The house was not kept clean. The couch was pretty smelly and overall the place needs to be cleaned up properly

We booked this rental at the very last minute after wanting to extend our vacation for a few more days. Karina responded quickly and was very accommodating considering we booked it the day before and thankfully it was available. This rental is on the 2nd floor of the owner's house and accessible by a private set of stairs. Large sliding glass doors open up to the deck which is large and provides a nice view of the lake. There is a table and chairs to sit outside and relax or dine. There was plenty of room for us inside (me, my husband and daughter) with 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. There is a full kitchen with a large counter space that makes meal prep and cooking easy. Includes everything you would need (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, silverware, plates etc). Washer/Dryer is a big plus. A/C kept us cool on the warmer days. There is a private dock and we enjoyed fishing and swimming in the lake. The property is in a great location... 10 mins from Lake George, really close to the outlets, Six Flags and restaurants. It's 5 mins off of rt 87. All this and it's very reasonably priced... we hope to return soon!
