I didn’t like anything in this.

Very bad apartment, lights not working properly, damaged floors, bathroom not cleaned, very old, no staff for support. Scary for kids same as like ghost place.

We booked this hotel based on the review score and the recommendation of Booking.com. The initial interaction was good, we received contact and check in instructions promptly. We arrived a night and once walked in we were shocked. Zero maintenance, cigarette smell, toilet not cleaned from previous guest (trace of faeces in the toilet), unable to lock windows, spiders everywhere including dead ones on bed and very poor maintenance in general. We tried to call the manager but no answer; as kid tired after day of travel we decided to stay however we booked another hotel first thing in the morning and left. Feedback provided to property but no reply or acknowledgment. Complaint to Booking.com but no luck yet. I could go on but by now I assume my opinion and experience is obvious. Don't go if you can.

The beds were comfy.they had kettle for tea and coffee facility with all the ingredients. So we gave 5 stars rating.

We booked 2 rooms.The red sheets were dirty and stinky.toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly.they need to fix the lights issue in one of the room.

I booked a family room : triple and double / and in family room only had a double bed and a single bed. Shower was very basic yet paid £600 for 3 rooms !

There was stains on the curtains Tv didn’t work even when connected to Wi-Fi Scratch marks on the bed

Really horrible and disgusting. Super dirty. Was so cold and heating was not working. Would not recommend anyone going there, especially with kids. Had to pay extra and look for another accomodation and they would refuse to refund. Pics are not accurate.

Little money- perfect for what we paid.
