Best location! Right on the water near ferry Dock. Very easy to walk around the old town . Room was huge

Bathroom was very small and the shower does not have enough of a door to keep water in.

The Staff was really nice, and the breakfast was also very good

The rooms didn't have any storage space, when we were there they were renovating outside so it felt very claustrophobic, the hanging rail on the wall was lose and even though the rooms were tall they were still quite small without storage spaces.

Small room with a small window on the wall that give you the feeling that you are staying in the basement of an one-star hotel. No slippers. Stale rundstykker for breakfast.

The hotelroom smelt bad. We got another witch was smaller but ok. We had to buy the flytaxi. 750 Sek. and 720 Sek back to Arlanda. It should be in the hotelprice.

the single room at attic seems to be too dark. Not well lighted up. Besides going up to 7th floor is not accessible via stairs if you have big luggage and without any assistance from hotel.

Fantastic location right in the old town and across from the water. Close to all public transport, great restaurants and museums. We had a beautiful big room which was very cosy. The breakfast buffet was really excellent, one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The staff were really helpful.

The hotel is covered in scaffolding and plastic while they are having work done to the facade. We thought noise would spoil our stay but to be fair we didn't hear anything at all and we stayed from Thursday to Sunday. I believe there is no work going on at weekends. It wouldn't put me off staying again so give this hotel a chance!

The place was pretty clean, the mural on the wall was nice, the room was very big. The location was really good.

The hotel is UNDER RENOVATION. You can see from outside that a whole floor on one side of the building has about 6 windows covered with protective sheets to not allow too much dust and debris to fall on the sidewalk below. Having said this, the room next to ours was missing the floor and there were white carpets/sheets around for the workers to not make too much mess. Any star hotel under RENOVATION should not be accepting guests. We experienced a banging from 8-9 until about 16:00. This is completely unacceptable. Luckily we could retreat to some cafes during that time. A completely horrible experience. The WIFI was utter garbage too, the room was very spacious but the light was horrendous. Most light bulbs didn't work, half were white-blue light, like we were in some factory, the other half white-yellow as they should be. The TV was facing the MIRROR! There was a kettle but on the bottom shelf of a drawer, like super low down. There were no sockets to use, we used it on the floor. Beware of stairs, there are a bunch of them, almost tripped over some. Also to get to the room there's like a maze you have to figure out, and the hallways are narrow so good luck with big luggage. Fancy-flimsy hotel. The pressure at the shower was HORRIBLE. I can't understand this, other hotels in the region at a higher floor have much better pressure. We could barely get the shampoo out of our hair. Bonus, we left the Do not Disturb sign on the door, we came back and it was tidied up by the cleaning service. As far as I know, they are not allowed to enter under these circumstances. She did a good job though. A lot of noise from outside too, the windows were very poorly isolating it. So when we came back to avoid the workers, we could hear cars and people quite a lot.

this is an amazing old building with beautiful painted wooden ceilings and higgledy-piggledy staircases (forget any modern elevators!). the staff were amazing and the breakfast beautiful. the location couldn’t be better
