Treated my girls to a spa weekend. Brilliant stay, would deffo recommend. Spacious, comfy beds, a little cold in the lounge area, but host brought down a heater. Kitchen full of utensils to use. Sauna and Hot tub excellent. Thank you so much. Was so nice to have a change of scenary : )

We really enjoyed the beautiful views, vast stretches of gardens and of course the Spa - in door hot tub and sauna!!! Loved it! The owner was so nice and helpful - just a call away, and he gave us our full privacy too. Blissful and quiet area - lovely walks. Best place for a business retreat too! This is our 2nd time here....we're definitely coming back again and again!!!!

The property was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was excellent. The owner was lovely and was at the end of the phone if we needed them. Tiny picky thing needs mirrors in the bedrooms and maybe location of supermarket and taxi firm to use.

The apartment is spacious and the hot tub and sauna are such a great addition. The ping pong table and outdoor space are good to have and we had loads of fun staying here. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we’d recommend staying here to other couples and friends.

Really loved our stay here, allowed some good friends to catch up in beautiful surroundings with great facilities. Our host were present but never intruded. The apartment is a little gem. The hot tub is great, the garden is great. The whole thing was wonderfully relaxing and good fun. Loved it!! Thank you!

Enjoyed staying here with my family. Comfortable and spacious with some great additional extras to usual holiday let’s not too far from town centre and beach front. Would recommend .

Die Unterkunft kann man empfehlen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und nur ein paar Fußminuten von der Bahnstation Preston Park entfernt. Dadurch konnten wir unser Auto stehen lassen und bequem einen Ausflug nach London machen. Whirlpool und Sauna waren super, denn wir hatten typisch englisches Wetter und konnten uns dort wieder aufwärmen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut für bis zu sechs Personen geeignet. Ein paar Abstriche mussten wir bei der Sauberkeit machen und durch den Whirlpool roch es anfangs nach Chlor. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und kommunikativ. Das hat alles super gepasst. Alles in allen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Brighton.

We had a lovely few days here, the apartment is fab and the sauna and jacuzzi make it a very special time away. Close to Brighton, we took the train in which took 4 minutes. The owner was very communicative and helpful. As others have said, you can here noise from upstairs but this didn’t bother us at all.I would highly recommend this property.

Overall me and my family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, which was a fantastic site after driving 4 hours. The owner welcomed us and showed us how to use the steam room and hot tub. Once owner left I noticed sticky coffee stains on the coffee table where the bottle of prosecco was. I promptly cleaned it up. I also noticed someone's fish and chip wrapper was left in the trash can. Not usually a big deal, but the kitchen trash can is small and as I mentioned we are a family of 5. My husband also noticed an empty beer bottle outside our door and picked it up. Also, when he took the trash down he noticed trash thrown all about. If the owners addressed some of these house keeping issues, this place would of been perfect and received a 5 star rating from me.

Beautiful accommodation is set within a large family house. The garden flat is lovely with use of a gorgeous garden. Val and Pete are perfect hosts, very welcoming . Greeted with a lovely bottle of prosecco and super comfy beds, we could not ask for more. We did not use the sauna or jacuzzi however looked fabulous . Devil's Dyke on South Downs 5 minute drive away. 30 minute walk into town. The only small downside is noise from above when people are walking about. However understandably as it is a family home. Apart from that, a perfect stay. We would recommend. Many Thanks

We had a wonderful long weekend in this property and certainly hope to return sometime in the future. The garden was absolutely beautiful and my grand children loved it , the views were terriffic. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotbtub was great after endless walks around Brighton. The property was very close to Brighton which was handy.
