Cute 2 bedroom house in an older quiet Memphis neighborhood close to the intestate. Great off street parking, comfortable beds, nice cute bathroom and great hospitality. A great place to enjoy family.

This property was more than expected. There was plenty of space for my entire family to hang out. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the location was close to the park and not a far drive from most places we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this home. Clean and spacious!!

This house is fantastic. Owner has everything you need for a perfect stay. Loved the fact there was a crockpot and Keurig. The beds were very comfortable. We had a bad thunderstorm and the owner checked in to see how we were doing. We had a very enjoyable trip and having a good house to stay in added to our enjoyment

No electricity

Everything was just what the pictures showed, it was very nice, and the Host were the best. Pam & John thank you both for making our trip a special occasion.

We visited town for 5 days with our family of 7 and needed a place to call home base. This was perfect. The kids ran around in the yard when we were coming and going, we had enough space to have family movie night and we had plenty of dining seats for the one night we ordered in food. Easy on/off to I40 which made getting around town super easy. Clean, well stocked with the basics, and perfect for a weeks stay.

It was very gloomy and every bit of outdated. There was no tissue or paper towels, also old food in fridge. The air was stale, the place was dark with very bad lighting...needs to be brought up to date.

It was nice to meet up with our friend and see the town. We always have had the concept of a listed bedroom to have privacy, this was not available with a curtain. This listing should be a 1 bedroom.

The pictures are pretty accurate, what you see is what you get and that's always nice. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and exactly what we wanted for a buddies weekend away.

The large yard and two beds in each room were perfect for us. We needed and ironing board and iron which was all in the house. And all commented on the strong the water pressure in the shower, a major plus. Pam is a lovely host and great communicator.

The house was ready on time, clean and as expected. Host was friendly and very accomodating. I liked the hard wood floors and door trim. I highly recommend this location.

Super convenient location. House suited Two adults and a teenager perfectly. Amazing hosts!!! Fridge was ready with Eggs, Milk, Juice and Biscuits just to get us started. No question, would definitely stay here again!!!

Communication was excellent with the property owners, and they were kindly able to accommodate a small special request. This older house was spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed and much more for our long weekend visit. Just a short drive, maybe 20 minutes from anything we wanted to see or do in the area, and we felt more secure not staying downtown. We also appreciated that the owners were very responsive but not at all intrusive.

The check in process was smooth and simple. Whatever we needed Mr. Christmas was always available. He went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable.

Nice clean place, with an owner that bends over backwards to make sure you enjoy your time there. Its location makes it easy to go in any direction.

Everything about this property was perfect for the two of us (although many more could be accommodated). The location of the house was on a quiet little street in the Memphis suburbs (10-15mins drive to Memphis attractions). The house had everything you might need from great off-street parking, large bedrooms with comfy beds (my preference is for a firmer bed and these were good), excellent shower & water pressure, all kitchen gadgets, our host John even had stocked up some food so we didn't have to run out right away the next day. There was bagels, fruit, cereal and milk, and eggs. Wonderful! John is a great host. He is super interesting to talk with and has lived in the area a long time and knows the city inside-out. Our only complaint was the blasted heat. Everyday the heat index was over 100. The A/C worked perfectly. Do not hesitate to rent from John and Pam! This property was awesome!

We thought this property would be perfect for our stay in Memphis area and it was. We were even able to add a day on the front end after the initial booking. The house was clean and well-stocked with all we needed and more! If we find ourselves coming to the area again this is the property for us!

We booked this as a last minute weekend meetup for family. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the breakfast items. The stocked items are extremely thoughtful! This place had pretty much everything we needed.

This house was perfect for my family. My son had a tournament at the Agricenter and this house beat any hotel we could have stayed at. Older home that is remodeled very nicely! The homeowner was very nice. We have stayed in many rentals and this was the best stocked one we have ever been to. Would def stay here again!!
