It was a large two bedroom. The place looked as if it had been recently remodeled. Plenty of room. And it is very close to all of the central Stratford tourist areas. Really within walking distance. The reserved parking space is a little further than the "next street". It's maybe a five minute walk each way. It was nice that there was ice already in the freezer. I was able to make more quite quickly using the ice trays.It also has a large eating/dining area. I think I threw the host for a loop by booking it only two days before arrival. The initial check-in information had the wrong code for the key holder. The wifi access information was also wrong. I received correcting information for the key code a day or so later. I had to determine the correct wifi information by looking it up on the back of the wifi unit inside the apartment.

Perfect position in Stratford for RSC & other attractions. Apartment suited ageing parents with limited mobility, & everything provided you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. Great communication with Lisa, answering all queries promptly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were very impressed with the size and comfort of the apartment. Also, the location for being in Stratford-Upon-Avon could not be better. The main part of the town and Shakespeare's birthplace are across the street with a pedestrian stop light just there. Other lovely towns in the Cotswolds are only a few miles away. Communication with the host was great and everything we needed was in the very clean apartment. Highly recommend this place for a stay in the Cotswolds.

Returned for a second year - I think that says everything!

This great flat was just steps away from Shakespeare's Birthplace - we could see it from our front step! We could shop, dine and immerse ourselves in all things Shakespeare without need of any transportation.

Excellent location for Stratford

This is a really beautiful and comfortable property, in a perfect location, with so much thought having gone into design and comfort. It's so difficult finding level, ground-floor accommodation for people with mobility problems in Stratford, and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Lisa was a delightful host, and any little problems were sorted out right away. One small suggestion ... it would really help having the instruction manuals for things like the oven available in the otherwise very comprehensive property handbook! Thanks for a delightful stay.

It was a very clean and spacious place to stay, kitchen was lovely and very well equipped, Bedrooms very nice and comfortable. All amenities there. Washing machiene Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, etc. I would recommend staying there.

The apartment was very nice in a great location... just steps from Shakespeare's birthplace, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location. 5 minutes walk from the centre of Stratford on Avon. The flat was spotless, stacks of storage, great kitchen with everything that you could need to stay for a day or a year. Comfortable, warm and with parking right outside the front door. Really comfortable bed, stacks of fluffy towels, I could go on but by now you will have the picture. Excellent place to stay. 😊

A spacious, ground floor apartment in a central location. Quiet. Well equipped. Owner had added some nice seasonal decorations.

Couldn’t have been any closer to Stratford upon Avon’s town centre, less than five minutes walk away. The apartment was so much larger inside, than it looks from the outside. Clean and tidy, everything we needed for our stay. Liza is a wonderful host, the apartment was decorated for Christmas, she let us park on her driveway, which is a short walk from the apartment, as parking there can be difficult. Highly recommended, if you are coming to Stratford, this is the place to stay.

This property is a ground floor apartment and so all the accommodation is easily accessible even for those with mobility problems. The location is central to the town and all its attractions, yet only a short drive from some beautiful rural locations. Apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable and instructions for everything are contained in an information folder. Would definitely recommend. and book again.

We had a fabulous stay. The property is perfectly situated to the town centre and theatre. It was very clean, warm and had everything necessary for a holiday rental. Would definitely like to return.

From start to finish everything was great even when covid forced us to change our original dates. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely, very spacious with everything you could possibly need. Would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent location. We were there during a heat wave . We asked the owner for fans and she brought 2 for us. The fans were a lifesaver.

A great little place literally a stones throw from Shakespeare’s birthplace in the heart of Stratford. We visited to see a Henry VI Parts 2 & 3, so being within easy walking distance of the RSC was important. Despite it being a very busy bank holiday weekend it was quiet in the accommodation. It doesn’t look much from the outside, but inside it was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you need, with a small walled area were you could sit outside. Moreover, it was very reasonably priced and easily booked through vrbo.com. We came by train (unless you’re venturing outside Stratford a car is unnecessary) so being only a 15 minute walk from the station was also useful. Overall it was excellent and we would definitely use it again.
