Pyramisa Beach Resort is a great place to stay with family and children. The food was variable and tasty. Every day there was seafood, different kinds of meat, amazing choice of fruit and desserts. Very good choice of soft and alcoholic drinks. Children had fun in new kids club and we all enjoyed the new heated pool. We liked Ala'carte restaurants where we met Akram who speaks few languages and was very friendly. In lobby bar Mostafa was always greeting us with smile and was serving lovely drinks. On the beach there was Taha who always smiles and brings drinks for people resting on sunbeds.

The new heated pool is big and nice but is not ready to accommodate many people. There was not enough sunbeds, there is no bar or at least a point handing out bottled water. There is no toilet so for people with small children it is a problem to run and search for a toilet. This should be upgraded as soo as possible because it is a bit complicated to have fun without the most important facilities.

The sea was beautiful and not too far from the resort; the swimming-pool was nice as well. Some staff were nice. The older man at the beach bar, Adham at the beach restaurant and the cook at the beach restaurant. They were really kind and passionate!

A lot should’ve been better! We unfortunately stayed for 10 days! - the cleanliness of the room (dirty curtains, dirty walls in the bathroom, curtain were too short. We tried to close the curtains ourselves with a pin!! Because a part of the curtain was coming off. We complained but they never fixed the issue. Also at arrival there was a lot of short hair on the toilet and the beds and we had a cleaner who didn't want to clean and had an attitude. We got a new cleaner and he was better and kind! but he couldn’t change the walls and the curtains which I understand, so we asked the manager and he said he would hang up new curtains but it never happend. - the food!! It was REALLY BAD not 5 stars worth at all. Not a lot of choices, everyday was the same, they even had 3 restaurants where I can honestly say that I only liked the mongolian restaurant. It was a wok where you put the ingredients yourself on a plate and they wok it for you The Italian restaurant was bad for example they have minestrone soup but its just bouillon with water. No vegetables or anything inside. No taste. There was also a Mexican restaurant where they don't even can make guacamole while its literally just avocado lime and salt? how? It was bad. Then after we complained they said we were a VIP guest and they invited us for a “vip” dinner at the Italian restaurant but the food was bad and when we talked to other people who were also invited and they were all there because they did complain about stuff! So a lot of people were dissatisfied but they tried to make us feel good with a dinner but the food was bad so maybe it was better not to invite us tbh Also the fruit wasn't fresh and at breakfast there were always 2/3 pigeons eating from the bread baskets which is not hygienic at all and shouldn’t happen at a 5 star restaurant. Too much to complain so we gave up. They also promised us a breakfast box at departure but it never came while we were with 2y old!

Beach, food, pool, staff. Jacqueline from guest relations was so helpful and nice to us.

Location, beach and clean sea is amazing there

Unprofessional and lazy staff, all time they act like they do something, but nothing was clean...When you ask anything, you can feel that for them it means to do sth more than they would like to... the same like year ago, nothing changed to better, our last visit there unfortunately...

Localização do hotel, Comida variada, Praia com boa animação, Funcionários atentos e muito simpáticos.

Limpeza do hotel pode melhorar, Manutenção dos quartos (banheiro com problema: a água do banho não escoa facilmente).

Punto spiaggia immenso e molto bello. Personale cordiale. Mare bellissimo e resort altrettanto bello.

Troppi russi e troppi bambini. Avrei preferito meno caos.

اشكر مستر يحيى من الريسبشن جدا لاهتمامه بتوفير غرف مناسبه لاحتياجتنا. و اشكر Guest relation team لاهتمامه بالتأكد اننا مبسوطين من الاقامه. كمان House keeping كويسين جدا و كان كل يوم بيفاجأ الاولاد بأشكال حلوه بالفوط. الاكل ممتاز ف العشاء بالذات البسين جميل و كمان البحر رملي و الانقاذ منتشرين على الشاطيء كله
