It would have been nice if the facilities met with the advert for this property. On the booking confirmation it said I paid for cleaning but the owner asked for a further $10 on arrival. When queried I was told the money I has paid Booking. com was for cleaning the flat on departure. The advert showed a lovely swimming pool but on arrival it was empty and work was taking place during the 4 weeks I was there. The cabin itself has thin plastic panels between the next cabin and I could hear every conversation/cough etc my neighbours had. I was without hot water for 3 days and had only cold water to shower with.

The place was decent and its facilities was really good. It have a good air conditioner, nice bed and good kitchen tools for the those who like cooking. It's a little bit small but for a couple it's perfect. It's location is nice too it's 4 mints walking from Touristic Villages or "الممشى السياحي" which has tons of restaurants and Shops.

The Bathroom door is damaged and I was stuck in there for like an hour till they got me out. I hope the landlord fixed it now but I stayed there for like 10 days with it broken. Also the place doesn't have a private beach and it's far away from beaches in general but as I said It's location isn't that bad because of the Touristic Villages route.

I saw many appartments in egypt, this was one of the cleanest and comfortablest... Clean toilett and bathroom, clean floor, clean bed...unfortunately the blanket was already used before and i missed the towels.... The flat was located near mamsha and parkingspace are also near the flat... Nice doorman and owner.... I would stay there again...

No towels, no fresh bed-blanket

Kids enjoyed Swimming pool too much , Location is excellent , quite place , kitchen staff and air condition

TV Dish needs to be adjusted
