This is a great apartment with a breathtaking view from the balcony, located in the iconic Fontainbleau. It comes with perks of free parking and admission to the spa. We love the property and will definitely return.

Entire weekend was excellent

Great locale especially for those looking for a lively social scene however family groups can enjoy this as well. Will definitely be back and this maybe our go to spot for our frequent Miami trips.

The view from this balcony is 1000x better than shown in pictures. Friends and I were still shocked of how nice of a place we had until the last day. Highly recommend. There was enough silverware/cups for the 5 of us (we ate out a lot), but purchase plates if you’re cooking there. Very clean, very satisfied with my stay here!

My husband and I stayed in this spacious unit with amazing views of the beach and property from the 27th floor balcony! Loved having coffee out there watching the sunrise each day. The property is huge with beautiful grounds, pools, and beach. Service was excellent, staff was nice. Everything was clean. We ate off site so I can’t speak to dining. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa, but the free passes were a nice offering. We loved the location-walked the boardwalk, rode bikes, and ate at great restaurants close by. This was a great stay in an iconic luxury hotel. My only complaint was that that there were so few utensils in the kitchen. Other than the table knife, there wasn’t even a knife to cut a lime for my beverage. Having said that, I’m sure the hotel would provide one if needed, but it would be nice to not have to ask. Overall we loved our stay!

This is location is beautiful the room views were beautiful! It’s private from the hotel but have access to all hotel amenities . It was clean and anything u need they would bring right away! I would come back time and time again

The unit was spacious and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is so nice! The view couldn’t be more fabulous! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to the pullout sofa mattress not being suitable to sleep on (very thin and springs protruding) and the fact that there was not a single bowl, plate or cup/glass. The linens/blankets for the pullout were not in the room so we had to call housekeeping to get them late at night once we realized that. We also requested 2 duvets to “cushion” the mattress. The next night we requested 2 more because 2 were not enough. This was for one adult sleeping on it. We made a run to Publix to get food/drinks and TP/napkins but never even thought of needing to buy plates/bowls/cups because I thought they’d be provided. There were pots and pans and 4 each of eating utensils. If you have more than 4 people, bring extras. So, just be aware if you plan to eat in the room or sleep on the pullout sofa. Everything else, especially the resort grounds and facilities were amazing! The unit was clean, too. I would recommend staying here knowing the items noted above.

This property is amazing!!! The views were breathe taking with ocean and city views. This place is great cozy bed with all kitchen amenities it truly makes it feel like home. This will definitely be my first choice to stay when visiting Miami.

This was the most beautiful unit to stay at in Fontainebleau. I go to this hotel every year and have had a wonderful time every time. This suite was clean, spacious and beautiful

The property manager was responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we need for the stay. I'm verry happy with my experience.

I’ve stayed at the Fontainebleau many times before and this was the first time having an issue with my room. It took a total of 47 minutes, 3 trips back and forth to guest services, a technician and security before I was able to get into my room due to a malfunctioning lock. No one seemed to be able to explain to me what was happening or why I couldn’t get in. After waiting so long, hotel security came and he too was unable to get me in. When he came back on his second trip, the lock to my suite needed re-programming. 47 minutes after check in, I was finally in my room. I asked for managers assistance and was told there is nothing that can be done because I made my reservation through a third party. I have never experienced customer service like this before and I regularly stay at the Fontainebleau. I will have to reconsider my choice of hotel stay the next time I visit Miami.

Amazing view and great service! Would love to stay here again

I have stayed at Fountainbleu 3x I have yet to be disappointed. I loves the unobstructed view of the bay and ocean. The condo was also very clean. Great place to stay.

A few things could have been better. There were definitely not enough kitchen supplies. Only 2 coffee cups, when 4 of us stayed. The same with the cutlery, only 4 forks, knives and plates and no oven mitt. We made a few things in the oven and realized there was no mitt. We used a towel but a mitt would have been nice. There was also no way of actually washing the dishes by hand. The dishwasher was working, but to put it on everyday for a few plates just seemed wasteful. All in all it was a very nice place and I would definitely stay again.

We were pleased the condo and the views are one of the best at the FB. Unfortunately, we requested an extra night before we arrived because our plans had changed and was not granted the favor of a response from manager. It would have been understandable if they were booked but to just ignore the question was unacceptable. Had it not been for this little issue, we would have rated our overall stay as excellent and would consider future stays at this unit.

It was no surprise that my suite was going to be awesome because I love this location. The view was perfect, watching the ocean at the same time seeing the pools below. I love the two separate balconies , one from the living room and the other from the bedroom. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and we can't wait until our return. Very nice condo with a beautiful view. Easy check in process. Bed is very comfortable, sofa bed not great for an adult but probably fine for kids.

The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing I can't thank the management staff enough!!! I will definitely be coming back... The views were spectacular with both Bay and ocean.

Located right in the middle of the fountain bleau property with a balcony with views overlooking the entire resort and beach. I couldn’t ask for much more!
