All amenities at resort. Tradewinds is the way to go. Staff too-notch and property very clean and inviting.

Beach chair reservation system is awful. Check-in told me i had to pay for chairs. Did not mention you can get them for free at 4 PM prior day or 7 AM same day.

Pool was great, loved the swim up bar, music during the day and evening at the lobby bar and casino. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help or give advice on restaurants and activities.

Not much, we had problems with our toilet and even though maintenance had a quick turnaround time when we called it was still not good to have that issue. We had to keep calling.

Breakfast buffet had a decent selection, however, some foods that should have been hot were cold. Some of the French toast pieces were hard. I don’t think it was a good value for the money. We ordered ala carte one day, and went off property for breakfast.

Rooms are a little tired. Our first room smelled terribly of mold, we were switched to a different room after complaining to the staff. Rugs in rooms need to be changed. Furniture is starting to look old.

It was beautiful. The beach and pool area were both nice and clean and run well. The location was great as well. Close to restaurants/ shops/ nightlife.

The daily activities that were advertised did not always happen or were very behind on schedule. For example, popcorn wasn't provided 3 of the days, or we didn't see the activity running - beach volleyball, Giant Jenga. The Aloe Scrub activity we signed up for they cancelled because we were told they didn't have anyone signed up - our names were not recorded for some reason. The equipment we could sign out, was often hard to get, pool table and ping pong not available.

We could not get chairs on beach or by pool. We went to casino at night and did not get up at 7 am. Paid a lot of money to not be able to get a chair by pool or beach.

The resort was at the end of the island so it was quiet but still close to restaurants. Our room was very clean and attend to well. House keeping did a wonderful job. We stayed on the club floor which allowed us access to extras such as daily breakfast, snacks/ drinks, beach location. Beach service was wonderful.

The reserved beach location for the club floor was difficult to reserve as people jumped on reservations so quickly. If you were not on at exactly 4pm, you were not getting a reserved spot. It was unfortunate as we were expecting a little bit more availability as we paid for the club floor.
