Wonderful accommodations great place for family love the relaxing time

GOOD: Good location and great view, nothing else good. BAD: Arrived at 2:00 PM and the room was ready. Asked for the code but could not get access before 4:00 PM. The rooms were disappointing. The rugs were old, worn out, stained and dirty. The walls need fresh paint. The walls and doors were dirty and sticky. Both sofas are very uncomfortable, lumpy and worn out. Had to use pillows to be comfortable, both need to be changed. The bedroom with the bathroom had a shower with very little water pressure, 2 on 10 water pressure. The other shower had NO hot water in the morning, did not enjoy luke warm showers. NO wifi Sunday. It only worked outside the condo. Both chef knives were dull, could not even cut a lime. I do NOT recommend this condo and will come back to this resort.

Needs updated but we had been so busy that it didn’t matter to us much.

The size of the condo was perfect and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Condo was cleaned but definitely still needs a good deep clean. You can tell it’s been awhile. Desperately needs updated. Like that the sheets are sanitized and wrapped after every visitor. The place served its purpose. Wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad.

We arrived on the day of our check in and found that our rental was very dirty. Whoever is supposed to clean between parties must only clean the bathrooms and tidy the living room. The floors were very dirty and had to complain to the rental company managing the property. We also had multiple things not functioning (washing machine, lamp, remote). The property manager told us they couldnt do anything the day we checked in, so my family ended up cleaning ourselves in order to feel comfortable in the rental. They did come to fix things the next day, but that did not help the fact that our first night was spent cleaning as much as we could on our own. Generally, the rental is also a bit outdated. The Sand Dunes property where the rental is located also was rather messy. The parking garage was very poorly layed out. The pool was much smaller than appears in this listing, so it was crowded. Wouldn't stay here again.

This was our second year at Sand dunes, and we plan on coming back.

arrived on saturday the 5th there was a sign on the washer that said do not use washer. on monday the 7th a maintenance man came up to check the washer out it was the drain pump said he would let management/owner know said should be back in 2 days to repair it come friday still no washer so i called ocean breeze they said owner has not given ok to fix it but that there was a washerette on premesis i told them i didnt pay almost $3000 to use a washerette the lamp in living room didnt work the floor was very dirty our feet was black within 2 hours of being there there was foot prints on the mattress cover in the main bedroom on the king bed one of the beds in the first bedroom on the left had a huge sinkhole right in the middle of the mattress very uncomfortable shower heads need cleaning water goes everywhere screws coming out of hinge on top of the door to main bedroom [ will give the A/C a 10 out of 10 this unit needs some major attention very very disssatisfied,I give it a 3 out of 10

Washer and dryer were broken but that happened the week before we arrived.The beds, specifically the doubles, need an upgrade. The matresses are completely worn out and one bed frame was broken. I noticed the same comments in other reviews, so this isn't new. Hopefully it gets done. Also, the carpet has done it's time and needs to be changed.Would still rent again!

Very nice location!

This property was a great fit for our family of 12. 2 of our 7 days we didnt even leave the resort, everything we needed was right there in the resort. Restaurants, convient store, pool. Property was very clean, we had zero problems the entire week.

The location was amazing! Absolutely loved the views ! The only complaint if you would even call it that would be possibly updating the mattresses in the the rooms with double beds ... They were a little worn but other than that our stay was amazing!!! Thank you!

We had a great time but we weren’t allotted all the attractions that the resort had which I didn’t see in the reservations and we were sad that we didn’t get to do a few of the things but over all we had a great stay

The other 2 bedrooms had 2 double beds, but those mattresses need to be replaced. Overall cleanliness was good. The tile floors needed to be scrubbed to make the grout white again. We did that and it looked amazing. We suggest all carpet be replaced because of sand and wear and tear. A laminate wood floor would be easier to clean and maintain. One of the lamps was hard to turn one and should be replaced. A few of the electrical outlets need to be tightened. TVs were in each room and that was nice. Loved having washer and dryer. The 2nd bathroom was spacious.The rental company is great and helpful. The food in the bar/restaurant downstairs in main building is not great, but drinks are fine. The pizza place smelled great, but we didn't eat there. There were more carts available for unloading this year. Yay! We have stayed at Sand Dunes several times and enjoy the resort. Be aware that the walk to the beach from the North Tower is a bit of a walk when rolling wagon with cooler and such. We will be back to this resort. All comments are meant to be constructive to help the specific unit we rented.

You will regret it my check it was over a hour later than my time. Which I was okay with until the cleaning manager was actually in my room cleaning was extremely rude. Everytime I called reservation to be transferred to a manager she never picked up or even had the courtesy to call me back for 1700 a week mt room was filthy trash under beds had to make all the beds showers had soap scrum and other tenants hair couldn’t even get the cleaning people to bring me a mop to mop the floors that looked it was just never mopped all In all we had fun in the area but this company is complete trash still haven’t received a single apology either!!!

The kids enjoyed themselves but tge inside pool need an update

The building was well maintained and in a good location, parking and elevator access were very good. The unit itself needs an update, the kitchen counter, carpets and wallpaper need refreshing.

The location is great and the unit is nice. I was very dissappointed with the fact that every room had a TV but no cable/ local service of any kind.

We had a ball unit was just as posted overall nice place to stay just need to do something with the carpet

The condo served its purpose for our stay. One thing to note is the carpet-it’s a dark color that hides dirt easily but-The soles of brand new shoes turned brown after walking on it. There was a small bug in wrapped linens that we received. Great location with plenty of attractions close. Bathrooms were clean. Shop for paper products and soaps before arriving. The site instructs you to bring everything. There are a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards which was nice. Also plenty of pillow’s available.

Baseboards and ceiling fans had dust balls on them. Carpets were filthy, we had to wear shoes to keep from getting our feet black with dirt. Bathroom floors were not cleaned behind the doors in several weeks, they had dirt rings behind each door. Appliances and kitchen cabinets were dirty with splattered food on them. There was a moldy smell coming from the king bed room. We won’t be renting this room again. One of the front bedroom beds could not be slept in because it had a huge dip in it. Walls were dirty with hand prints as well. I have pictures if you want them.

It was a pretty good place. We did have to clean it once we got there. The door handles were sticky and the shower in one bath needed cleaned. We were disappointed that our kids couldn’t use the dunes water park.

Everything was as advertised, great view!!! Beautiful space, clean, enough room for the 9 women for a 4 day weekend. The only issues was their voicemail says they are open 7days a week beginning at 10am. Unfortunately they were not open on Sunday when I had a non emergent question about the pool passes. So we did not get to use the pool.

Overall place was nice. Needs a little updating. Location is great Did not like the fact that you didn’t have access to the whole property other than that we had a great time

The place has a good amount of space. The beds are very uncomfortable. The unit has a strong cigarette smoke odor. For people who do not smoke, this was quite bothersome. We appreciated the view and proximity of the beach. Overall, our family would return especially if the beds are changed.

The check in process was not communicated well. Not sure what happened nor would anyone say but I could not check in at 4 called 2x for a code but was told room not complete yet - check in was 2 hrs late and really no explanation. The place was clean but salt air is starting to peel wall paper off walls in several places. None of the remotes worked batteries all dead for TVs The complex was great with the pool and snack and bar right there. It was nice to have a choice of pool or beach with direct access to beach. The view from the balcony was an added bonus.

Property was well located and steps from the beach. Great outdoor pool, but kids were disappointed the waterpark was not included. Not a big deal but pictures should not be included with the rental. Check in was seamless but parking was not the best. The main garage fills quickly and it’s very tight to maneuver while trying to exit. Additional parking was available in the garage next to it, so we utilized that each night rather than dealing with the main garage. Minutes drive to Broadway, Boardwalk and all the touristy spots for souvenirs. I’d stay here again.
