We were told “new protocols with VRBO needing a 24-turnaround time” the unit would not be ready until later in the evening. The unit was available for our check in 3.5 hours after 3pm check in time. All these items were advertised in the unit but were not present: Beach Chairs/Printer/Computer Monitor/Foosball Table. On the second day we inquired where the beach chairs-two emails sent the owner “finally stated that they were no longer in the unit, and she couldn’t find replacements.” Promised to “replace them.” They were never replaced; we were stuck paying $25 each time to rent a chair. Also advertised that a Foosball table was in the unit/on the property - inaccurate. The property has never had one at Coral Beach Towers. During our stay she removed this from the listing(we had screen shots of the rental prior to the stay). She then said that “she can’t provide to us what she does not have” and admitted to updating and deleting this from the listing during our stay. A lot of issues with the unit: Kitchen Countertop poor condition/Mstr bath door won’t close, wood is coming off of/Bidet is not secured/2nd bdrm sliding doors are stuck shut and can’t be opened(our power went off for ½ day and we wanted to open all of the sliding doors but were not able to /Garbage disposal not working/Tennis Courts are unusable and won’t be completed until mid-2025, according to the security staff/Not prepared with a flashlight for power outages, which happens often in this area.

Gladys was amazing! Very responsive and very accommodating. The house has 2 bed rooms and 2 bath with everything you need. Full kitchen, beach towels, even beach toys. The balcony has the view to the pool and the beach. The apartment is few steps from the beach in a very secure facility. As an FYI, the building and the apartment are dated and could have some renovation but everything is functional.

We communicated with property owner before booking and arrival. She responded quickly. She accommodated all of our requests. The condo is on the 6th floor of a beachfront property. The condo is actually the corner unit so you will get the best view. The condo's living room has a large balcony with a beach view. The balcony is enclosed by glass so you won't have to worry about mosquitoes while enjoying your morning coffee. The building has 24 hour security. The condo is super clean and maintained well. The condo contains everything you may need for your vacation including all kitchen appliances. The beach is literally 50 feet away from the condo. This condo is pefect for families who want a carefree vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. It is older and needs some maintenance but I would definitely stay there again. It is very secure and safe. Has everything you need. It is located next to stores and restaurants. Has its own parking spot. The pool is very nice and the beach access is nice. There are umbrellas and chairs for rent and a bar/grill that is very close.

The best thing about this condo is the location. Prime location and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach is amazing with easy access to it from the property. Short drive to Old San Juan and other tourist attractions. The only reason why this property does not get a 5 star from me is that it needs major remodeling.

Gladys was very responsive with any questions we had. We were in town for a family wedding. The condo location was great. We had a beach and pool view. We were also able to walk across the street to several restaurants. As far as the condo itself, it had all the necessities and more. We had a great stay.

The condo was everything we wanted. My parents and PR family made some great memories on the beach. The view of the ocean and beautiful beach can be seen throughput the condo. Bars/ restaurants off the beach and right outside the condo complex. Parking space assigned and the proximity to the airport made our 6 am flight home easier to bear.
