We have a group of six that come together every year and go to the Men's Final Four - which this year was in Phoenix. The house was great for hanging out, connecting and enjoying the weather. We spent a lot of time around the fire pit and in the hot tub/pool. There is a solid grocery store in walking distance and many other stores/shops/restaurants nearby. Old Town was very close too. The downside is how far we were from the Final Four games (Glendale) but I knew that going into the weekend. The airport is very close too (15-20 minutes) which made that easy too. A great place to stay - would work very well for a family (four of beds are bunk beds). Master bedroom/bath was really nice and the other bedrooms/bathrooms adequate.

We enjoyed it. The only thing is the back garbage can was full when we arrived. We had one bag of garbage that we put in the black bin on top. Pick up is Monday 5am so wanted to make sure you had someone roll it out for pickup.

Stayed for a week with our family of teenagers. Backyard pool, bocce and putting green were great and a fantastic location close to Old Town Scottsdale and Cactus League Spring Training

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was close to everything in Scottsdale and the house was clean and fit 5 adults easily. The hot tub was a great addition and pool was clean and enjoyable. 5 stars!

Backyard was excellent and so enjoyable! Spent most of our free time out there. Bedroom very nicely set up, ample storage space. Kitchen was lacking adequate amount of forks. Unable to find tongs for grilling. Laundry room well equipped with laundry soap and fabric softener. Access to laundry soap was a bit difficult to dispense. The owner was pleasant and very prompt in replying to one small issue we encountered. Would definitely recommend this home.

Got all the info prior to check in. The listi g was everything it said. Got to enjoy pool and hot tub in the evenings after our daily adventures. Sat around firepit and enjoyed conversation over drinks. Ine evening rather then going out for supper stayed in and grilled burgers. Great kitchen space as we made breakfast prior to our daily starts. All and all a great place to stay and will look for it again as we usually come down e rt year fir spring training and by far this has been the best stay we have had. Thank you

My wife and her friends stayed here in the beginning of February 2024. The place had everything one would need to stay - including a few extras. Communication with the owner was prompt and very well received. The unit had lots of towels. The kitchen was fully-stocked. It was nice to have an Albertson's so so close. The pool was fantastic place to hang out and chill. There was plenty of seating in the backyard. It was a quick Uber ride into Scottsdale Old Town. It was a fun 5 nights. We would stay here again next time we go back to Scottsdale.

The house is in a great location if you want to investigate Old Scottsdale. The golf courses that we played were within easy driving. The house had everything you would need and the host was very easy to contact when we had questions. We had to move 2 of the outside chairs into the tv room as there really wasn’t enough seats for 6 of us. The outside area was fantastic!

We had a wonderful time, our kids loved the pool!

This property was perfect for myself and three friends to enjoy a long golf weekend in Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

This place has it all in a great location. We enjoyed every aspect of this house that our family was able to enjoy. Everything was perfect!!!

This is a great property. Not overly fancy but very clean, up to date and well appointed. The back yard is fantastic and true to its description and pictures. Location is extremely convenient to many golf courses, restaurants and night life in Old Town Scottsdale. Host Jeff was great to deal with in every way! Will be back!

Loved the quiet area and everything close. Had good communication with owner. Only problem was we did pay extra for pool and spa to be heated and the water features into the pool didn’t work after calling and pool man came out. Would recommend to others but water feature needs fixed.

For our family, the property was a perfect fit. There was some delay in heating the pool, but it was rectified so that we could enjoy the time and the manager was fair to reimburse us for the missed time -- can't ask for more than that. We really enjoyed the outdoor area esp. coming from the Midwest in winter.

The home was lovely and clean. The location is great. Twenty minutes from the airport. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The BIG disappointment was the hot tub and heated pool were not working. This was one of the primary reasons for booking the property.

This property was in a great location to downtown - only about a 5min Uber to get to great restaurants and shopping! The house had great spaces - bedrooms and baths were in good shape too. I will say the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to my standards but it was OK considering everything else. The backyard was really great- the best part of the house!

We stayed for four nights. The house was perfect for hanging out with friends, laying by the pool and playing some putting games. Having the grocery store so close was also a perk! We would definitely return.

This property was “perfect” and everything that was described. The backyard was an oasis we didn’t want to leave everyday and actually spent 2 of our days just lounging by the pool. The grocery store literally across the street was great too! Lots of places to eat within a short walk or drive away.

Perfect back yard set up, loved the layout of house. Comfy beds, pillows. Plenty of towels and supplies handy. Just across street from Albertsons, but a total residential neighborhood. Felt super safe, private and I'd go to this place again in a heartbeat. Cheap uber rides to hole in the mountain and old Scottsdale. I thing their cleaning people can do about 10% better. Home was clean, but not spotless. It wasn't dirty, just the tub and supplies in a few cabinets could have better detail. This however wouldn't deter me from coming back at all. Pool was perfect temp. Loved the place.

This location could not have been more perfect. Close to the airport (10-12 min at most) & close to all the action in old town/Scottsdale. Grocery stores & great restaurants within the walking distance. The backyard is an oasis - so private, we never heard neighbors at all. Beautiful pool, fun activities. Friendly and great communication. Would come back 100%!

We had a most wonderful time in Scottsdale at this beautiful VRBO. It was just what we all needed. We are hoping in the near future to return.

This property worded very well for my wife and I and our two sons in their early 20s. Having three queen size beds and 3 showers made for comfortable sleeping and quick times to get ready for the day

Overall it was a great stay. The property was very nice and was just like the listing. We enjoyed the spacious back yard, huge heated pool and hot tub, and the putting green was a hit. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was unseasonably cold this week so we were enjoying the hot tub more than expected. Unfortunately the hot tub bubbles would only stay on for about 3-4 minutes and then turn off and wouldn’t let you turn them back on for hours. We contacted the host about the issue and they were supposed to check with the pool guy but we never heard back. The tile floors also looked clean but all of our feet were very dirty. Not a huge deal, but we had kids crawling on the floor so I thought it would be good to share for those that bring kids. Overall, we very much enjoyed the property. Everything was clean and as expected (minus the above issues) We would definitely stay again in the future.

Even though temps were a little low, this house was still amazing and the heated pool was a big hit in the evenings. Plenty of room for all guests and a fantastic location putting us close to great food joints.

I only have one negative A TV in the bedrooms would have been a great addition. I understand this isn’t important to everyone but some people like this.

We appreciated the location and very functional layout of this home. We booked it because we were very excited to use the pool and hot tub. It. was not clear that you can only have heat in the pool or hot tub, but not both. We settled for the hot tub, but wish we had been told that the hot tub wasn’t working properly. To the hosts credit he did get a repair person out the second day but believe he should have disclosed this before we arrived. We were able to get it to max around 97 degrees only twice during our 4 day stay as it repeatedly timed out without getting sufficiently warm. Shouldn’t be an issue if you rent during the warmer months. The location was great, close to everything.
