My wife and I and our kids aged 19 & 15 loved it here. Everything worked. Clean. Was exactly as pictured. My wife particularly enjoyed the balcony and view. Only downside was we couldn’t use the lazy river,too many kids jumping in and out of it. The bar was convenient for drinks and food but closed at 9. Good location we walked to a pier for parasailing and banana boat. A couple of restaurants and mini-golf within walking distance,also a pretty cool ice cream shop (Scooby’s) nearby also had frozen drinks. The Boardwalk area was just a short drive away which had some good restaurants,shops and rides. We recommend Rip Tydes for rooftop dining.

The property was OK to Good. Bed linens and sheets are old and needed improvement. The surrounding neighborhood was likely dead with not much activities going on. Amentities also need improvement. Three stars for the property and neighborhood.

Over a pleasant stay at the unit at Paradise Reaort. First to talk about the resort. Resort is dirty not well maintain. Pool was cloudy, lazy river was stinky and first day only two of the four elevators worked. Highly recommend that you park a cross the street as the garage is really tight with a large SUV. Beach was wonderful and we enjoyed the drinks at the tiki hut. Unit review. Wonderful view of the beach from the 11 floor. Unit is showing signs of age but fit our family of four very well. When they say bring your own paper products and consumables they mean everything. That means toilet paper, napkins paper towels hand soap, dish soap and garbage bags. A few things about the unit I think needs addressed. Light bulb in fridge is hanging by tape. Fridge freeze most thing even though on recommended setting. Fire alarm in master bedroom appears to be falling off wall. Some rust showing up on appliances and fixtures. But your at the beach with salt. These Things are going to happen. Master mattress probably is on it last legs too.

11th floor balcony had nightly view of ocean the pools and karoke entertainment and some fireworks on the beach very relaxing

Condo was not well maintained, half the plugins in the master doesnt work, hole in gueat bathroom door, paint rubbed off the walls in frint room from chair's, rotton wood around balcony and black mold. Veiws were amazing

Awesome location! The owner provided excellent communication & support. The only slightly down side was the cleanliness did not match the Amazing listing photos. Of course this may have been a one off thing. All in all, would definitely recommend the stay!

View GREAT, walk right on beach, parking is tight and limited, building and unit are dated. Beds seemed old. I would say it probably does work for most people wanting to stay right on the beach. Nothing good close for eating out, but a Neighborhood Walmart is clean and close by.

We had a awesome time, parking was tricky with out a parking key and one parking pass with 2 cars..

Came during off season so obviously our experience will be different than many who stay here because the building was probably at 20-30% capacity. This meant it was quiet, never a wait for the elevator, plenty of parking spots, etc… we loved it. As for the room itself it was exactly what we wanted which was a place that overlooked the ocean and beach with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kids had their own room with tv and bathroom so they were happy. The wife and I had a room with an ocean view and we could hear the waves at night which was great and relaxing. We did cook breakfast in the room every morning and the kitchen was sufficient for that purpose. Otherwise we didn’t really use the kitchen but if there a week or more would get more use. The only thing that maybe could use an upgrade is the mattress in the master, not completely shot yet but getting close. Overall great stay and would stay again.

My stay was excellent. Everything was excellent down to the weather. No complaints at all. The owners had a well equipped kitchen for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I just love this place. If I could rent monthly. I would love to Myrtle Beach. Waking up to the sounds of waves is healing for the soul

We really enjoyed this place! Stayed for our anniversary. Loved the location of the condo. Could use a good deep cleaning, (drapes we're dusty, lots of dust balls behind the nightstand) But for the most part was a nice place to stay. Would highly recommend.

This condo is amazing! Includes everything needed, perfect location, amazing ocean front view, amazing large balcony, amenities in the resort are amazing! Loved this place!!! Will definitely return!!!

It was a smooth transition

Condo was as shown in pictures, but…. the parking garage is a nightmare luckily you can park across the street. Room was dated and needs deep cleaned! The nightly music/DJ was extremely loud and deafening, you don’t go to the ocean to hear extremely loud music. The marijuana usage was RAMPANT!!! We even found a bag of marijuana in the elevator. Couldn’t even sit on our balcony because the smell was so bad. The smoking on balcony’s and the pool deck made it hard to enjoy the area!! So I would not recommend it, we even left a day early due to all these circumstances!!

Condo a bit dirty (sand on bedspreads). The front door was difficult to open with given code and our own code. We had to use shoulder power to open the door. We had to buy a shower mat for the tub to avoid slipping. We left it for the next renter. Mattresses need upgrading.

Property was so friendly and comfortable. We enjoyed our selves and would recommend this again. For sure😁

It’s a beautiful condo in a great location. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony looking out over the ocean, walks on the beach and relaxing in the hot tub and lazy river in the evenings.

Everything functions well and good space layout, with all necessities provided. Clean however older unit would benefit from fresh painting in places, to make it feel newer. We very much enjoyed our stay. Owner very accessible.

Enjoyed our stay, on the south side of Myrtle Beach. Easy parking and plenty of restaurants, but at this time of year a rental car or vehicle is required.

The tub stopper was broke so you were unable to take baths and there were people everywhere outside the balcony smoking so you couldn’t leave your doors open and enjoy the sound of the ocean unless you didn’t mind smelling like a cigarette

Nice condo and great loacation! We had to do a little cleaning our selves upon arrival though looks like the bed linens had not been washed, found some food stains on the ceiling in the kitchen and some empty paper towel wrappers in between wall and t.v. otherwise a great condo!

Right on the beach, super convenient , everything was as described. It was our first trip to the beach and was a great experience!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Property very clean. Location and view was great. The only issue was the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work.

Everything was great! Host was great, check-in was easy, and the unit was as pictured/described. Amazing views from the balcony. We didn't use the pool much but it looked good. The resort was quiet at night and lively during the day. We especially liked the evening DJ/pool party and on-site tiki bar. Beach chair rentals right outside. Would definitely stay again. It was too far to walk to the grand stand but uber was less than $10.
