So much space and plenty of sleeping options! The single beds have trundle beds underneath, study with futon bed and two additional living areas down stairs! Perfect for large family or multiple families with kids. Close to the beach, and lovely quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and modern, with lots of bathrooms! You can get lost in this place! Dog friendly yard too! We had the best time, and hope to book it again soon!

Location is not far from eateries and water front. Spacious house.

We had a great few days away, the house was fantastic for a couple of families. The kids loved the table tennis and we all loved the few. Fantastic space!

Super spacious and perfect for our family get together of 6 adults, 3 kids and a cavoodle! Very well equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware, kids cups/plates and even a basket of toys. Stunning views back to Palm Beach as we BBQd on the deck. Wandered across the road to Bells Larder for coffees and amazingly good bread and pastries! The whole Killcare area is incredibly picturesque and quite adorable!

We recently stayed at this property to attend a family wedding at Bells Killcare. It was spacious and close to the venue.

Had a fabulous time staying here with a group of 8. Good location near Killcare beach which is not as popular but just as enjoyable as Terrigal/Avoca. Great kitchen and the table tennis table was a good source of entertainment.

Overall property was great. Excellent location, and plenty of room. Property Manager super friendly and helpful throughout stay.

We had a big family event nearby and 3 small families stay in this property and everyone was very happy. A great option for big groups.

The property whilst lovely for a large family gathering really needed a good spring clean. Quilt covers needed to be freshened, grimey marks on switches,walls and windows needed to be addressed.

The house was very well equipped, beds all comfortable, bathrooms great. Only thing that would have improved it was if it was beachfront!

What a fantastic house with superb views across to palm beach. We had 10 of us staying for a 50th Birthday and had heaps of room . Great local restaurants just down the road & courtesy bus picked us all up to the Empire Bay tavern. Would have loved to have been able to stay longer than the weekend

This house is absolutely incredible and exactly like the pictures and even more! The most perfect house for a group and a hidden gem. Would definitely recommend for a good weekend away and if for a wedding at bells, an easy walk.

We had 4 nights in this beautiful home over the Easter weekend 2017. The view from the balcony is breathtaking!. The house is very comfortable. Large fridge and larder and well equipped kitchen. Lots of groceries had been left by previous guests which was very handy. There were also lots of extra products in the bathrooms. Large main bedroom upstairs with ensuite containing a spa bath. Lovely L'Occitan products there for a fabulous bubble bath! The study with a futon was useful for our adult daughter. Downstairs 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a table tennis table.We had a total of 9 people, but 10 were allowed in the house. Easy communication with Ray White in Killcare. We got into the house early as there were no guests checking out. A drop box available to leave the key.

It was a pleasure to deal with Christine and very easy. The house was great for our big group with kids who loved the playroom downstairs. The view was amazing! The only suggestion is that linen and towels be provided and you charge more - we were happy to pay for the service anyway.But otherwise a great stay! Thanks!!

We were 6 adults & 1 two year old. Plenty of room for twice that many. Very clean and every appliance & necessity available. Lots of games and things for kids. Excellent for dashing back & forward to Bells & only a short drive to Killcare & Hardy's Bay. Stunning views to Pittwater, perfect for watching storms roll in while sitting on the verandah. No linen provided but can bring your own or hire (Real Estate Agent will advise)

Beautiful sunsets and view. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out.Huge bedrooms. The many recliners with foot stools are perfect to relax in. Ping pong table was a hit. Easy access to Putty Beach and walks in Bouddi National park.

We were 10 people - 6 adults and 4 kids, oh and 2 dogs. We stayed over the Easter long weekend and everyone loved it. The house is very big and comfortable with plenty of separate living spaces where we could all do our own thing without being on top of each other but also enough room for us all to sit around the dinner table (either inside or outside)for those times when we wanted to be all together. Great views from the balcony. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

Two adults, 2 teens and a schnauzer completely unwound at this place. Everything was clean and worked; thoughtful instructions left or remotes labelled; lots of spreads and spices for our use - even ice cream! - and not many locked cupboards. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch too. A really, really beautiful place.

We are a group of 10 and really enjoyed our stay at Epitome of Luxury. The house is large enough and well equipped for all sorts of activities: FOXTEL, DVD/Bluray, PS4, home theatre etc. Living room and master room has a good view of seaside: watching sunset while cooking bbq on the balcony outside living room is really enjoyable. It's close to the beach too: a 5 mins drive or a 20 mins jogging (a tough run though, a lot of uphills and downhills). We love Killcare and love this property. Will definitely make booking again!
