All loved the pool. Location is very convenient to Harbourtown, shops, grocery, and beach. House was great and our host was very responsive.

I’ll start by saying this house is good. The layout is nice. That said, my lesson learned is that I will always rent through a property management company Vs. a landlord (who is not local) when on vacation. Since we were traveling with younger kids and senior grandparents, the pool was a requirement for us and the primary reason we chose this house. Unfortunately, the pool pump was not working when we arrived. We were told many stories by the pool cleaning company as to how long the owner has known about the issue, we were also given the run around on how long it would take to fix (from a few hours to over a week). Long story short, the owners problem became our problem while trying to enjoy our family vacation. After 2 days of back and forth and many frustrating conversations with the owner, the pool cleaner, the pool repair person, we agreed to terminate the rental early because a pool in June was a requirement for our family. We were not compensated fairly but we were desperate to move on with the remainder of our vacation at that point - we were not given a nightly discount for the non-working pool, we were charged a full week of taxes, fees, plus the owner added on a full week cleaning fee after we came to an agreement on the refund amount. All that said, the house is fine and hopefully the pool is working now. However, from now on, I’ll make sure any rentals we book are managed by a local company.

This home was the perfect location for our family vacation! The multiple bedrooms, the beautiful kitchen, and the overall "beach" feel were exactly what we were looking for. The ladies enjoyed relaxing by the pool, while the boys played golf on the many courses easily accessible within Sea Pines. Host was easily accessible with any questions we had!

3 of us had to travel to Hilton Head for a business trip and wanted to make sure that we had a place that offered enough space so we could individually have our privacy, yet also provide room to relax together after a day of work. This place hit every aspect of what we needed. The pool was great! The house was perfect for what we needed. It needs to be mentioned that the lockbox for the keys is finicky and you need to make sure you try it a few times before it becomes evident on how it opens. We almost thought the code wasn’t right and then we tried pulling it open a different way and it opened. Communication was great and we had an excellent stay!

The house was clean and well supplied. We couldn't use the pool at this time of year but it was lovely to look at and lounge around. We would happily stay here again on a future vacation... it's a beautiful home!

Spacious ranch home in a great neighborhood. Outside area is a beautiful setting with the pool, trees and golf course. So easy to spend the day sitting by the pool and reading a book. Located on middle of the fairway of 3rd hole of Heron Dunes course. We really enjoyed our stay. Janet was the best host ever.

This is a beautiful and spacious home located on a golf course. There is LOTS of ROOM to relax and move about. No stairs made it choice for the elderly and wheelchair guests.

We had a lovely stay at your home at Sea Pines. We came from Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina to celebrate our Aunt Mary’s 100th Birthday. The house was perfect for us, large, roomy and while we didn’t spend much time there we ha D a great stay.

We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful stay. This house is conveniently located in Sea Pines and really close to the Sea Pines attractions. We rented bikes and ride through all the bike trails. One starts just down the street from the house. We loved sitting in the back yard and watching the golfers go by. We stayed with my elderly parents and had a wonderful time. Lots of space inside the house for four adults. We had an extra bedroom that we didn’t use. Having laundry facilities at the house was a bonus too

We rented this home for a week for our honeymoon on Hilton Head and could not be happier with our choice! The home was absolutely wonderful and in a great location in Sea Pines. It was very quiet, private and everything we were looking for. Janet was also amazing with any questions and tips for our trip. We will definitely be back and hope to be able to rent this property again. You will not be disappointed. The home is very spacious and the pool is great. We had the best time here and on Hilton Head!

Everything was very beautiful, very clean easy to find. The only negative was that the water heater takes a long time to produce hot water.

Kitchen utensils, plates, pots and pans stocked very well. Bathrooms needed a better cleaning-- mildew areas needed a spritz of tilex or a good scrubbing.

The owners were great and very responsive. House was spacious but rather dated. The pool was amazing (once it was treated mid week). Super appreciated the chairs and beach toys 😉 The walk to the sandy beach was a mile……a little harder for elderly. The sunroom and patio near the pool was amazing. We enjoyed eating dinner outside every single day. Amazing beach vacation. Excellent😎

The home was advertised. The home is a little older so you can see it’s age but everything was clean. The check in process was smooth and easy. We loved the large pool in the yard. We spent more time there than at the beach. The property included both walking (0.5 miles) and driving directions to the beach. Since we had young children we only chose the option to drive and park so we don’t know how easy it was to walk. There were some beach items in the driveway but we brought our own and didn’t use them. Overall, I recommend this property.
