Thank you for a great stay in Avoca. We loved the downstairs room for the young teens and covered deck with large table for meals (even when raining). Proximity to beach and cinema were also fantastic. Beds were really comfy too. Thank you.

Seashells@Avoca is a cute little beach house. It was clean although a little musty smelling and could do with a little updating but is nicely decorated with comfy beds and everything you need. The wrap around deck really makes the house and was great for entertaining the family and relaxing of an afternoon. The BBQ was however unusable due to an ants nest and mould. While it didn't bother us, the driveway is very steep - my 79 year old mother did struggle to get up it. The location is perfect - very quite, leafy and private and only a short stroll to the beach and into town. The beach is dog friendly from the lagoon on - our fur baby loved it.

We had a wonderful stay, thank you. The accommodation was perfect for two families and two small dogs. The house was very clean, linen was luxurious. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

There were unwashed coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard. Otherwise everything was good. A recommendation to take mosquito coils would have been appreciated.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Seashells. It was so relaxing being in an authentic Beach House. Great location, we loved being able walk to the beach and the local picture house. We also loved having our dogs with us and they had the best time.

Great position-close to the beach and Surf club(great view of the surf). Well stocked fridge 🥳 Fab outside space for our dog. Almost had to pull out at the last minute but survived that scare due in part to the very reasonable nature of our host Will and a neg CoVid result. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at seashells. Close to the beach and Avoca surf club. Property very clean with a well equiped kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was so well equipped, loved sitting out on the veranda, easy walk to the beach. Great yard for dogs.. would definitely come again..

We loved the location next to Avoca Beach. The house is compact and cute with a great fenced backyard for dogs. This is all you need for a great gate away.

We had for a wonderful few days at Seashells@Avoca. The house was large enough to cater for our whole family, young and old, and the large deck was very well used. A great spot close to the beach and all amenities.

Confortable house in a great location. Close to the beach and other walking tracks. Communication was great and prompt. We had a great time despite all the rain. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and it was nice to relax on the big wraparound balcony. The undercover outdoor area was really big and nice too, prefect for the whole family.

Nice comfy coastal holiday house with all you need. 5min walk to beach and cafes. House was clean and well presented. Downstairs shower recess needs rewaterproofing.

Cute, original cottage with all the basics for a comfortable break... easy walk to beach and you could hear the waves at night. Hosts made us feel welcome, linen and towels were provided - good quality and freshly cleaned - lovely! And little bottles of shampoo etc were appreciated. Our dog loved it too! Rejuvenated classic beach holiday house in Avoca. 5 minutes walk to Avoca surf club/swimming between flags. About 15 minutes easy walk to Avoca Village which has restaurants, cafes, bottle shop, small supermarket and some boutique shopping (highly recommend Allmalay Malaysian - delicious!). The house is really well located up the hill but well protected from winds. Balcony and outdoor table are sunny and comfortable areas to relax looking out over the view (not an ocean view but still lovely outlook). 2 spacious light Queen bedrooms upstairs and a bunk room with TV area downstairs (has Netflix). Kitchen and lounge nice functional comfy and clean. 2 bathrooms. Excellent prompt communication with host Will. Thankyou Seashells at Avoca!

The house is just as described. A great verandah to sit and read and so close to get to the beach, cafes, etc.

Loved our stay in Avoca beach & home was perfect for our family . A few key winners - Comfortable beds & clean linens . Kitchen well stocked . Great bbq area. Enclosed backyard is a big plus . Location is excellent , very close to main Avoca beach club , and a short stroll to the main shopping area . Recommended .

A fantastic stay; easy check in and communication, a nice house well kitted out plus it’s just a short walk from the beach. Loved the hammock too!

The house was great for our three generation family and two large dogs. Nice and close to the beach, although the driveway was very steep. The house was well stocked-in the kitchen and also with books, toys and DVD's. Fans helped on the really hot days. Would book this house again. Thank you

Very handy to the beach. Had everything we needed for our stay. We walked everywhere. Our dog had a fabulous time!

The house was extremely neat and tidy and cozy, the location was terrific as we attended a wedding reception on the beach.We only had a 2 night stay but it would be perfect for a longer getaway.
