The property was clean and had great amenities. It was hard to get my child to leave the hotel to do other things.

Had a wonderful 1st time experience in Myrtle Beach this week. This was a last minute trip my husband and I put together with our daughters for their Winter Break. This one bedroom condo we booked was perfect and specious for my husband, his dad, our two girls and myself. The view was amazing and we loved the large patio. The kitchen had everything we needed and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Which is a definite plus for me. Booking was extremely easy and I greatly appreciate how simple it was to communicate with the owner when needed. If this condo is available in any future Myrtle Beach trips, I will definitely book again.

Owners were awesome to deal with, although property itself needs to be updated. Inside the condo was "like home" with everything you need for an extended stay, but outside property surroundings needed attention. Other guests didn't follow rules of no smoking and dont feed the birds and it was annoying when we couldn't utilize the extended patio because of higher level condos throwing trash, cigarette butts and bread down. We love Myrtle Beach and visit 2 weeks every year for Christmas.

We vacationed at the beginning of the summer and realized when we were looking at dates for next summer that we never left a review. The kids loved the unit, extended balcony, and water park and have been asking when we can go back. The owners were very flexible and extremely responsive.

This was our first trip since my husband became an amputee. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was great. The owners are so thorough with all information that we did not have to contact them directly, not even once. The staff at the resort we very accommodating and helpful. We hope to stay again in the near future. Thanks for the great memories!!

This was by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. They had such great and fun amenities. The room was super clean and accommodated a lot for a trip. This is definitely our new vacation home.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little place! Check in process was seamless. All of the kitchen items were already there. There are beach chairs and toys available too, which was nice. The resort itself was great for all ages.

Very clean and spacious. View was amazing. Only downfall, no fault of property owners, guests staying above you throwing cigarettes over their balconies landing on the patio.

The room and view were amazing. Having the patio instead of a little balcony was great with small children.

The resort was great, it had fun amenities and easy access to the beach. Check-in was easy. Condo was clean, had good sleeping options for 6 people. Comfortable. The only disappointment was not in the owner’s control, but due to the design of the building/balcony, you can’t actually see the ocean when you are “lounging” on the deck. You can see it standing on the deck, from the living room or sitting on the chairs at the top of the deck, but the design makes it impossible to see when just sitting out there on the de k chairs. Other than that, our stay was great.

Perfect amenities for families. My friend and I had a very relaxing stay and the beach was beautiful.

This was a very clean, comfortable condo for our family of 5! It had everything we needed. The owners and property manager were very helpful and accommodating. We had a large group that traveled together and stayed in 3 of their 4 properties and the owners were great about helping us make that happen!

We had such a great time staying here. The porch was so relaxing. Plenty to do in the resort with out leaving. Easy to spend a time on the beach each day. Lots of room for the whole family in the condo. Very comfortable!

It been years since we’ve stayed at this property and this was the first time using vrbo. Check in pretty easy, got there slightly before actual check in time so line was shorter and the front desk gave us parking pass, pool wristbands and keys (I was a little confused with this but you do still have to carry a key to get in and out of the pool areas - I forgot it pretty often and did a lot of standing around waiting for people to come in or out, the resort should really get rid of this at least during peck season). We did a LOT of laundry since we can not request clean towels from the front desk and all towels are white and not a ton of places to hang them so everyone’s towel kept getting mixed up, more hooks in the bathroom to hang or even different colored towels would have been great. ☺️ The kids cups, plates and silverware was a nice surprise we planned to buy paper plates on arrival and we did not have to, when traveling with kids it’s the small things! The beach chairs and umbrella in the room were a great added bonus we used these several days. The only “negatives” of the room were the balcony, we booked this room for this balcony specifically and while I did love the space of it with the kids (we also used it to take our annual beach pictures) the pictures do not show the huge amount of space between the end of the balcony and the building so when you are sitting on the balcony you do not actually get the “beach view” that you look forward to when booking an ocean front room. Still a great space I would just book a room on the 9-11 floor next time rather than the 7th. The entire condo was rather clean other than what looked like a prior guests sock next to the washer/dryer this area could use a little attention as with any unit in a tight space a lot of lint and things get dropped. Overall very nice, did not contact owners at all during the trip however my husband who always leaves something left our Firestick plugged into one of the TVs in the unit and when I reached out the cleaning person had already found out and the owners asked for an address to mail it back, we just received it the other day. Not an expensive item but very grateful for their quick response. Would book with these owners again!
