Excellent property. Very to close to the beach and other places. We had a very good staying at this place.

I was a very pleasant and satisfactory stay.

2nd time staying here. Just 5 minutes to beach including elevator time. Nice having a dedicated parking space. Also beach chairs and cooler are good to have. Any questions are answered quickly. The new gate touch key to get into the complex was great compared to last years normal keys. Most front desk staff were very friendly. Check in is a little awkward with a car as you have to send in one person (since street parking is usually full) to get them to open the gate for the car until you can get the opener from the room. Lots of dining close, and grocery. Corner convenience store & CVS have a bunch of items too.

Everything was great. The beach is very close by. Very good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The condo unit is very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, the building has 24hr security. The building is quiet and clean.The beach is behind the condo building. The strip has everything from food to pharmacies. I was very disappointed about the beach....the waters were very rough, we weren't able to get into the water.

It was good just no tv in the room to rest yourself in the bedroom and look at tv but it did just fine no problem and very clean would come back again to the condo

Although we lost power for majority of the trip. We had a nice breeze throughout the apartment with the screen door. Honestly the property was much nicer than it appears online and was very cleanly!!

From booking the condo to the check-out process, we had good communication with the owner. We felt comfortable and secure. We loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. The dedicated parking spot was a plus. Due to COVID precautions, there were no beach towels or basic seasonings in the kitchen cabinet. If you plan to cook you will need to bring or buy basic staples. During Spring Break there was a lot of loud music from vehicles passing by on the street, but it pretty well quieted down after 11 PM. We would stay here again

Location is great. Very close to the beach and on the main strip with restaurants and shops. Use of a cooler and beach chairs was a plus as they were already in the condo. Only negative is that the listing refers to the futon as being able to be used for sleeping but there there was no blanket provided for the futon. Only one for the bed and 4 pillows. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed at Gabriel’s 1 bedroom condo which was very clean, centrally located, a short walk to the beach and very close to the airport. Gabriel was very friendly and responded to our questions very promptly. The opening and closing instructions were very clear and precise. I would stay here again and recommend this location to others.

Nice Condo in a great location. Bed is more comfortable than mine. The futon got mixed sitting comfort opinions. Beach is really nice and just a few minutes from room including elevator time. Easy walking to food. Lots of the close dining is fast food, with a few better places around. TV stations are nearly all in Spanish. Grocery store was walkable and the room had a little walking shopping cart. Dedicated parking spot was great. Could do without a car, but we wanted to explore farther some days. Liked beach chairs, toys, coolers. Street noise can be loud, especially on Saturday night when they like to party. Elevator doors could use a little maintenance as they hesitate sometimes. A foot rinse downstairs would have been nice, though once we saw some people using the pool shower for that. It’s nice having a balcony, though it’s mostly a solid wall so you need to be taller to see over it. With the traffic noise and the view of mainly the office building above CVS, we did not spend much time out there. There are a lot of tiny ants around sinks, counters and table, but that is common for most of the Caribbean. We just brought Ziplocs or kept stuff in the fridge. Gabriel was very quick to respond to any questions.

Always a pleasure to stay and share the experience with family. Any questions are always answered and checking always a breeze.

Our Dec 2021 pre-Christmas vacation in Isla Verde PR was perfect because of Gabriel's condo. He has everything in the condo that I needed and so many things that I didn't know I would need, including beach chairs, suntan spray, finger nail polish remover, extra towels, as well as a list of suggested places to visit and restaurants to dine. Everything in the condo is well organized and easy to find like remote controls, keys, linens, etc. The best and most important part was the location of the condo...it's a 15sec walk to the CVS located across the street, a 90second walk to the beautiful beach and it's within walking distance of everything (the mini-market, Burger King, Taco Bell, Chili's, Stone Cold ice cream, Subway and Churches' Chicken). Of course there are lots of Urbers around to take you to the favorite other hot spots, like Old San Juan. The entire stay was just absolutely perfect.

The location of this property was great for our stay, as we did not rent a vehicle. We had a short walk to the beach from the back of the building, which was very secured. It was a quick walk down the street to the hotels that provided entertainment & a casino. We also caught the bus to Old San Juan from right in front of the building...so convenient and easy. The condo was very roomy and we also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, even though it wasn't an ocean front view. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to family & friends. Also, the check in process was very quick and easy. Thank you for letting us rent this condo. It was a great find!
