dealt with) drove to the house early Monday morning, found the pillow, and took it to the UPS outlet to mail to us. She went above and beyond, and we will definitely rent this place again.

Overall a great place. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It did smell a bit like mildew in the home. Otherwise it was a nice place.

This is a great place to stay if you have a large group and want a very short walk to the beach so you can come and go all day! It’s not fancy, but not run down either and has the basics of what you need. We tend to stay outside most of the time, so we didn’t need fancy. We chose it because it had four bathrooms with showers (decent water pressure) and they have a friendly pet policy which allows big dogs. We loved that this unit had a nice, large garage. Be aware that if you need to use the roll aways, the only place they would comfortably fit is in the master bedroom, which is huge. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning system. If the main floor is to remain cool, the top floor has to freeze and there are no extra blankets or pillows in the closets. The bottom floor uses window units that could stand an upgrade but you’ll get by. I should mention that the bottom floor doesn’t have closets which was inconvenient and the outside railings are kind of shaky. However, I would definitely stay here again if I have a large crowd and would recommend to others.

This is comfortable, clean house with ample room for 8-10. BR's were good size with comfortable beds. Views from the deck were great. We good see the ocean from many seats and hear it in the evening. Close to "downtown" Port A. Just a very short walk on a private path to the beach. The funcky, not to be missed Port A Beach Club is a block away. Kitchen was the most well -tocked I have ever encountered. Most every pot or pan and cooking utensil you could want. Plenty of plates and glasses for a large group. Tonya was quick to respond to my few concerns. It should be noted that all chairs and the dining table are high-boys.

We enjoyed our stay, we did have a small problem with gnats! But other than that we enjoyed ourselves!

This property works very well for our large family. It has close beach access. It is close to a very good restaurant. The only complaint I have is there were a few large bugs in the house.

It was good overall, place needs some upgrades ( new linens, kitchen pots, skillets, downstairs Bedrooms has window units AC not cooling properly. Dishwasher and some appliances were old and missing pieces. The house is very spacious and it’s perfect for big families. One thing we recommend is to come prepared with dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, since the supplies are very limited. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice, community pool is decent but not enough shade. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the short distance to the beach and pizza place. Excellent service from Mrs. Tonya always responding on time and very professional. Definitely will recommend it to family and friends.
