Château Mar was a nightmare including fraud

the front desk was amazing they stored our luggage after checkout so we could hand at the pool for a few hours more. condos were so spacious and clean. it was amazing. will b back!

our room was very roomy with a wonderful view.

bathrooms could stand to be updated and more up to date tv reception. We also were put off by the multiple requests to attend a sales meeting.

friendly staff, close to beach.

non-smoking with only one smoking area. no smoking on balcony of your room.

The pool was awesomely heated! We also enjoyed being able to swim in the pool by the beach at the other resort. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly especially the concierge.

There were 3 times the smoke detector went off in one day. We had no view except the palm trees. It would have been nice to have the intercoastal view. Also would have been nice to have some kind of beach chairs or a discount on the ones at the beach for the amount I paid.

The property is beautiful and close to the beach. You get access to it from a different Wyndham property that is on the beach. The pool was also amazing.

One elevator was down and there are no stairs to the lobby. The beds were not very comfortable.

the look was nice, it’s good if you want a private, quiet, just relax trip. Beds were comfortable, room well supplied with dishes, utensil, etc

Was there for 2 weeks and because we chose not to invest in the program was disacknowledged, 2 facecloths for 2 weeks, given wrong size sheets to make our own bed.

No breakfast! This is a timeshare, not a hotel that caters to the guests! Seventh floor with a nice balcony. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property! That could be good or bad depending on your lifestyle

This property advertises Beach Access, but you must walk across a busy street down the block to access the beach! This condo building had no café or deli in it! There was a coffee maker in the condo, with a cube of coffee, and powdered creamers! The worst! Since there was a kitchen, bring your own soft drinks, and coffee creamers!

Large rooms. Very clean. Pool wonderful. Staff was warm friendly very attentive. Thank you for the great vacation!!!!

Tranquil .. great location and wonderful staff

I loved it, it brought back some of my favorite childhood memories. Gorgeous place, lovely staff, and a decent pool, I enjoyed my stay very much!!

Only true complaint is the floor was not clean other than that it was amazing.

- The location was good. Cross the street, walk a hundred feet south, turn left, walk another 150 feet and you are on the beach. - staff was friendly enough Nothing else about the property was great.

- Older place. - The bed was super comfy but was a full size I think, not even a queen size. This was difficult for my wife and I who are used to a king. - Nobody came by to clean or ask if we wanted any additional coffee or shampoo etc.. - had to schedule pool time or pool side time an hour in advance due to Covid. Never used the pool as a result. - booking.com claimed the hotel had a free breakfast, this is the main reason I picked it over another. There was no breakfast 🙁. Covid related probably. I have stayed at other hotels that provided a snack bag to go instead of the breakfast. Not this place.
