Staff are rude and they lie to you about time, Costs and service provide especially Ayman , who took my phone to write his own review mentioning his own name with out my knowledge so don’t trust any staff member that says they are putting internet on your phone

Super accueil, l hôtel est bien aménagé avec ses multiples piscines, beaucoup de places ombragées, la plage aménagée comme un mini lagon permet d être protégé du vent. Plusieurs restaurants proposés. Un vrai tout inclus dont l alcool. Pas de frais cachés.

Le buffet pas exceptionnel mais correct. La chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et de verifier le bon fonctionnement de la clim.

la nourriture et bonne, le personnel accueillant, les piscines sont jolie les toboggans sont bien.

The staff is very Nice and everything is made to make your stay easier. I took the all included package and you have breakfast, lunch and dinner included (a large buffet without so many options That you dont even Know what to choose). The resort has its little private beach and many swimmingb pools & activities.

Staff: tremendous and very helpful. Location: decent, close to the airport (5-10 min) and Hurghada City Center (25-30 min) Food: excellent, almost perfect. Non-alcoholic drinks: regular. Beach: small, clean, with good platforms extending inside the water. Pools: regular, clean and well-maintained. Aqua Park: decent when it works. Short working hours and can be closed without prior notice. Kids Park: good facilities and an excellent program for kids to spend a few hours. Evening shows activities almost every night to entertain guests (otherwise, it can be boring).

Alcoholic drinks: domestic, cheap and very low-quality. Rooms: furniture could be replaced with new furniture as this one is 10+ years old and not comfortable enough to fit two adults and a toddler. Disappointing: one of the reasons we chose it was the aqua park and the water slides. Unfortunately, they closed all water slides except one on the third day, and we never saw them open during our stay.

Animation team was amazing their shows was perfect.We enjoyed the aqua aloy. All staff whether house keeping team, Aqua team,reception were friendly and cooperative. The food was good,snaks and drinks. The Asian food was tasty. Special thanks to Radwa in the reception, she was helpful and she did a special welcoming to us.

The only two things we didn't like, the first thing was the dessert we really didn't like it and I hope from Sunrise group to reconsider this point. The second this is in the room the sofe need to be cleaned and also the wooden furniture cupboard and the drawers need a little bit maintenance.

Das Hotel ist einfach super alles hat gepasst die Zimmer waren sauber die Mitarbeiter waren alle hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich Das essen war sehr lecker immer etwas anderes für jeden Geschmack was da Ein sehr großes Dankeschön an das ganze Team vom Sunrise Aqua joy Resort alle sind sehr herzlich und immer da um zu helfen Animationsteam grandios ☺️ Wir waren jetzt im April für eine Woche in diesem Hotel und haben gleich für juli wieder gebucht für 10 Tage freuen uns schon mega den das ist bis jetzt für mich das beste Hotel in hurghada definitiv 👍 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

The place literally have everything, despite the property showing some ages, still worth the price

The lady at reception at night shift, “Doha”, she is really unprofessional. It’s the first time I heard that I can’t pay extra night at reception, and ask me go to booking instead. She is playing with her phone taking and laughing with her friend, apparently she too busy to take customer need. Rest the staff are nice.

Davvero tutto più che soddisfacente: pulizia delle camere e degli spazi esterni; molto buono e vario il cibo nel ristorante principale e possibilità di cenare in ognuno dei vari ristoranti presenti all’interno della struttura; bravi e simpatici i ragazzi dell’animazione; bella e funzionale la palestra e bravissima anche la massaggiatrice della SPA. Tutto molto bello e rilassante e grande divertimento per i bambini con gli scivoli. Stanno anche costruendo una grande piscina proprio sulla spiaggia. Fantastica!

Quarto ok!

O all inclusive é pessimo. Tudo com horarios, algumas filas. Muita comida feita nas pressas para atender a quantidade mas falta qualidade. Bebidas de baixissima qualidade. Muito caro pela qualidade entregue. Bebidas sao cobradas depois de meia noite! Tem horarios de cafe da manha almoço e jantar. All inclusive nos outros hoteis do mundo nao existe horarios. Melhor pagar mais caro e tentar outro hotel em hurghada. Nao sei se os outros tem esse horario. Mas vale a pena tentar

Some aspects were acceptable, but the reception staff was notably subpar. Additionally, some waiters refused to serve food/drinks for my children, insisting the kids should come to get them personally and not brought by me.

We had reserved two Family Bunk Bed Rooms, each boasting a balcony. Upon arrival, however, we were dismayed to find all five of us assigned to a single room—contrary to our booking, and disappointingly devoid of the promised balcony. Instead, the view was obstructed by an adjacent building merely few meters away, having only small window. After an extended and exhausting dispute, we were finally provided with the rooms we had initially requested the following day. Adding to the frustration, we also discovered that the receptionist is overcharged for a taxi fare by an exorbitant 12€, a service that should have cost only 8€...

clean , alot of facilities, activities, good food, responsive staff

Food- plenty, always seafood and fish unlimited. Stuff superfriendly, animation program- never bored.

The place is very clean, it is the same in reality as photos, nice and polite professional staff, food is super with many variates to meet different tastes.

Nothing major to mention.

The location, the facilities, food, snacks, entertainment, pools, the beach, daily trips, everything was fantastic.

The only thing was that our room was only two times cleaned (bins were in 1-2 days full of waste), but the cleaning stuff came if we asked to.

Beach , Food and Aqua

I went there from 20 July till 23 July , we really suffer. We didnt find shezlong and we used bean bages to set in gardens without any umbrellas. Privacy were such a dream as many guestes shares the same umbrella and shezlongs. We were suffering every day to find a table in the main restaurant. To get any thing from bar or snacks we went through a long line to get even a bottle of watter. They operate with out electric generator. On daily baises we have slept without AC for 2 hours minmum and in the middle of the day it will be very hard to get cold water. Aqua has been switched off due to electricty issue. Staff attitude is the worst ever specillay the animation & recption teams. No clean standrad or hygeian applied on pools or resturant. Pools are not clean Rooms with private pool are suffring from guests sets in their gardens and they are not recommend at all. Room has very old furniture , wardrobe doors are not working. When i went to complain in the recption , they told me that hotel is occuping 1310 guest and we cant do any thing to you.

I enjoyed my vacation. service war very nice. Reception was very helpful and professional specially Mr.Osama and Mr.Ahmed. I will come back

House keeping

-in the heart of Almamsha, -Nice staff special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Sameer in reception and the housekeeping in 5th floor. -Very nice aqua park.... Not that big but very lovely for kids. -Private beach -Varity of food. -5 Swimming pools.
