Great professional service provided by Front desk Staffs. Everyone were so friendly. The breakfast was amazing! Amazing location for touring Davao city!

I loved the room service delivered breakfast. I also really liked the little dessert plates with the poems after our room was serviced. Room decor and amenities looked modern. Netflix was a great addition.
The hot water in the shower hardly worked and the shower pressure was terrible; The shower water would splash all over inside the bathroom around the toilet and sink area due to its wet layout and half border shower wall. Soap scum on shower floor and wall. The carpet/rugs by the bed and under the seating area were light and loose and would easily slip. Price was a bit high for mediocre quality.

Breakfast was fantastic, friendly and professional staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay great!

The staff were friendly and ready to help though more training is needed to provide more professional services to the guests.
There ar some little problems like broken hair dryer and out of shampoo on the first day but the staff solves the problems soon.

I felt the room was smaller than advertised and less than I expected for the price. Added fees for laundering the bedding.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast delicious! The location was perfect for the places we needed to be. We also travelled by car so it was great that there was parking inside the compound.
The room was too dark. The window was facing the corridor so we could not open the blinds fully.
The bathroom had a musty smell and the low water pressure did not allow the use of hot water and the toilet after flushing would take a long time to fill up.

Everything was fine, pleasant staff, central location in the city, spacious room. The food downstairs was fine but not outstanding.
Not easy to understand how TV is supposed to work.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The Room is very spacious with nice lounging chair, desk, and equipped with a very nice big screen HDTV great for watching movies. Room Service and turn down service was excellent and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Nice and secured.
The only problem we had was with the hot water in the shower. It would fluctuate from cold to hot no matter the desired setting but still adequate for a quick shower.

The proximity to the restaurant was great. Centrally located. The welcoming baked goods were marvelous. Staff very friendly and gracious.
The room was like putting your great on chipped plates. We saw the attempt to upscale but the building let you down.

Very forthcoming service and friendliness of the staff. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Davao. If breakfast is included they even provide it as room dine-in, free of charge. This really made my stay comfortable and welcoming. Afternoon snack are also provided free of charge, great! :)

one of the best pet friendly properties we’ve ever stayed in. So luxurious and comfortable with an amazing restaurant downstairs.
Sometimes it was a bit noisy but it didn’t effect our sleep ☺️

Our duvet cover got some tears on it but can be easily let go.
