The hotel's location is excellent, a stone's throw from the fountain views extension to the Dubai mall. There were a couple of supermarkets, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a restaurant near the hotel. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and were very accommodating regarding requests for late checkout.

There was a problem with getting hot water to both the kitchen sink and the bathroom. This required me to contact the reception twice to resolve the issue, and it still wasn't fixed. The maintenance staff said they would look to get the problem fixed, but unfortunately, my stay wasn't long enough to see whether they were able to do so.

location - right beside the Dubai Mall, amazing staff, very clean and beautiful rooms, super quiet, gorgeous swimming pool and I'll say it again - the staff were incredible and a real asset to this hotel!!

- the most comfortable bed I have slept in - big room - very clean - nice staff - very quiet - close enough to dubai mall and Burj Khalifa but far enough so that the noise would not bother you

Great place to stay with kids. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with my two young kids. It was a great experience! The staff was the best part. So welcoming and kind. There is a grocery store and also a pharmacy within walking distance. The mall is a 10 minute walk through walkways so it’s nice and cool.

My only recommendation is that it would be helpful to have laundry detergent and dish detergent provided to us. I had to buy my own and it was way too big for such a short stay.

Great location within walking distance to Dubai mall and multiple grocery store options down the road. The staff were great and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff who managed to keep our apartment clean and tidy during the stay. Great option for families with kids, the washing machine was a life saver. Shout out to the professional valet parking staff. The swimming pool and facilities were great as well.

The breakfast was expensive, adults and kids are billed the same. Can be difficult to find the place at first but will get used to it.

There was a washing machine available in our room but no where in the hotel to get some washing powder. Which if you arrive late for the night is difficult.
