Lacked ambiance No cooked breakfast

The host was very nice and helpful, even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. It was a cozy, cute place, with nice rooms and general areas.

The rooms are not sound proof at all. The breakfast was ok, but could have been better stocked. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The beds where not god, very soft. Breakfast was ok - but not great, not a lot of choise and the eggs where hard boiled.

Breakfast not available until 8am when you need to catch morning ferry this does not leave much time.

Super close to the city airport which was what I needed. very warm, clean and cosy

Nothing to see here move along everything about this property was five star as far as Service went Michael went above and beyond

very close to City airport if you could find it easily. Google maps took me all over the place and this matter should be taken up with them and rectified.

Comfortable well appointed room. Although on main road it was quiet. Spectacular breakfast in lovely dining room. Easy check in and access. Good parking. Close to bus. Close to restaurants and shops. Clean and neat but homely.

Leaving. Hard bed but that is personal opinion.

me and my son stayed for one night,we was very comfortable and warm our room was very cosy,we had an excellent nights sleep,breakfast was really good we both had some cereal,the man that was in there(didn’t get his name)was very polite and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed,he even brought my son a couple of chocolate chip buns,it is quite far out but nothing a taxi can’t solve,when we return to Belfast we will certainly be booking in here
