pretty but not in desirable location not far from everything..its locked and safe with security however next time i will definitely stay in hotel area.

I requested a 1st floor unit because my 92 year old mother doesn't do well with steps. I was given a 1st floor corner unit facing the poor area. We could access the unit from the patio and never had to go into the building hallway. Had 2 bars and a restaurant. Good service, good drinks and good food. We had a two bedroom unit and each bedroom had its own bath and the bedrooms were separated by a kitchen and living room. It worked perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay. The resort is excellent for the price. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Faculty was clean and rooms daily visited by housekeeping. We enjoyed the restaurant very much. Food was excellent, personnel wait staff friendly and the prices were very well. We are considering a return trip.

The initial steps were great. The unit had a history of horrible condensation with severely wet standing water. We were accused by staff of doing something to cause of which we absolutely did not do. We came on Wednesday and had housekeeping in room several times a day and had large beach towels on floor so we wouldn’t slip. We were not offered to move till Sunday. We had to deal with wet floors and walls which made our clothes damp to wet from Wednesday till Sunday evening. I feel like we should be refunded for a portion of our stay. I have pics of the unit all wet and covered in towels that housekeeping put down after third mop of day on Sunday. Otherwise the place is very nice. This unit should not be rented until air unit is fixed. It put a huge damper on our vacation. I think we deserve a partial refund for our trouble.

I'm leaving this feedback to prevent others from the big disappointment we experienced with this booking. The rating measures now much the product/service met expectations. In our case the main reason of traveling to Aruba was to get as close to the beach as possible. The other amenities were not relevant as we have better amenities in our home in NY. The booking showed 0.1 mi to the beach, which is great. We grabbed opportunity to get to the sun and sand. We felt cheated and disappointed when the sobering reality showed we are 30 min walk from the nearest beach. (actually walked, not estimate) Otherwise the place is a nice place , like 3-4 star hotel. One bedroom the windows can't be opened, in the other can't be closed. And there is $38/day fee to the management not included in booking price you see online. Know before you go.

The staff were super friendly and the pool was very nice. A great location and it was perfect for the price. Facility was well Maintained for the age and was very clean!

This was a great rental for the price!! Two pools!! Restaurant has good food at reasonable prices, bar has happy hour specials. The ice maker was leaking and maintenance came to fix right off.

The problem was the insect infestation in our rooms. We were all bitten up very badly and it happened in our rooms. Either fleas bedbugs. nasty! We were paid thru December 2nd, but we left on Dec. 29th due to the bug infestation. Terrible!

This property is a dump!!! The name is misleading. There isn’t anything resortish about this place. There isn’t any sand, sea or upscale amenities. The neighborhood isn’t the best to be in. The VRBO description and pictures do not match. VRBO is not helpful in regards to the listing not being up to par!!! VRBO NOR THE PROPERTY OWNER DOES NOT COMMUNICATE AND DOES NOT DO GOOD BUSINESS!!! This was our 2nd trip there. Very nice better restaurant and bar service than before and it was really good before. The only downfall was it was school vacation week too many kids but we will just change our week we really like it there .the reason I gave it all 5.’s except for one 4 is because it is not right on the beach

The pin on the map was completely wrong to the point where I feel like I was purposely deceived. But also, the description of the location says walkable to the beach...NO it's not. It's 2km to the closest beach. 2km to walk for exercise or enjoyment is fine but 2km to the beach, on a road not designed for pedestrians...hell no! They tell you at check in that there's a shuttle that runs to the beach but it only runs 3 times during the day, the last is 4pm and the last return is 4pm so unless you cut your beach day short you have to take a taxi at some point. For us that ended up being $10 each way 2 times a day. I am complaining to VRBO about the location deception, I expect a refund of at least the taxi fare if not more, and I emailed the listing manager and still have not heard back yet. This is unacceptable.

It was beautiful.

This picture is very accurate not right on the beach but so easy to get to a 5 minute cab ride. The staff Louis at the monkey bar and marlin and Martin at the main bar were so much fun we had such a good time . Everyone else were great too we will definitely be back next year
