La arquitectura de los 60s y el paisajismo son excelentes. Es amplio, amable y comodo. Asi este a maxima ocupacion, se siente amplio.

Very good location, beautiful beach, staff works hard to keep the grounds clean.

No umbrellas at the pool, with the exception of a few that are provided as part of a paid-for cabana. Pool and beach lounges were uncomfortable and in poor condition. The restaurants and pool/beach service felt understaffed.

Lo que mas gusto fue el Hotel en general. Lindo Hotel, comodo con varias facilidades. Desayuno completo, tiene tiendas, casino, gimnasio, etc. El Hotel se encuentra en Palm Beach (no es de las mejores playas) y en esa zona esta lleno de bares, restaurantes y tiendas chicas para pasear a la tarde o noche.

Me parecio caro para lo que te ofrecian. La prox me voy a un all inclusive por ese mismo precio. Te cobran por reservar la sombrilla en la playa. Podes reservar unas gratis, pero son siempre las del fondo. Ademas tenes que hacerlo a las 12.30 pm via web. No me gusto. La playa es linda, pero tenes la vista contaminada, rodeada de muelles y grandes hoteles al lado, que estropean la vista. El mar es lindo, pero no hay nada como eagle beach. En palm Beach no es tan transparente el agua. Hay varios bares en el hotel, pero todo es bastante caro. Realmente no se si volveria.

Reserving same beach palapa for the week. Our location wasn’t as crowded as the other hotels just a short walk down the beach. Easy to eat on-site or walk to different restaurants.

The brunch prix-fixe could have been less expensive for the limited choices. The bar near the hotel tower played very loud music until midnight during the week… crazy loud & way too late for a family on vacation.

Services at the property - are exceptional, and all minor details were addressed in minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of activities for all families with children (although we were with our 20-year-old daughter)...The beaches are pristine, right a few steps away, and beautifully maintained gardens and greenery surround the hotel. Our room was spacious and had very comfy Q-beds and a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view, but of course - the best of all - was the beach itself! We did not have a problem reserving the palapas for the same morning each day before 10 a.m...

our 5 day stay wasn't enough !

They accommodated my family and I with microwave, and bad for my toddler. The staff over all where excellent!

Unfortunately the facility is not kids friendly, toddlers have 0 option I have talk talk to other parents, and they expressed to me the same disappointment when it comes to kids play area and food for kids where none anywhere. Just that reason as a family man I am not sure if I would go back to Aruba over all.

$50 per day for palappas that use to be free. Charge and reservations for pool side lounges which was first come reserved. Two full days of pool side lounging cordoned off for corporate events without notification or reimbursement for an expected availability.

Great location, warm breeze constantly flowing thru the lobby, location was excellent as it was right across the street from a bunch of restaurants and shops.
