the condo apartment has a comfortable bed, good kitchen with pots and pans, good sized refrigerator coffee maker, microwave. Outside are for grilling. the pool area was comfortable and the pool well maintained. AC worked very well; a unit in living room and another in the bedroom. Eagle beach is less crowded than palm beach which we liked. It's a walk to Passions on the beach which serves a good breakfast until 11am. The staff to check you in are helpful; they provide beach towels, and the room has 2 beach chairs but no umbrella.

there is a construction site down the road which makes the street look unappealing; it should be finished shortly. It's a long block to walk to get to the beach. You get used to it. No umbrellas on the beach there which you need as the sun is strong and the island has little shade.

We like everything about Pearl Aruba Condos though it's not a 5-star upscale property. Cleanliness - Even though it's close to the beach, it was very clean, from the general property, to the outdoor pool, to the room, to the kitchen (including the cookware & cutleries), and even the outdoor gas grill. Location - It's only 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance from the Eagle beach where the water is shallow for swimming and we can enjoy the beach with its soft white sand, but the property is also close enough to keep it away from the traffic. Facilities - It has a range of facilities to make us very comfortable and convenient. It has a shower stall where we can wash up our snorkeling gears, a laundry drying rack for our swim wears, beach chairs (though they can be upgraded) that we can carry to the beach, the outdoor pool and gas grill, covered patio area for us to enjoy our dinner. Restaurant - The restaurant on site, the Shakers Cocktail Shack, is definitely a hidden gem. Its green salad got a very special refreshing homemade dressing and the chicken wings with its special sauce and fries were the crispiest of all that we had tried on the island, including those very famous ones but at a very affordable price. Staff - Danni and Zi were particularly helpful and friendly. Since it was our first visit to Aruba, we had many questions and Danni answered all of them, which really helped our planning. She even went out of her way to look up the needed information for us. An area for improvement - Condiment - It would help us, short-term visitors, if there are basic cooking condiments. A disadvantage - Apparently, "Pearl Aruba Condos" in the listing has more than one agent, I mean other than Danni. We got very confused.

Ubicación muy buena, todo lo que decía el aviso, se cumplió, no exageraron nada. Limpieza correcta, apto. muy pulcro, iluminado, enseres nuevos y todos funcionando. Piscina limpia y jacuzzi muy oportuno para las tardes/noches. Personal muy agradable y servicial. Destaco la labor de Zhihing Fan, (Zi como le dicen todos) muy atento, siempre sonriente y soluciona todo l,o que le planteas, un ejemplo de cómo se trata al turista, excelete persona y mejor empleado.

The location was excellent. You can actually walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes.. The pool and jacuzzi were very inviting and clean. Our actual unit was very adequate. It provided all basic kitchenware, pots, pans, blender, convection cooker, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. The living room /kitchen area is spacious. The master bedroom was a nice size and the balcony was a welcomed plus. The balcony was a great place to sit and reflect while enjoying a cup of tea (or whatever your beverage choice). The bathroom included an exhaust unit that performed effectively.. The shower always had hot water which was invigorating and appreciated. The extra bonus was 2 televisions; one in living room and the other in bedroom. The office staff was amazing. They understood our phone dilemmas and willingly assisted us in anyway necessary. We kind of hit the jackpot when we decided on this place.

Minor items we did not like about the accomodations were: No phones in the room The hours for the jacuzzi (2 pm -6 pm) Slight mildew in shower door track Toilet not chair height No elevator. (we were aware due to disclosure in the description) No full length mirror Not enough clothes hangers in gorgeous wardrobe Had to watch movies through You Tube due to limited cable access No airport transportation pick up None of these items would be a deal breaker if we decided to return to Aruba in the future.
