The property was beautiful, beds were comfortable, personally would have loved widow coverings on the patio door, and new ceiling fan, property manager very responsive. The property was centrally located, did i saw it was beautifully decorated, the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. We loved our stay.

My stay at this beautiful home was more than enjoyable! We came down to celebrate a birthday with 10 friends, and it was more than enough room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and everybody was able to have their own space. The walk to the beach was nice and the proximity to stores was great. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool as it was very calming. I would definitely book this home again.

What a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. We could not get over how fully equipped it was. From everything you need for the kitchen to all the gear for the beach, just awesome. Another great advantage of this property was, one call and a golf cart shuttle came to take you to the beach. Our family would stay here again without a second thought.

Great stay, well supplied home. Loved having enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Short distance to beach - neighborhood has a golf cart shuttle service that was a nice perk.

This house was perfect for a large family gathering! There is plenty of space for spreading out both inside and outside. And, the shuttle and shuttle driver that took us to the beach were wonderful and came quickly every time we called. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

There was only 4 of us, coulda slept 15. But great place, super nice clean and well kept

The property was perfect for a mini 40-year college reunion. The house allowed us to have our own space but there was also plenty of room to spend time together. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the pool area is great for those who want to swim/soak and those who don't. It's just a short walk to the beach and convenient to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Comfortable beds, private bathrooms for each room, great location, nicely decorated! We would be lucky to rent this again in the future!

This home was great! We had 15 guys for a golf trip and there was plenty of room and beds. EVERYONE was very pleased with the accommodations! The guys want to book it again for next year!

Loved the house! Fully loaded plus! We had ages 2 to 65 and everyone loved the week! The kids especially loved the heated pool! We’ll be back!

Overall great. Pictures make kitchen/dining room/family room appear larger. Still adequate, but a bit cramped at times for 13 people. Pool smaller than expected, but is completely shaded with comfortable seating for four adults. Patio has additional tables and seating. Beds were extremely comfortable. Attractive and tasteful artwork throughout house. Plenty of dishes/glasses/utensils/pots and pans. Easy access to beach via bike or shuttle and adjacent park. Ten minute walk. Air conditioning extremely effective.

We had a great experience. The house is laid out very nicely for our big family, with so many nicely appointed bedrooms with connected baths. My wife and I took three of our kids with spouses and our 3 grandkids. The pool was perfect for the little ones and the beach area is very private. The property managers were vary responsive when we contacted them. We would recommend this property and hope to come back again.

Good experience overall. Loved fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen well appointed and plenty of space for large group. Sofa and chairs worn…need replaced. Comforters cheap and feel like paper.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Overflow parking is so close it wasn't an issue at all. We had a slight issue the evening we arrived. But the property manager was great and contacted me within minutes to handle it. We will definitely look into staying here again if we come with a large group.

This home is quite nicely located on HHI. The rental company will be keeping an eye on the property... fyi! Our group had a great time, none the less. This property needs to communicate better. The front door was not secured with top/bottom locks. I was able to push the front door in without using the unlock code. I did correct the bottom lock while there but could not reach the top lock. There is nothing letting you know how to use electronics throughout the home or what to do with towels/linens upon leaving. They need a book or more notes on location. I have rented MANY properties and this is the 1st time I have had to reach out and ask questions from the rental company, yet they came by to check that we were following rules. Every time they responded to me they told me to check my app. The app DOES NOT have electronics info or linen info for check out.

Everything about this home was just what we needed. We literally only left the house twice during our stay. Once to walk to the beach and once to dine at Hudsons…. It exceeded our expectations and sitting by the pool the majority of the time was so relaxing. You will not be disappointed!!!! I’d definitely book again!

Shuttle was great, timely and were all very friendly. Wish it went a little later but was very glad to have it available. We were glad to have a drink fridge in the garage also especially with so many people. We had a great week.

Outside of that we enjoyed the house. Its a good area for big families with children. Closer to the beach then you might think. The shuttle catered to just the house in our area so that was nice. Make sure you call before 4:15 to get your ride back by 5...or you're walking, lol...which still isn't a big deal unless you have a lot of stuff. So many great places to eat. First timers need to go to Harbor Town, Salty Dog, Coligny beach, Skull Creek. IF you want a night for two with ypur best friend have dinner at the Jazz club...but book your first night there so you will get in. Also Scott's Fish and Market is cool, Crazy Crab too. Have fun

The house and rooms worked out perfectly for our17 family members. We used the shuttle to the beach a few times, but primarily walked or road bikes. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. The property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. It was a tremendous experience for all of us.
