Loved the home and its many features, however the view was the winner! Beautiful!

This house is charming! It is perched on top of a soundside cliff with gorgeous views of eagles, ospreys, otters and seals. We brought our own kayaks and it was a quick drive down to the launch which was a couple blocks away. Fifteen minute drive into town where restaurants and shops are located. House has three great bedrooms and a wonderful loft with five single beds. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

We stayed here to celebrate my parents 60th birthday and had the loveliest weekend! What a beautiful and peaceful place. Everything was stocked well and very clean. The beds in the attic are quite squeaky, as are the floors and doors, which made it hard to move around without waking others in the house. But otherwise everything was amazing!

Great place to stay with a large group. We feel very blessed to have stayed as a family to celebrate my son’s wedding.

Easy check in/out, looks just like the pictures, and not too far from town. Far more satisfied with the house than the Tulip Featival.

What an amazing stay! The natural beauty of this house and surroundings is magnificent. We loved the charm of the house and how the owners stayed true to the original design of the old house while adding new modern bathrooms and furnishings. The grandeur of the views in the living room and kitchen takes one’s breath away at the wonder of Gods creation. We loved the quiet peaceful neighborhood and were thankful for the beach so the kids could find unique shells and many fun sea life.

The property was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and ready for us!

This waterfront property will give you peace of mind. Enjoy the two level house with all it amenities. A good location for a large group. This was Spring - a little chilly to be out on the deck. Summer must be perfection!

Five of us from the Seattle area who have known each other for more than 30 years scheduled this mini vacation to celebrate a birthday and quality time with each other away from our busy schedules. We loved the home we rented. It was even better than expected. Reserving was easy and the support provided from the team was excellent. Thank you for a positive experience!

This is a wonderful property. The view is fabulous and it’s so relaxing to sit on the deck and take in the scenery. We saw an eagle , which landed on the tree next to the house and gave us a goodmorning welcome. We also saw osprey, oyster catchers and lots of other sea life. The house is close to La Conner for shopping and we had a nice walk at Padilla Bay. This time of year going to Gordon’s farm is a must. I have never seen so many different kinds of pumpkins, gourds and squash. The house is well appointed with plenty of dishes and lots of extras, like shampoo, soaps, coffee, etc. There was even a lovely rose bouquet on the table. I would recommend this to others.

Friends enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out to the water and chatting. The house was nice but had lots of stairs.

We had a great time at "The Nest." It was a wonderful unwind and gather for our extended family of 9. Everything was incredibly comfortable.

Everything during our stay was perfect. The house is very clean and cozy. The views from the kitchen and deck are spectacular. The beach is very close by. Lots of space for a big group. Property managers were incredibly supportive and helpful. 100% would stay here again!

This house worked really well for our extended family of parents and three children and their younger families with kids as young as 8 months. The Nest had all the accommodations we needed to be comfortable as a group. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the public beach and various hikes in the area as well.

The house was perfect, everything was clean and worked. The location was beautiful. Management was very responsive when we called about a stuck door latch. Very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

Recently had a family vacation at this beautiful, well appointed home on the water. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 children. Beautifully furnished with fresh clean bed coverings. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with extra condiments, bathrooms had extra toiletries as well! We loved sitting on the porch morning, noon and night watching the tide come and go! Access to the beach was easy to find and very nice. The only disappointing thing was that we had to leave! Thoroughly enjoyed this home!

Our family came together from several different states which included Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, Idaho and Montana. We were celebrating the lives of the patriarch and matriarch of our family and interring them in their final resting place. The Nest was such a great place to stay together. Our group was me, 2 adult kids and their spouses and one toddler. We had a great time and spent lots of time out on the deck admiring the view and the sunset. (Tip: bring cozy blankets - it's windy on the deck!) Kitchen had everything we needed. Access to the beach at low tide was 4 houses down the street, and there was another large beach down the hill, maybe a public park? Downsides - the lighting really needs to be improved on the main floor. The kitchen is very dark at night and we didn't even know that there was a light over the sink because it was blocked by the hanging pots and pans (a terrible location for that, BTW - my son couldn't even stand up straight to wash dishes). Living room lamps are pretty dim too. The kitchen doesn't have much available storage space for food, so don't bring too much! And the countertop is pretty limited in spite of the listing saying "expansive counters". We were constantly juggling food, dishes and the random things that we all have on kitchen counters during trips. The owners really need to make it clear in the listing that there is NO direct beach access from the house, because the photos are deceiving in that respect (not deliberately, I'm sure). It is mentioned in some reviews as well as the check-in instructions, but it should be in the main listing. The Evolve concierge team was great!

Everything was just as it said. It was the perfect place for us to hang out, visit the tulip festival and explore the SanJuans. Thank you. We will be back

Walking into your home and being able to stand at your expansive walls of windows - the views of the water and islands are phenomenal!!! The interiors are earthtones, which reflects the beauty from the inside out. As far as bedding and linens, I slept so well- very comfortable and warm. Overall...A beautiful home, with everything you need to enjoy and relax . Well equipped, quiet, and just a few minutes away from town. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

This home overlooking the water began as a 1935 cabin reminding us of vacations past but has now been completely updated— very comfortable and useable. Had 8 for family dinners. Good time had by all

The Nest was the perfect getaway spot for our girls weekend. The house fit 6 adults comfortably with room to spare. The covered deck was fabulous to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well appointed also. We would definitely recommend this to others. Take note though the stairwell ceilings are low so anyone tall will need to mind their head :)

Beautifully decorated, lovely little touches like local goodies left for our enjoyment. Very comfortable beds, extremely well equipped kitchen. Fabulous water view. It couldn’t have been better. Jackie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you. We had a wonderful three days here.

Our group of college friends had a great stay. Great access to parks and the beaches, wonderful, serene view from the deck, and super close to La Conner (2.5mi or so). We had a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful house with a beautiful view! The 10 of us had plenty of room although I must say that we didn't spend lots of time there because the location is so close to so many things! The house was stocked with lots of extras such as chocolates, breakfast items, spices, etc. Jackie texted to make sure we were happy with everything. We were very pleased with our stay.

This house pulls up under beachfront search but it's not on the beach. While this house is close, it does not have access to the beach from the house. The pictures make it look like you are renting a house right on the beach but you are not. You need to walk down 4 blocks down for a sliver of beach access. The pictures and listing are deceptive. The listing also reads like you have the whole house but you don't. The upstairs is locked. My kids sleep in the basement by themselves. While the basement is nicely furnished and clean it wasn't what we were expecting. Pros: clean, fairly remodeled, nicely decorated, nice porch with view of the water, checkin was easy, and the evile team was easy to contact and responded asap. Lastly, the bed are comfortable but small. TV is every room. Everything has laminated instructions. Well stocked kitchen. Cons: no direct beach access, upstairs where the kids beds are located cost extra, the air conditioning didn't seem to work as it was hot during the day. The windows don't open so we left all the doors open. The fridge door is impossibly to open. The lighting is really poor. On a soft water system with no bottled water. All the lights are low wattage so the house is dark. No salt and pepper (not a big deal). The front main room was not cozy. This was not a bad experience for us but we won't be back. The best thing the owns can do is be more transparent about the property.
