It was our first trip to Lake. We stayed for 5 days. The first 3 it rained so we couldn’t do much but the last 2 we were able to get out. Everyone enjoyed Put in Bay (we were told to go through the week, because it wasn’t as busy) The house had a great location to the lake (right off the deck!) The street to get to it was small and the houses close together but it’s vacation and was fine. The kids loved the playground across the street. We had an issue with the toilets and the owners jumped right on it and was fixed that day. The only complaint, would be is you can hear everything that is going on in the house. The doors to the bedrooms (which are cute and fits the cottage style) are louvered and only go 3/4 way up to the top of door frame, so even when shut you can hear everything being said or the tv. I recommend a noise machine or fan when going to bed to help with that. That’s the only negative thing. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at Sunny Disposition. The Property Manager Stacy was simply incredible and very attentive. We wanted to stay on Lake Erie close to Cedar Point and Sunny Disposition checked all the boxes. The Cottage was quaint and comfortable. I would love to book another stay. I really can’t say enough nice things about this property so please check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

We had 8 family members of 4 generations. We had a great time at the lake. We enjoyed watching the sunset off the back deck and listening to the waves rolling in. Good family time!

Our group has been fishing out of the harbor for 25 years. The Sunny Disposition accommodations are the very best that we have experienced. The rental is fantastic for cleanliness, comfort and conveniency

The cottage was neat, clean and we'll supplied. It was a little tight for our 8 adult guys, since we don't do upper bunks very well any longer. But overall, we were quite comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake was especially sweet!

Nice house with lots of amenities. Super close to the fishing charters. Beautiful view right on the lake. The beds were kind of small, but everything was very comfortable.

stacey, was awesome, check in easy, good kithcen and gathering space. nice patio area by the lake. we had 8 guys, upstairs bedrooms crowded with three guys in each room.not much space to put their stuff. location near marina was outstanding

This is ou second time renting here. The house is large and open and great for our group. Bath and 1/2 was perfect 1/2 bath upstairs. Views are beautiful right on the lake. Owner was fast to answer any questions already looking forward to another visit.

We rented both Sunny Disposition and Liberty Breeze for family and friends. We were all there to celebrate a wedding, and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The houses were clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and what we expected from the photos. It was a great long weekend!

This home was perfect for 8 girls being together for a 60 th birthday celebration! Everyone was comfortable! The weather did not cooperate to enjoy the deck overlooking the water…but we were able to enjoy looking out the windows at the lake! We had a fire in the pit on Saturday morning! The house was very enjoyable for the weekend!

The condo was accurately represented in the pictures. Stacy was a wonderful host. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I did however, despite a warning in the binder to check everywhere for all you stuff (even check under the bed) , leave my flip flops there. LOL Thanks for a wonderful time.

The home owner responded to questions quickly, politely, and in a friendly manner. The deck facing the lake was large and allowed 9 of us to sit comfortably. We had a lovely stay!

We loved your peaceful, serene family lake house. Lots of memories were made that will last forever! Enjoyed hanging out on the deck relaxing with the beautiful views - including sunrises and sunsets. Kids enjoyed the beach area, playground, biking and just hanging out together. The house was cozy and comfortable with easy cooking and eating area. We will be back someday to enjoy again!

Our family loved our time here! It was a great experience. Our host, Stacy, was so easy to work with and her communication with us was excellent! Hoping to return sometime!

This definitely ranks as one of our top vacations. From the neighborhood to the stunning views of lake Erie sunset and sunrises. We had 13 people in our party and the cottage was perfect. Another added bonus was the park right across the street which was perfect for the kids. One thing that would be nice would be a golf cart but the bikes worked just fine. Thanks again for everything

Everything it was marketed to be. 11 family members stayed comfortably there for a week. Plenty to see and do, with quality downtime in between.

We got the property for a place we could all get some mental downtime while our kids were competing at Camp Perry. It was perfect for what the kids needed. From the lake to the fireflies and frogs, everyone had a great time. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a 2nd shower. :)

We had a great weekend. The house’s location was perfect for grilling out on the deck and watching the sunset over Lake Erie. We were 2 minutes from the boat launch and the public space across the street was perfect for basketball / Spikeball etc.
