The house is spacious and well-supplied. The selection of bicycles in the garage is amazing, including bike locks and helmets! We appreciated the folding beach wagon. The layout of the house gives everyone some privacy and there was plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. We made good use of the grill on the deck. Mark is a great host!

We loved our week in Sea Pines! The owner was great and the place was nice. The view from the back deck was beautiful. The shuttle to the beach was easy and convenient. We look forward to staying here again soon:)

We found the property spacious and great for our family of 6. Close to many amenities. Sea Pines is a beautiful area!

We loved staying here! Very convienent to pool and tennis courts. We loved the bikes and riding on all the bike trails around Sea Pines!

The pictures did not do it justice. It was a great place for my family and friends to stay for the week. Actually enjoyed biking to the beach and loved the almost daily sighting of a gator in the pond. Kids played tennis every morning.

The view of the pond right out the back sliding doors was very nice as well as the alligators. Even though we did not use the bikes much it would be very useful for a large family that loves to bike. This was a great location in Sea Pines. Amenities in the Villa, the nice pool, and the variety of bikes in the garage was a definite plus. Getting around by bikes while the Heritage Golf tournament was going on this week, was a easier than driving. The villla was very peaceful and watching the birds and alligators was entertaining.

We loved hilton head island, location of the house and the house. Have to mention about all the bikes that Mr Mark provided thinking about everybody in any family. Lake side of the house is a home to all kinds of birds including herons and robins so on :) and also alligators. Be careful with them.. We have not used the pool or the tenis courts but they are right in front the house too.

Our family of 7 (ages 2-65) felt safe, comfortable, & enjoyed our short visit! The pretty courtyard garden entrance & spacious back deck w beautiful lake views & forest preserve privacy makes this a nice, private setting! Our grandkids loved fishing, seeing an alligator (from the deck!), birds, & lizards! The host provided more than the essentials needed—from a gate on the deck, family board games, bikes in good condition & more! Our 4 year old loved her little bunk room! The host has made some nice updates to the kitchen & downstairs master bathroom; & the main living space & upstairs bedrooms were nicely decorated & furnished. Our son (in the construction business) had some concerns regarding visible ceiling damage & air vents upstairs. Thank you to the host for prompt responses to questions & thoughtful, detailed furnishing of this unit!

Lovely location overlooking the lagoon. Property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Had a wonderful week!

We had such a nice week in spite of the nasty tropical storm caused by Hurricane Elsa! This townhouse unit is even prettier in person than in the pictures. We had 7 people ages 16-71 staying with us, and the location was a perfect fit for all to spend time doing as they wished, whether it be fishing right off of the deck, playing pickle ball or swimming right across the road, or riding the bikes all over the island that were included with this rental. I had many questions for the property manager before our trip, and he answered all of them via the VRBO message center very promptly. Property is fully furnished with a lot of "extras" like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper products, etc. Also, the A/C worked great, which was nice considering how hot we would get while we were outside! We felt right at home. and will likely be back next year!

The villa was very comfortable and in a perfect location for us. Loved the lake view and proximity to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Excellent wildlife viewing from the villa. In spite of some very rainy weather we had a great time. Bikes were used a lot on nice days. A big plus.

We enjoyed the lake. We were concerned after seeing alligators (2). The was no signage warning of these critters and we had a 2 year with us. Otherwise, the birds chirping, the humming along with the view of wildlife was incredible.
