Loved our stay here. Both bedrooms were nice. We enjoyed the amazing view from our lanai, the ability to walk to beaches/restaurants/shops, and the swimming pool. We also played a round of tennis here which was fun. Would definitely return. Thank you!

This was a clean place with a pool steps away and lots of things walking distance from the front door. (South Maui Gardens Luau & Food trucks as well as lots of other shops and restaurants and gear rental). Beach chairs were provided as were towels. Also, reusable grocery sacks and a cooler bag! So helpful!!! We sat on the lanai to watch the waves and sunset so much. Host was responsive. We did get street noise at night (car stereos and motorcycles) - so if you’re really bothered by that, keep it in mind. It didn’t go too late. But we felt that is the compromise- beach views mean you’re on the street and it wasn’t really too bad. We didn’t have young kids, either so it was no problem.

Great condo (fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and sand toys ). Great location. Watched surfers all day long. Surf shop two doors down where you can rent boards. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. 180 degree unobstructed ocean view. Just like in pictures. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Tub in main bathroom was great for our grand daughter. Shower in principle bedroom ensuite was good. Floors are tiled with some turtle tiles that our crawling grand daughter loved lol. The only negative was that we (4 adults and our seven year old granddaughter frequently ran out of hot water during our showers. Kitchen is well appointed. Fridge has ice maker. Three high end Weber bbqs by the pool. Pool area is clean and nice on a hot day. Hot tub also was nice. There is a pickle ball/tennis court there that we never did use. There is some traffic noise as the main road is up front by the ground floor lanai. But not a big deal. We liked people/car watching. All in all was a wonderful holiday experience. Would definitely stay again.

This clean, well located condo was ideal for our group of three. Other than food and toiletries you need nothing else for your stay in Kihei. Don’t miss the food trucks which are one block away. Jamie is a great host. There were no issues the entire week. Oh-did I mention the sea turtles that are within walking distance? To be fair there was road noise and the beach is rocky. I would still rent from Jamie again. Thanks Jamie.

Fantastic property, so many extra amenities like beach chairs, pickle ball and tennis rackets and even storage containers! It is such a great location, close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Host is very responsive and reliable.

This is a great location and worked great for us during our stay in Maui. We loved to hear the waves crashing and see the surfers / boarders playing in the waves all day long. It's very close to a variety of restaurants / shops / parks & beaches. We'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Nice condo, well situated to explore a lot of beautiful beaches including Wailea. We especially enjoyed the pool and the terrace wirh a stunning of Cove Beach (morning and sunset).

This property is kept up nicely with fantastic views. You can watch a beautiful sunset from the patio or just walk across the street for even better views. The AC is loud at night, but nice to have. It didn’t keep me up. There are several great breakfast places within walking distance. There is also a beach within walking distance and we saw sea turtles every day. The owner keeps the beach gear well stocked. We had chairs, a cooler, towels, a beach bag, noodles, and some toys. We didn’t cook there so I can’t speak much to how well the kitchen is stocked. Will definitely stay again!

Good condo nice and clean and also has a great location

Great location. Having the patio with the ocean out front was perfect . Loved every sunrise and sunset.

This was our first time using VRBO and it went great! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless! The view of the beach was awesome! Jamie is a wonderfully attentive host!

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 boys all under the age of 10 and we loved it. The pool was a great temperature and the hot tub was really hot (which my wife and I both love). My two year old loved the little backyard and burned off lots of energy in the morning. There was traffic noise from the street out in front and the power pole and wires was on the right side view, but it honestly didn't even phase us. The location was great, I loved having my morning coffee and watching the surfers. We will definitely try to stay there next time.

Jamie’s place is so awesome!! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great! We loved hanging out on the lanai everyday to watch beautiful sunsets! Close to restaurants & shops. Weather was great during December.

We had the BEST time staying at this condo! The place is totally set with everything you might need and the location is SUPERB! Beautiful sunsets daily! Everything worked great and thebair conditioning in the master bedroom was NO issue! I can't wait to come back!

Family of four, we fit nicely into this place. We enjoyed the views. As noted the air conditioner unit is loud in master bedroom but definitely not a deal killer. It’s very quiet and relaxing and we loved our time.

Upon opening the door the view exceeded expectations. This condo had everything needed to enjoy a full week of fun. Walking distance to everything, ease of access to amenities and gave us the right balance of relaxing and adventuresome.

The condo was perfect for our group- 2 Teens and 2 moms. The pool was super clean and a perfect temperature. We enjoyed watching the people surfing all day and the sunsets. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. The condo had everything we needed and the best part was the location because we walked to so many fun places.

The location was amazing if you want to stay in the Kihei area. You can walk to EVERYTHING - beautiful sandy beaches (plus you are literally across the street from the main beach for beginning surfers), loads of great restaurants, several great shaved ice, Foodland grocery store, etc. The condo and complex were spotless and felt really secure. Our only issue was, like others mentioned, the AC in the Master. It worked fine for us in regards to cooling but it is loud when you have it on. We had hoped to go without but it was really warm the week we were there and the air flow to that room just isn't great. We had read the reviews going in and I was aware, so I'm not reflecting this issue in our review. It was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay. We also found the front door stuck a bit, but only at night (maybe the humidity??) So, just a tip that if the code works (ie. light flashes green) but the door isn't working you may just have to tug slightly forward and then down to get the door open. Once we figured it out after that first evening, we had no further issues! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful condo in a fantastic location! Great restaurants and beaches in walking distance. Park was wonderful for watching sunsets. We enjoyed watching the surfers across the street. Condo had everything we needed for our vacation! Thanks for a fabulous trip. Can’t wait to come back!

This condo is a very nice updated condo across the street from beach and parks. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Area is very friendly and relaxed pool area is perfect for barbecue and swim and covered eating area.

This was the best unit I’ve ever rented anywhere - so well stocked, location was perfect, view is unmatched. If you are debating anything, look NO further!!! Rent here!!! You will not be sorry!!!!
