Location, comfortable room

The hotel is manned by only 2persons. Because previous was full house the 2staff have to finish housekeeping before attending to front desks check in. Check in is at 2pm sharp. The receptionist said if check in before2pm the system will trigger a fee. The main complaint was reception desk was not manned. Then instead of telling us we had to wait because they were clearing a blockage in the washbasin we had to ask what was the delay in checking in. We were not happy because we were made to wait. Anyway the washbasin water ponding was experienced. We didnot inform them

Hotel luas & selesa untuk kami sekeluarga. Tandas bersih & besar. Lokasi strategik ke semua tempat makan yang berhampiran. Jalan tidak jem.

Cheap. Many food choices nearby in walking distance.

Only 1 key card per room. Can’t even make extra one by keeping a deposit. So if you’re going out, someone has to stay awake inside or the staff have to open the door everytime. The rooms are not soundproof and the main entrance door has to be opened from the inside by the staff everytime at night, if they fall asleep then will have a hard time.

It at the centre, very near to the city..

I like everything, but if they could provide a small fridge inside the room, it would be better… myb can provide to all the deluxe room.. it easier for a treveller like me.

The road is outside the window, and the glass has no role as a tomb. It is very noisy, and I was woken up many times at night.
