We were very satisfied with the condo. The unit is exactly as described. it was clean and well supplied, centrally located. It has everything that you need for a beach getaway (coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels even a cart to take it all to the beach). The 4 bikes were an added bonus. Bring nothing except your clothes and you will have a great time. The communication with the owners is the best I’ve ever had with a VRBO owner, Thanks again, Tom & Chris.

Chris went above and beyond to communicate with us and make sure all of our needs were met.

We loved our stay here! It's so big and separated so that the kids can have their own space which was wonderful. They had EVERYTHING we needed for the beach from a wagon to boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, chairs and toys for the kids. The kids LOVED the two pools and we enjoyed using the bikes. We had to rent kids bikes but that was easy. We would stay here again for sure!

This was more then I could of ever expected with condo rental. There was bikes, beach cart, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and sand toys (even though my 2 kids are 16 and 22, they loved them). We just had to bring ourselves, clothes, swim gear, and food, and we all set for the week. We enjoyed the ease of the walk to the beach. If you are coming to Hilton Head, this is place to stay...very convenient and homey place to stay.

This condo is loaded with everything you need for a beach vacation! Beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, beach wagon, etc! The bikes were a huge bonus! It was such an easy walk to the beach with the wagon loaded up! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach access next to the Marriott and “loggerheads” was a great stop for snow cones, drinks, snacks while on the beach. The condo was a great layout with the teenager getting her own area :-) We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! We biked to dinner, took a dolphin tour with low country sports (highly recommend), spent an afternoon at Sea Pines, 2 rounds of mini golf at Pirates Cove, and of course enjoyed the beach! This location was terrific and the price can’t be beat with all that is included! THANK YOU CHRIS & TOM for such a wonderful family vacation!

This condo was very nice, clean, and full of amenities. Enjoyed our annual beach trip with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. The indoor pool was nice to enjoy since our first full day was raining and cool. Beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. were available for our use as well! We recommend this lovely condo!

The apartment is spotless, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and in a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing stay on HHI. I would definitely rent this apartment again. The owners are easy to reach and very responsive to questions and concerns.

We have visited Hilton Head several times. While we love the island and all it has to offer, this review will focus mainly on the condo. We have stayed many places through vrbo (condos/houses) and this place was one of the best maintained and clean places ever stayed. There were towels including travel size shampoo/soap on the beds and typically you only get this in hotels. We also usually have to buy toilet paper/laundry detergent, etc but all of that was provided too. The design of the condo is actually 2 units made into one. It's perfect for a family with teens or two couples who need their own space. The amenities were incredible as well. Everything you could need is available. Beach chairs, cart, towels, etc. There are also many books , very nice TV's in every room and of course the bikes. I didn't expect to need a first aid kit but I did and there was one of those too! The condo itself was fantastic--well organized, good security and nice pools. My only wish is that it was in a different area. It would be great for families with younger kids or teens but it's just a little crowded for our taste. This was our first time staying in the coligny area and I admit there are other areas of the island we prefer. However, the condo definitely would rank on a place we would like to revisit. Thanks to the owners for a worry free vacation!

The location of the apartment, the hospitality, the indoor pool and hot tub !! These guys had tennis rackets and bikes available for us too, this was the best thing of all. Being so close to the Markets…everything was great! Infact perfect! We had a blast. Thank you Tom and Chris.

We enjoyed our stay at HHI thoroughly here. Tom and Chris have really thought of everything to make the stay at this property enjoyable for their guests - beach gear, bikes, a Wii, and even board games. Our only regret was that we were not able to take full advantage of it all. Communication was quick and clear with the hosts. Would love to be back. Everything was great. Location seemed to be close to everything, just a short bike ride away! We can’t wait for our next Hilton Head trip!

We loved our rental for our week to celebrate my sons graduation and family time. Big bonuses to this rental were: *4 adult bikes included (2 had baskets ) *great selection of board and card games that we enjoyed *probably dozen nice in good shape beach towels *smart tv with netflix option that we could log in and watch movies to relax after long day in sun * huge selection of beach supplies, back pack cooler, two small hard coolers, boogie boards, 3 umbrellas, 5+ chairs , wagon , etc. saved us from having to travel 9 hours with and have sand everywhere The owner was very easy to communicate with. Sent detailed info on check in and out. Had nice book in rental with suggestions for anything and everything. The two pull out beds were typical couch bed. Not that comfy for week. Maybe if younger kids. The bedroom beds were very firm. May be ok for many but it wasn’t for us. Our backs are used to a more plush pillow top but to each their own. Kitchen supplies everything we needed. Having two fridges was great for space. There are ice trays and ice maker in freezer which we were able to use for our beach coolers. Just had to stock it up. It was very short walk to beach. Couple different access within 5 min. Easy walk. The outdoor pool was clean and very private. There was indoor pool and hot tub but we didn’t use it Very nice condo with two elevators and luggage carts for loading and unloading. Parking was crowded at times but we never didn’t have spot for our two cars. We walked and biked to coligny shopping and coffee shops. Very convenient. The rental is a great price for all it includes for a worry free vacation. We would rent again!

What a wonderful place! Very, very clean, well-stocked with everything you need! We have rented many places, but this one truly tops them all. The owners are so responsive and caring. Thank you Chris & Tom! Can’t wait to go back hopefully soon!

Wow. We have rented A LOT of VRBO properties and this was one of the best. I’m also a Realtor and regularly deal with lots of people, the owners are GEMS! First, we rented last minute. My son was turning 10 and he decided, last minute, he only wanted to go to the beach. The owners surprised us with a balloon and donuts in the rental. So sweet! I read the property description and we took a huge gamble - we’d bring clothes and nothing else. It was a risk with a huge reward. The unit had EVERYTHING - umbrellas (3), chairs (many), towels (galore), even a beach cart and games including paddle ball and bocce ball. We ate out on the town but the kitchen is well appointed, even a wine / beer bottle icicle in the freezer. The layout really worked for our family. My husband and I had the “main” unit with comfy king bed, living room, large kitchen, and full bath. The kids had the “lockout” unit with a queen bed for two of them, and the pullout full in the second living room for the third. Also includes another well stocked kitchenette and a full bath. The kids loved it! They went shopping and stocked “their own apartment” upon return. Tons of linens, extra towels, extra blankets, and soft pillows. We didn’t use the indoor pool because the weather was great but I could see it being essential on rainy days. The location can’t be beat. We walked to the beach and Coligny for meals, ice cream, and shopping. Try Nectar Farm Kitchen, it was AMAZING. We spent an entire day at the pool and we were the only guests. Lots of umbrellas and beach chairs. The owners checked on us via email to make sure we arrived safely and they were attentive throughout the stay. We will DEFINITELY be booking again AND telling my friends and clients. Thank you for helping us celebrate our son and enjoy an amazing long weekend!

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head and our stay at this condo made the trip even better! The condo was fully stocked with everything we could need for the beach! The beach was a short walk from the condo. We also enjoyed many walks to Coligny Plaza and the Adventure Playground. The Condo was very family friendly and a perfect place for two families because it offered two living spaces! We used the indoor pool multiple times and it was never busy. We would definitely use this condo again on a return trip to Hilton Head! The owners were very prompt with responses and kept us informed about building maintenance.

The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The weather was great. The decor of our place was very nice and the services provided by Luxury Limo at the last minute was a game changer! We packed a ton in a short time. Our kids and their two friends made alot of great memories. Hope to be back soon!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Hilton Head. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay, especially the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and the beach wagon. The location is great as well, and we made use of the bikes every day. The pool was great and many times we had the pool to ourselves. The only thing I wished this condo unit would offer is recycling. We had a ton of items to recycle and just ended taking those items home since there wasn't one. Other than that, would totally recommend this condo unit to others'.

This property has everything you need. Plenty of places to sleep and everything you need for the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great week with no issues.

My family of four had a great stay at this property! My kids loved that they had their own space with a bedroom/bath/and sitting area. The condo is so well stocked with everything! We utilized the beach equipment and especially loved using the bikes to ride around and explore the island. We utilized both the indoor and outdoor pools and neither were ever crowded. It was a fabulous vacation and was the perfect place to relax!

My husband and I took our 3 teenage daughters on a family vacay to HHI for the week and this was a perfect spot for the price! The owners are amazing! The communication was fabulous from check-in to check-out! They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and the bikes were a major bonus! We used them the entire trip and only had to rent one extra bike. Bike rental is costly, so this saved us a lot of money! The layout of the condo is perfect with plenty of room for our family of 5! You could easily fit up to 8 people comfortably. The condo was clean and nicely decorated! It felt like home away from home! The pool is clean and nice as well! We enjoyed that one afternoon, but mainly walked to the beach. The walk to the beach is a piece of cake! It took maybe 5-8 minutes pulling a cart. I would recommend this place for any family who wants a nice and relaxing vacation that is cost friendly. Will be coming back!
