Just the location

Dirty property lots of roaches crawling on the wall. The bathroom was so dirty. I'm really glad I only booked 1 night at this property.

The ambiance.

I was directed by Ms. Marife to a parking lot that is not paid parking. The guard just informed me when the real owner came. And by the time I got kicked out from that parking lot, the slot for paid parking was already full according to the security guards and I was advised to try to park at Robinsons, w/c is not ideal because of the distance, and I also had to try to talk to the security guard of Jollibee that is in front of Red Woods to use a slot that im willing to pay just to park my car at my own risk but the Sec Guard refuse since it is not really allowed and he might lose he's job if get caught, it took me almost an hour roaming around and see where I can park, I just wanted to spend quality time with my Kids to celebrate fathers day that is why I treat them a staycation on this place.. But it is not a good, relaxing and peaceful experience that I am expecting..

The location was good

The place wasn't cleaned properly, no instructions about anything, just handed the key and left. The place doesn't look anything like the photos, very run down , cockroaches and ants in the kitchen on the 4th floor. No instructions about leaving the property, so badly organized, we spent 20 minutes with a Grab driver driving up and down trying to leave the place, needed a pass to leave the complex, first time ever I have had to deal with this, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Location and security in the compound.

There is no vanity or full view mirror, wifi is very problematic. Had some issues in the shower.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was safe and only walking distance to malls.

There’s no hair dryer and iron on the unit which was on the list of included on the essentials of the unit offered.
