What a lovely weekend. We 3 best girlfriends spent hours on the back porch just talking and enjoying the view straight out to the water. Delicious food was a lovely walk or short drive away. The host was very accommodating and her hospitality made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The house had every single thing we needed (pillows, towels, beach chairs, dishes, Kleenex) and space for one another to reconnect after a long Covid separation. Many thanks for the lovely weekend, free of responsibility & headaches and filled with long conversations and rest. Hope to return!

I have never felt so “at home” on a vacation! It truly was wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we could need, was clean, and the property owner was super accommodating. The best feature of this home is the setting. Tucked away on the beach with privacy and the sounds of birds and ocean waves. I will definitely be staying there again!

This property was better than we thought going in. Everything about it was wonderful and the stay was enjoyable.

I can’t believe this oasis exists. My family and I had a beautiful time over the weekend The home has everything one needs from beach chairs to towels to books for reading. We very much look forward to staying here again. Communication with the owner and with the caretaker was easy and comfortable.

This was our third year in a row renting this house. We’ve already booked for next year. So obviously we think this is a terrific house. Read my previous reviews for details about it.

Exactly what I was expecting

We ( 2 couples) stayed at this wonderful beach cottage last year and enjoyed it so much we returned this year. The house is very comfortable, excellent WiFi and tv, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, very roomy living quarters with a huge screened in porch and big backyard. The beach is just a short walk down a private path and very uncrowded. The ambience of the house is very homey and lived in, not stark, antiseptic or luxurious.

This quaint house just steps from the beach was perfect for our family of five!! We all really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed with plenty of space for us to enjoy our vacation. Thanks for sharing your home.

Location,location,location.......owner and support staff :THE BEST We'll be back again,and again,and again.......

This home is a perfect getaway for two couples or a family with several children. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of gadgets for those who love to cook. Location was ideal, right on the beach. Stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and toys for young kids. Water was great during our stay but beaches unguarded so for those who are not swimming in the ocean, suggest taking a short walk up North to the guarded beach. Debbie was great to work with as was Dave, the dude next door who will check in to make sure you have all you need. Can't wait to get back. Shades in the bedrooms could use a privacy type blind as you will be visible in the evening to the guy who lives on the front property. Hang a towel if you need privacy.

We stayed for two weeks with our family and we had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for us and it made us really feel at home. It’s so nicely done up. We had everything we needed- we didn’t miss anything. Very well appointed kitchen, lots of towels, very clean bathrooms. And the best: an outdoor gas grill, which we used almost everyday and prepared exquisite dishes! The beach was fantastic, it was perfect just grabbing the beach accessoires which are provided in the house, leaving the house and be on the beach after a few steps. To say it in a few words: Fantastic vacation at all points! We would love to come back!

This house was a great find. The location couldn’t be better. It’s right on the beach, just a few yards down a path, but close to all the Pompano area has to offer. The house itself is a 1950s era beach house. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern. The rest of the house maintains the old Florida beach house atmosphere and charm. The living room opens onto a large screened in room which opens to a large patio, with the beach right beyond that. The house was perfect for two couples, as we were, and would easily be comfortable for six people. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom which made it ideal for two couples. The WiFi was excellent and the tv included Roku.

we can gush and wax poetic about the charm of this beach house as we are obligated to do so for the benefit of the owners but here is the deal...we did once for a place we rented in France and next thing we know the place got so super booked that we could not rent it again when we wished to do so.....so this is as far as I am willing to take pour review..oh yes we are booked for next year..for longer actually

This is a nice, well kept, clean home on a lovely stretch of beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this home again. The house is very comfortable. The bedrooms each have a private bathroom, there is a charming sunken entryway between the bedrooms and the living room, the living room itself is nicely furnished and has a large television, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, but the shining stars are the screened patio, which is where we ate breakfast and dinner daily, and then the outer patio beyond that with beach chairs, a table with an umbrella, and a gas grill - all with a beautiful ocean view. Beyond that a short walk takes you right to the beach. This house had everything we wanted and more!

Son just moved to Florida we went to visit. We will for sure be back. Have already shared our experience with family and friends. Quiet beachfront can’t be beat. Easy to get to lots to do.

Comfortable quaint cottage on the ocean beach.......tropical foliage.........oceanfront.........privacy...........conveniently located near Food ,restaurants,entertainment,fishing,golfing,shopping......very attentive management staff.........patio........lanai........off the highly trafficked roads, can safely walk or bike road,sidewalk or beach........all in all " a Perfect Gem in Pompano Beach" where beach "houses are few and far between Dr.Andy and friends will be back !!!

What an absolutely wonderful stay we had at this home! We could not have asked for a better atmosphere and experience. The home is clean and cozy and decorated so nicely. The amenities were plentiful and the view to the ocean from the back porch is beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful, calming place to get away and enjoy some time of solitude, along with gorgeous sunrises, this is it! We felt like we had our own private beach! The home is convenient to everything - restaurants, shopping, public beach areas. We also made quick excursions down to Fort Lauderdale down A1A! We look forward to making another trip down to Pompano and would love to stay here again! Awesome stay!

This quaint beachfront bungalow was the main attraction of a surprise 60th birthday celebration two sisters planned for a third - and it was PERFECT in every way. It provided the perfect combination of the privacy we were seeking with the easiest beach access imaginable. The owners have taken great care to think of everything that a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a small family could possibly want or need for a no-stress experience. We could not imagine needing anything that was not readily available for a day at the beach. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever encountered, with high end appliances and tools. We were impressed. We thought the entire place looked even better than the pictures, a pleasant surprise. Most of the time was spent on the lovely back porch or patio, listening to the waves and enjoying the sea breeze. We loved the old school charm. And when we ventured out for our birthday celebration dinner, we were delighted to see how close we were to everything, restaurants, shops, etc. because sitting on that back porch we felt miles from everything. The owners are nice and obviously love the home. Try it! You will not be disappointed.
