This was an incredible experience for my family and friends. The property was well located for going to games and for going on hikes. There were grocery stores nearby to supply and a great grill for outdoor cooking. It was unusually cool the week we were there but the heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace made it so we could enjoy the outside activities of morning coffee or swimming in the afternoon/evening. There was a game room downstairs that provided some fun times with our children and grandkids

Owner canceled my stay at 10pm the day before a group of 11 of us who were all flying in the from the east coast the next morning. Vrbo did not answer any panicked phone calls at 10pm as I was trying to find an alternative place to stay for my bachelorette party. Awful experience, awful customer service and zero accountability from the owner. I will never book with Vrbo again as I had to find another house to say last minute.

The house was even better than expected~ We had space for everyone to congregate comfortably, either inside or outside. We had plenty of sleeping space and playing in the game room at night was just an added bonus. We were close enough to old town Scottsdale and some sightseeing areas that we wanted to explore. The host was quick to respond when we had some questions that needed to be addressed. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving gathering with family flow as flawless as it possibly could!

inside is simple but just what we needed. I'd stay here again- Will need to Uber/drive everywhere, but that's the trend in Pheonix. I'd recommend to a friend

Myself and 10 of my girlfriends stayed at this property for a bachelorette weekend. The house was absolutely perfect! Our host Daniel even sent us champagne seeing that we were a bachelorette group! There is a huge main living space/kitchen with tons of seating to hang out in. The rooms and beds were all very clean and comfortable, and there were tons of towels which is a huge bonus. The backyard and pool area was beautiful, the fake turf is a such a great touch. The house is only about a 10 minute Uber to Old Town Scottsdale, and there is a grocery store and coffee shop only about a ten minute walk away! I would recommend this house for any bachelorette parties coming to Scottsdale! Thanks again Daniel and Alex!

Check in was easy. Property was ready early. No issues during our stay and checkout was a breeze.

House was exactly what we needed! Great layout inside, and a beautiful backyard! Plenty of beds, linens and a perfect location, local to many popular attractions (quick uber rides). Owner was very responsive and accommodating for our group of 12 girls.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend for my friend - 13 people total. The house was in a great spot for restaurants and night life. The backyard space was spacious and private. Beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us. Daniel was beyond helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time, both at the house and in a Scottsdale. Communication between the hosts was excellent. Very glad we chose this property and cannot say enough nice things about the hosts. Thanks again!

Nice Place, a little dated outside around the pool with chipping concrete, but overall great for the adults and older kids. Great game room, plenty of bed rooms, and baths. Nice location and great supply of things needed for the vacation.

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The home appears quite a bit larger in the pictures than it is in person, which was a little disappointing. However, the host did make up for it and was extremely accommodating to all of our needs.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was funky and different and a lot of fun. You won’t get bored hanging out at this house.

There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms in the house. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the house and pool felt clean. We enjoyed the backyard/pool area during daylight hours; however we were disappointed that in the evening and early morning there were biting insects (mosquitos?) that invaded the area and we could not enjoy the outdoors after dusk. There are 4 bathrooms and it was nice that soap/shampoo/TP are provided but there was only one hairdryer and zero boxes of tissues. There were some bonus kitchen spices, foil, coffee filters (offered a great brewed + k-cup machine) but it was lacking microwaveable (non-plastic) dishes/bowls and there was no cookie sheet. In the main living room, anyone who did not fit on the sectional had to pull in a counter hight stool for seating, which was not great for longer conversations or watching a football game. The host was responsive when when our code did not work on the door; he resolved the program on the spot, remotely. Overall the finishes were what I would expect in a flip. I would recommend this house as a guys pad for a group that wants to use the gambling/card playing area of the basement, pingpong outside, etc. For our group of women, we would have appreciated more high-end/premium furnishings/finishes for the price. One final note -- after we received our "final price" and decided to book, this property required a significant cash deposit against any damages or an additional fee to purchase an insurance plan. I did not like that this requirement was not disclosed until after we were in the booking process. Perhaps this is a VRBO thing, (mostly I rent using an alternate website) but I was sour about it. Overall, the host was responsive, and the house met our needs -- having so many bedrooms and bathrooms was great.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient for the wedding festivities. Kids loved the pool snd adults loved the patio. Beds were comfortable, and I loved that there were plastic, not wire,, hangers. House is arranged to feel roomy even with six people in it. Everyone was quite pleased.

This house is in an ideal location; easy to get to the highways, walkable parks and grocery, walkable bike rental shop (bike emporium) and lots of really great bike trails. It is about a 5 mile bike ride to old town, nearly all on bike paths. The house is clean, well laid out for a group, nice outdoor area and once it came up to temp the pool heater worked well. Towards the end of our week the pool was nearly 90 despite the days being only in the mid 60's. Prior it was in the low to mid 80's depending on time of day. The outdoor fire pit did not work. The house has minimal cooking tools, however the manager was great and did bring us several items we needed. Overall I would recommend this home. Thanks to the owers for doing so much to make our stay wonderful.

I hosted six clients at this house to watch the Super Bowl followed by a day long working meeting. It was an excellent location for both. There was plenty of room to work both inside and outside by the pool. It's near many excellent restaurants and an easy drive from the airport. The consensus was that we would happily use this same location again.

So the flooring or something needs to be worked on(i am not a construction expert)2. Hosts were very kind enough to provide an outdoor fire pit in short notice even though it was not listed originally, very thankful to them. 3. There were no extra bounty rolls nor coffee provided, we had to ask for it and then they provided them. 4. On our barbeq grill night we got stuck due to propane tank got empty. I contacted the host and they said we will get you another one in an hour in the meantime use firepit propane tank. This is not done, I was really angry at this because you should have an extra propane tank . On conveying this to them they said they already went above and beyond to provide service to us and specially on christmas holidays. I could understand if they used the extra tank for the fire pit which they did not. Also we are paying you for all these services and so you dont have any excuses for the holidays. You should have a checklist for your house before your guests enter your home. And the rudeness you showed on this incident is not acceptable to guests at all. The good work you did for providing the fire pit is forgotten at this point.This showed how much you care for us having a good time. Lastly your listing said you could heat the pool if we tell you a day before which we did tell and then it did not heat your pool at all. Even after the guy you sent did something he mentioned it would heat up in the next 6 hours it did not heat up. I know you did not charge for it but it affects our planning. If in the first place we knew that pool heating was not available we would not have choosen your place in this winter time. Thanks.

This house is ideal for your next trip to Scottsdale! So close to restaurants, bars, parks and everything else you need in a vacation. Sleeps a ton and is a lot of fun to hang out in. The downstairs game room is amazing and great for hosting all your friends. Beautiful backyard with pool and jacuzzi. Not to mention the hosts are extremely professional and hospitable. House was great! Pictures were a great representation of actual home. Perfect place for us to host our staff/team to reward them! Very clean, very open, & the cabinets/cupboards were full of everything we needed!

Every property is different and our own houses aren't always perfect, to me what matters most is how the issues are dealt with. The minor issue we had made our stay better due to the manager's responsiveness. The fire pit didn't have any wood and when I texted Daniel as I wasn't sure if I was checking the right place he told me not to worry and that he would have it dropped off shortly. And it was, with starters and a lighter too! People are what make the experiences great and Daniel did that. The house fit our needs perfectly and the kids enjoyed the pool as well! I would rent again. Thanks for a nice stay, Daniel.
