Great villa with lots of extras. Great location!

The check-in process was flawless - the property manager was always prompt with returning my texts. The house was lovely - the decor was very beachy, and the pool was wonderful! Lots of pool floaties were located in the garage as well. The location and privacy of the neighborhood were great as well. There was a heat wave while we were staying there (heat index of 112) and the air conditioner had a little bit of trouble keeping up, but it's to be understood. There are some cosmetic upkeeping things that could be addressed in the master bathroom and kitchen, but both areas were fully functional during our stay. The only troubling thing was the ant problem. We couldn't leave one crumb of any type of food on the counters or it would be swarmed with ants within an hour. The master bathroom had ants everywhere too. I did speak with the property manager about this, and he said he has the house sprayed every two weeks, but it was a bad season for ants at the time. All in all, we had a great stay. We went to some local restaurants and were welcomed warmly and the food was great.

We went from Germany to Vero Beach in July with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The house was gorgeous. Lots of space and exceptionally clean. Really everything you need is available. The pool was great! Perfectly neat and clean. There is also an outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. The house is lovingly and very stylishly decorated in a maritime style. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 10 minutes you are at the Beach. A supermarket is right around the corner (2 minutes). We would definitely love to come back. The communication with Jeff was great. He always answered quickly. We would like to thank you very much for the great time in our "Vero Beach at home"! Thank you so much, Jeff!

We were visiting a dear friend in Vero. This home was a convenient location to stores, restaurants and our friend’s place. The owners were helpful and the home offered plenty of room and all necessities.

We had a great time at this rental. We had our 4 year old and 4 month old and it’s. Very kid friendly home with a lot of added amenities such as pack n plays, pool toys, extra car seat, etc. The home was cozy and perfect for our stay. Thank you!

Clean, nice property, convenient location

This is an amazing home to spend time with your family. The house has everything you need. The beach is a 10 min drive. There is a Pharmacy and a Publix supermarket literally 1 min away which is always good when traveling with kids. We had a lot of fun in the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

I can’t believe I debated staying in a one room hotel room. I’m So happy I found this. This house was amazing. I wanted for nothing except maybe a box fan for my white noise. It was so well stocked, more than you will never need. It’s decorated perfectly. The master bed was so comfortable. It’s on the softer side which I love. The pool was fantastic for day and night swimming as it illuminates. I had no problem with ants or bugs. The cute tiny lizards at the pool are had my teen very happy. It’s only minutes to the beach and seconds from stores and restaurants . I absolutely adored everything about this property. The host responded immediately and appropriately to an issue with the master shower not getting hot. He wanted to send someone immediately but we chose to use the other bathroom as it wasn’t an emergency. The shower outside is a great bonus. Only wish we had a later checkout time because it’s a lot of laundry to get done before 10am if you use all the beds. I can’t wait to return!! A+ stay!!! Thanks Jeff!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, close to the beaches. The outdoor shower and pool is a wonderful feature after a day on the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but is in close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. A wonderful choice for a week away!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa as we had just driven up from Key West it was exactly what we needed to relax for three nights it had all the facilities you could require and the pool was very welcome

The home was great for our family. The kids loved the house and pool. The house was well stocked and had everything we'd ever need to feel home away from home. This is the third time we’ve stayed at this lovely home and definitely won’t be the last. They’ve even made upgrades since our last stay. I didn’t think the house could get any better but the addition of the outside shower was perfect. It’s great after a long day at the beach for getting the sand off before jumping in the relaxing pool. We can’t wait to come back.

This is our 3rd year staying at the property and we are planning to come again next year! Very comfortable and spacious with lovely, beachy decor. The pool on site was perfect to accommodate young grandchildren's schedules when driving to the beach for a swim would be too time-consuming. Well equipped for cooking with grocery, Walgreens, restaurants, etc... nearby.

The home was just perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool in November and the XBox; while the adults, enjoyed the spacious rooms, the conveniences of a home and the clean neighborhood. On our next trip to Vero, we plan on booking this place again. Thank you for all the hospitality!

We are in the process of looking at this area for retirement in a few years and make several trips to the area a year. The option of staying in a house is nice and actually ends up costing less than a hotel with 3 meals a day out. The house was ready and clean when we arrived, check in and check out were both easy. We did not have any issues but the few questions that came up over our stay were quickly addressed by the owner, never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a response. I highly recommend this property and we will be looking to stay again in the future. It was really nice to be able to come back to the house after a day of driving around and looking at homes and just be able to grab a drink from the fridge and jump into the pool for a while and unwind without dealing with other people like at a hotel. Well equipped with everything you need to cook meals and very close to the grocery store and Walgreens. There is plenty of stuff for families with children in the house and it is one of the best stocked places we have stayed when it comes to that. I hate seeing people leave bad reviews over things that they really shouldn't. Not an issue for us, but be aware if it will be for you: The house is clean and well kept and the rental is very reasonable for the house, if you are looking for a house that is remodeled and updated every year or two you need to look at places that are about 3 times the rental rate. The house is not very far from the rail line and Route 1 so you do occasionally hear traffic or trains coming through, not overly loud but you will hear it. The neighborhood is quiet and low key, we did not hear any noise from the neighbors except the occasional lawn being mowed if we were there during the day.

This is our second time staying here and we will continue to rent this home! It’s absolutely perfect for us. Well decorated, close to stores, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! The owner is always so nice and responsive with questions. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Thank you for another great week! Highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great time staying here!!!! Home had plenty of room and pool was perfect. Very convenient to local beaches.

The home is nicely decorated, but the beds should have been made up for us and the house should have been cleaned properly. I had to flush and clean the toilet in the master bedroom, and there was food on the floor and on the spoon rest in the kitchen. We couldn't use the garage, so my car was extremely hot every time my son and I went out. It was nice to have a pool, but many of the screens were damaged, which allowed the bugs to get in. After falling asleep on the sofa for about 30 minutes the night before we were leaving, I awoke to a nasty bite on the tip of my finger, which was extremely painful for the next 3-4 days. Both my son and I left, after staying for 3 nights only, with bites on our legs and torso, which we must have gotten while sleeping. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't stay here again. I don't like having to leave a negative review, but in fairness to those who will read the reviews and may consider staying at this property, I can't in good conscience say that we would stay here again. I stayed at 2 other Vrbo properties (1 just before and the other after this stay), and they were both lovely, clean and bug free.

We needed a place to comfortably hang out and visit as adults. There were great spaces for that, as well as the pool area! The location was excellent, convenient to everything we wanted to see and do! The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The house was very generously stocked with kitchen and bath ware, more than I expected! Lastly, the host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! It was a great 4 night stay for us, and we would rent it again, if the opportunity arises!!

I loved staying here, we had a great vacation! Several times my family told me that I did a great job finding this one. It was very clean and decorated nicely. It was easy to feel at home here.

The home was everything it was advertised to be! Comfortable but roomy. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Jeff the owner was super easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions almost immediately! He was even working with us on our possible cancellation refund due to covid. I would definitely rent this property again! Definitely made our vacation way more enjoyable! Did I mention this was our first VRBO? For sure will not be our last!

This is a lovely home that is exactly like the photos on the listing. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Clean, and in a nice neighborhood about 12 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the McKee Gardens that are a great place for kids to wander and play. Also nearby are grocery stores, pharmacy, and pretty much everything you need. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The pool was perfect for our group, warm and sparkling clean. Sadly, our stay was shortened due to COVID issues. We will most definitely return for another stay!! Highly recommended. Thank you for our fun time at your property.
