Pride in ownership was evident throught the property. Furnishings not only looked good but were actually comfortable. It didn't feel like a cold rental but like you were visiting friends. The townhouse was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was close to CSU campus and many restaurants and bars but it was a quiet place to sleep. Parking was also a plus. Although we had a small difficulty with the code for entry, we were given a new code and all was well. Couldn't reccommend this townhouse enough and will stay here again if our student attends CSU.

Great location. Used the trails everyday! Short 2 block walk to entrance. Visited petting zoo in the trail. Went to nearby Estes Park for Elkfest 2023. Visited Blind Oig restaurant, Jax for seafood and Coopersmiths for steak night. Great visit. Location very convenient. Too walks in neighborhood as well. Rented bikes. Went to a Rockies game with the family. We also grilled outback one night which was fun!

Beautiful, clean condo. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and spacious, with nice furnishings throughout. Very well stocked. Close to the University and Old Town Ft. Collins.
The manager was very responsive, kind, and professional.
The notebook was very thorough, although needs some updating (more restaurants).
All of us staying there were 65+ and all of the stairs, plus altitude, made it a bit difficult for some of us, although, the beautiful sunsets from the third story deck made it well worth it.

Awesome stay! Extremely clean property. Very well stocked, had everything on hand. Easily able to cook family meals with supplied cookware, utensils and basic staples (salt, oil, etc..) Very happy with location easy to walk to Old Town and very close to grocery, Target etc. 10/10

Thank you very much for the 100 dollar refund ...it was very nice of you to send. Not being able to get into the house and then not being able to reach anyone to help after a long day of traveling was a bit upsetting. We almost left to get a hotel, thank God we didn't . We were very pleased with the townhouse and would recommend it to every one.

We stayed here when my son moved onto campus this fall for his first year at CSU. It was a great spot for us to prepare him for the move while enjoying the great city and surrounding area. Great spot, clean and accessible. Hopefully we will be staying there again when we visit. Thank you!

Great place in FOCO
We had a great time staying in FOCO visiting family. This was a perfect spot for all of us and plenty of room. Very modern, clean, and close to old town. Will definitely be back!

Graduation Weekend
This is the second time we have stayed at this home, and we love it! The accommodations are excellent - large open concept on the first floor with a wonder little patio off the back, second floor two large and comfortable bedrooms, and the bonus third floor which is also open concept living space with “comfy” pullout couch and an amazing deck that over looks the mountains. We watched the sunset on multiple nights, while enjoying the outdoor fireplace.
Location is terrific - quick walk into town and local parks. We HIGHLY recommended this property!!!!!

Great Long Weekend Stay
We were in town visiting friends and family in the area. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The property owners are prompt and courteous. Thank you for the great stay!

Ideal Location
This townhouse was definitely 5 stars. We were there for a month and kept thinking we owned it because it came with everything we needed. Only needed to buy food! Walking distance to Old Ft. Collins and strolls along the river. Owners quick to respond to our questions. Would rent again.

Very clean, nice decor and comfortable
Lovely place with nice furnishings. The only thing I would suggest would be to put blackout shades in all of the bedrooms/sleeping areas. There are very bright lights outside.

Beautiful condo close to town
I booked this place for an annual girls trip(25+years) and we were all blown away.
The cleanliness, decor, location were top shelf. And, when we did have some questions, they were answered immediately and all problems were solved seamlessly.
The only problem we had was that we didn’t get to stay longer.
We will definitely be back!!!

Great townhome
This was a clean and updated townhome and the location was convenient for the Colorado Marathon which was why we came to Ft. Collins. It was great for a baby, 4 year old, 2 adults and a grandparent. We liked the rooftop patio! No complaints at all!

We love the location! We have stayed in this area many times. By far this was one of the nicest places we stayed ! We loved the extras in the cabinets. Came in handy when cooking ! Comfy beds ! Safe area - we never needed to put the alarm on !

Fantastic week in Fort Collins
Our family stayed for 7 nights and explored Fort Collins, Boulder, Estes Park and many other spots - it was a memorable time that we will want to repeat. The property is beautiful and located so close to great restaurants and shopping in Old Town. The floor plan was perfect for togetherness but also having some separation after a long day of adventuring. We loved the kitchen which was so well equipped and the roof deck for having a glass of wine with the fireplace going. Thank you to the hosts for providing an exceptional experience for our family.

What lovely and spacious home! We had a great stay there with my boyfriend and his two daughters.. very fun! It's very quiet, super clean, great location, friendly neighbors, and Caitlin was wonderful in communicating with us. I would recommend to anyone interested in staying in Ft Collins especially if wanting to enjoy the Old Town area.

Great place to stay
We traveled here for my daughters softball tournament in Loveland. Great place to stay plenty of room for our family of six. Very close to downtown lots of good things within walking distance. Property came with full accommodations including shampoo conditioner laundry detergent and cooking utensils! Great stay. Property owner easy to work with!

Great place
Such a nice place to stay. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. So clean and had everything we needed!! We hung out on top balcony by fireplace every night. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Nephews graduation
Six adults stayed in the house. We all enjoyed the space; a few top sellers: the couch is huge! rooftop space is incredible; plenty of bathrooms! AND it was so nice to walk downtown. Thank you again!

Clean, quiet and convenient location to trails and Old Town.
The alarm system seemed a bit overkill for the area but everything else was great and I would definitely stay there again!

Great Place to Stay!
We loved our stay at this property. Easily slept 3 couples and everyone had their own bathroom. Walking distance to breweries and shops and super close to downtown restaurants and bars. The house was very nice and comfortable and we loved hanging out on the upstairs patio! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and spacious new town home that has an incredible roof terrace with a gas burning fireplace. Easily accommodated my family of 5. Nice Sonos system throughout. Great view of the front range. Owner super friendly and helpful. A 5 minute walk to New Belgium!! Great tour. You won't be disappointed.
