Wonderfull house in a beautiful garden. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful with a swift communication. Unfortunately all communication with VRBO was in Spanish: a language that I don’t understand. This should be in English.

Fantastic holiday spent in a lovely large house set in fabulous gardens. Everyone was friendly and professional and we were thoroughly satisfied. Would return!

What a charming and unusual place with such a beautiful garden. Juanjo was exceptional - kindly, attentive and caring. Could not ask for better. The cold weather dampened our spirits a bit but we have a nice stay. The walk down to Puerto centre is not too onerous although some may need a taxi back as it is alll uphill. Taxi not expensive though. Also there are some restaurants very close by. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We have 2 dogs so we wanted somewhere we could take them. The dogs loved the garden so much I don’t think they wanted to come home. The garden is a little oasis and is so quiet and relaxing. The walk down into the town is only a short walk, which we enjoyed, but if you don’t want to walk back up, a taxi is a bargain at €4. Alejandro was a great contact both before and whilst we are at the property. We will stay again next time we are in Puerto. Thanks

We spent four weeks at this lovely villa and the garden is stunning. It is up a hill but the views were beautiful.The villa has everything you need for a holiday. Our host Juanjo, was very helpful and nothing was any bother. Hopefully we will return one day.

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus mit großem Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Betreuung durch die Administration, schneller Mailaustausch bzw. kurzfristige Telefonate im Bedarfsfall.

Dejlig megen plads og forskellige opholdssteder. Der er altid solrige pladser i haven, som står smukt med blomster og frugttræer. Vejeret oplevede vi hver dag gennem 2½uge en del bedre end hvad vejrudsigterne fortalte, dvs vi have sol og dejlig temperatur til kjole og shorts hver dag. Både senge og de mange slags stole, sofaer m.m. er yderst behagelige. Der er meget kort afstand til 2 mindre udemærkede små hverddags kiosker. Turen til byen er fin og mange ældre tager turen incl min mor på 84år. Vi fik al den hjælp vi kunne ønske f. eks med gode svar info om lokale spørgsmål, som markeder m.m. Huset har egen stor p plads og der er nem adgang også med bil. Huset er dejligt, hvis man er til ro og stort sommerhus m have.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa de Alejandro. Estuvo atento en todo momento de cualquier cosa que necesitamos, y nos dio información útil sobre Puerto de la cruz. Casa limpia y en perfecta ubicación. Perfecta para dos familias de 4 personas. Para el bebe nos facilito cuna y trona. Recomendable 100%

Somos un grupo familiar de 7 adultos, 2 niños y un bebé que alquilamos una casa juntos para las vacaciones, en distintas regiones, desde hace 5 años, y esta es la casa en la que más cómodos y a gusto hemos estado. Está muy bien localizada, en un barrio agradable y tranquilo cerca del mar, el jardín es una pasada, está bien equipada (hemos podido ducharnos casi a la vez con agua caliente) y el encargado, Juanjo, es amable y efectivo (la información que nos dio era totalmente veraz) . En resumen, muy muy recomendable.

It is a really spacious house that allowed us to get two families reunited. We spent most of the day visiting the island and in the evening was great to come back and enjoy dinner and games in the house we spent most of the time in the fantastic terrace. The house is also very well located, within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the centre (Plaza del Charco) of Puerto de la Cruz. The way back home is more challenging as it is up the hill, but taxis were only costing no more than 4 Euros if you didn't fancy to walk back. The tropical garden was great, very well maintained, and we helped ourselves with passion fruits and papayas! The communication with Juanjo was five stars even if he was on holidays, and Rolando the gardener helped us with our every need. In summary, highly recommend this property, we hope to come back soon :)

After spending some time of our trip on the southern part of the island in a more sunbathing and pool manner the north has given us a great opportunity to discover the heritage, nature, and cities of Tenerife. The host has been a great help when it comes to discovering the city cuisine and gave great advice when sightseeing. Overall the house has perfectly fit our mood for the rest of the trip. The small minus is the small kitchen which didn't work great for us during Christmas food preparations.

The house is a small paradise with all equipments for the best time with family. The garden is very well mantained and "Rolando", the gardener, has been a perfect host looking after us. The property might need some small window fix in the master bedroom+ensuite bathroom but overall was very clean and funcional. We will stronghly recommend it to other guests visiting Puerto de la Cruz. We hope to come back next year.

Das Haus war früher sehr schön, aber jetzt ist es ziemlich herunter. Gästetoilette defekt, das Wasser tropfte darunter im Zimmer von der Decke. Hausmeister kam sofort, konnte aber nichts helfen. Im Garten ist nur das Sichtbare gepflegt. Fast alle Türklinken kaputt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden in 10 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt schön, wir würden dieses Haus nach einer gründlichen Renovierung, wieder buchen.

Excellent choice for the big family or similar group, if you want a spacious villa with a fantastic tropical garden, well suited by the gardener Rolando, and an outdoor lounge with grill, kitchen and bar. The kitchen is well equipped with amenities but a decent chefs knife is missing. Only con regarding location is, that access to the house involves a steep one way road, which does not suit difficulty walking people. We will be happy to return ...

Much, much, MUCH better, than you can imagine! The first impression was like "We will not even try to go out". Puctures don't give right impression on its size. Even before the end of our trip, we agreed to stay here again next time. Pros: - centrally located, around 10 mins by foot to the beach, shops, swimmingpool center and whatever you need; - 4 WCs, 3 of them with bath; - Private parking with garage; - Fully equipped kitchen; - Garden with an area to chill (grill, sofas, music, etc) - Quite place; - Big table in a central room where the whole group can sit together; - Apple tv, smart tv, bluetooth music and other modern electronics; Cons: - furniture is a bit old but fully functionable; - not that much light in the rooms. Propose to change light bulbs; - internet connection is stable on every floor, but throughput is not really good; - It's quite hard to go uphill with a manual transmission and by foot :) Stop looking for any other place. Trust me: it's simply the best place you can imagine.

Wunderschöne Villa - etwas in die Jahre gekommen - hat aber nichts von Ihrem Charme verloren:-) Wir haben den Garten und die Aussen-Küche sehr genossen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen...

Insgesamt tolles Ferienhaus in dem es einem an nichts fehlt. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte es etwas aufpoliert werden. Aber alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und ist dennoch sehr zentral gelegen.Der sehr große Garten ist ein kleines Paradies. Ein großer privater Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wer "Puerto" kennt weis dies zu schätzen. Die Schlafzimmer sind auf drei Ebenen verteilt. Jeder Bereich hat ein eigenes Bad.Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Gästetoilette.Wir waren zwei Pärchen und eine Einzelperson.So hatte jeder seinen persönlichen Bereich. Die Villa ist ideal für 6 Personen, kann aber auch mit noch weiteren 3 Personen genutzt werden.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Schade, dass der offene Kamin ausser Betrieb ist. Abends war es ab und an etwas kühl im Wohnbereich. Eine andere Möglichkeit zu heizen gab es leider nicht. Vielleicht ist es möglich in Zukunft eine Lösung zu finden, damit es im Winter etwas kuscheliger wird.Ein Gasofen wäre bestimmt eine gute Lösung. Im Untergeschoß gab es zwei Entfeuchter die gute Dienste leisteten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Ein großer Kühlschrank,ein großer Gefrierschrank, 2 Backöfen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Eine Spülmaschine sorgt für den Abwasch. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum mit einer professionellen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Der freundliche Gärtner kommt ab und an vorbei und versorgt den schönsten Garten in ganz Puerto de la Cruz. Wir waren 14 Tage zu Gast, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen bald wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen.

Durch ihn hat man diesen wunderbar gepflegten Garten! Er ist auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit und zugleich eine Art Hausmeister...

Villa is 10 minutes from the centre of Puerto (coming down the hill). Villa is clean, with charme. Oswaldo was always very helpful.
