The condo was just as advertised. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. There's no iron /ironing board and I couldn't get the battery changed in the safe but other than that, highly recommended.

Clean and had everything we needed for family of 5 adults, 5 yr old and 1 yr old. Pool and lazy river were a hit. Beach just a short walk away. Plenty of places to go that were close by.

Absolutely amazing. We had the best time and it was a beautiful condo!

After a few hiccups to begin with it was a great place to stay. A couple of the toilets had issues and there was no lint trap in the dryer but that did not damper our great time. Manager Lois was easy to work with and quick to make check in easy.

Everything was great! Louise was very professional and asked all my questions in a timely manner! The room itself was BEAUTIFUL, well maintained, spacious, great location and comfortable! I will definitely be booking here again❤️

Overall a great stay. TV's are a little difficult to figure out to use but other than that everything was as described

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and beautiful accommodations. Property manager very helpful and we communicated throughout the stay. She was quick to respond to any requests.

Generally ok. But I am comparing to Marriott vacation club. Condo is in need of an upgrade! Bathrooms had some mold, master bath shower handle needs replacement. Same for Kitchen sink. Kitchen cabinets need a deep cleaning. Floors were not very cleaned. We had to sweep and vacuumed. Beach towels not supplied, which we found surprising. We had to buy essentials like paper towels and toilet paper, again just surprising. Washing machine and dryer also need an upgrade.

Great location. Beach supplies in closet were great to use. Nice large kitchen for cooking that was well stocked. Property could use a good deep clean and master shower was not usable as faucet was broke. Amenities at the resort were nice and clean.

What a fabulous time we had at your property in MB :) it accommodated our entire family(9 total)perfectly and the balcony fit us ALL! Very clean space, great location/lots of pools, lifeguard right in front of property, tons of walk-able food choices (high and low end price point) and walkable to boardwalk too! About 5 min drive to Broadway on the Beach anf 20 minutes to Barefoot Landing, both are must see places to visit when going to MB. We were able to get in early as well which was AMAZING! Check in normally 4pm but we were in around 2pm :) Louise, the host always answered my questions online before we arrived and was extremely fast in getting back to me when we were at her property as well. Lots of memories were made and we were all very happy with the accommodations, and believe me when I say, I’m not the easiest to please :) thanks again Louise! We will for sure be back!

The view was stunning. We enjoyed it from morning until the wee hours of the night. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was fully equipped. The property was a little shy on supplies (i.e. extra toilet paper) but over all great experience. The property manager did a great job with communication.

Very nice condo. Large TV's in bedroom and living room. Chairs, Umbrella, Cart all included in the closet. Owner provides great communication. Condo has a door code so no waiting at check in desk.

We thoroughly enjoyed some much needed family R&R in a perfectly located beachfront property. The condo is in the heart of Myrtle Beach with easy access to the sands and ocean waves. The condo is spacious, well-equipped and easy to clean-up after a day with family on the beach. Many beach toys and equipment were provided for renter use: chairs, umbrellas, shovels, boogie boards, cooler bag, etc. We even had a wagon at our disposal to load up with our beach equipment easing transportation of all essentials to the sands! We ate all but one meal inside the condo with the fully equipped kitchen and full sized refrigerator/freezer helping this effort. Ordering groceries via Instacart was a breeze and definitely a very appreciated convenience. Upon arrival we had a minor hardware issue, but a call to the property owner, Louise, saw a quick response to repair. A handyman arrived within the hour and after a quick trip to Lowe’s, the issue was 100% resolved.. We were very impressed with Louise’s care and concern. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, especially early morning coffee on the balcony, our days on the beach, and our family meals. Louise was a joy to work with and incredibly communicative. Thank you, Louise.

Nice and clean property.

We enjoyed our stay , the beds were not very comfortable . Otherwise unit was good. They had to change out one of the toilets while we were there . That was a little uncomfortable . Plenty of dishes, and cookware .

Highly recommend this condo. Beautiful on the inside, comfortable beds, great view of the ocean, and all the extra household items you could think of are already there. Perfect place for all things in MB. Louise was great to work with. We came in for a volleyball tournament and wished we could have stayed longer than 4 days.

This property was exactly what we needed for a weekend away with friends. More than enough space for us all and very well equipped and had everything we needed and then some. The rooms and attached bathrooms were nice and roomy and the unit just felt like home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway to the beach with family or friends. We most definitely would return specifically to this unit in the future.
