The condo is located very central to Kihei. Easy to walk around for shopping and food. Condo is a little more used than pictures relay. No closet doors so utilities ie. water heater are exposed and furniture is falling apart in dining and living room. Rules on the property are too strict especially at the pool. There is an actual security guard to make sure kids don't have toys or jump in. Not allowed even a water bottle at the hot tub. Parking spots are very small.

Excellent location - property can handle a lot of people. The condo is slightly older thank I would have expected with popcorn ceilings. Overall I loved it and we enjoyed the beautiful beaches that Maui can offer.

Rebecca was wonderful to book with as she responded quickly and was very accommodating. Location to the beach was nice. The exterior of the building left a lot to be desired. The property itself is nice but much smaller than it appears in the photos. The dryer needs to be serviced as it would take 2-3 cycles to dry a load. Overall a great place for the price.

Just a reminder - this is a self service apartment, so dont expect the pantry to be stocked. It is listed in the description too.

This condo was just across the street from the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk. They also had a wonderfully pool area where we could use an outdoor grill. We had eleven in our group and although it was a little tight it was definitely doable you just have to be good friends. This would be perfect for a group of 8 or 9. This condo was very clean and it had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals. The washer and dryer were a great benefit. We would definitely stay here again.

The house ? was hard to find we did not realize it was in a high rise and the house online is actually on the corner as we drive into Pacific Shores. It was deceiving the place looked like a large home on line with water right outside. All in all we had a wonderful stay a little tight for 10 but everything we needed was at hand the washer and dryer was a needed necessity. We received our deposit within 2 weeks (thank you Rebecca). We would definitely stay there again. It was walking distance to everything.

Our stay at this property couldn't have been more enjoyable. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths our family of 8 had plenty of room. We arrived to find a very clean and well appointed condo. There is plenty of beach equipment which we used almost daily. The location is directly across the street from Charly Young beach, and a very short walk from Kam I. Both beaches are very accessible, and are fun and felt safe. We actually saw more sea turtles at Charly Young than we did on our booked snorkeling adventure. The ABC store is about a block away and has everything from groceries to gifts. We opted to have a mid-stay cleaning done, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The place was spotless when we returned that day. The owner, Rebecca, was wonderful! I had a couple of glitches from my end and she was very accommodating. She responded to my communications very quickly. I really appreciated her being so helpful every step of the way. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Mahalo, Rebecca!

Rebecca is the best host! Very attentive to your every need. We had everything our group of ten (ages 17 mos. to adult) needed to have fun at the beach. Especially appreciated the baby gear, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and the washer/dryer.

This location was perfect for our recent vacation to Hawaii for a family wedding. We had 3 couples traveling in our party, which worked well as each bedroom has a bathroom (2 attached, 1 right outside the bedroom). Also, the convenience of the washer and dryer was much appreciated. We were able to grill out because we had all the essentials needed for this enjoyable experience (grill down by the pool area, and all the proper grilling materials available in the condo for use). A local grocery store is a short drive down from this location. We were able to use the supplied beach chairs to make our trip to the beach more enjoyable. (Amazing sunsets!) There are also local souvenier type shops, restaurants, and bars within short walking distance. Rebecca was great to work with in the scheduling process and supportive throughout the trip.

Entire experience was excellent. Owner had open clear communication. Our group had a wonderful time and left feeling relaxed and refueled.

The set up of this unit worked really well for our two families with the kids all being able to be together and have their own bathroom. Kitchen was a bit small than we would have liked but it had everything we needed. The patio was tiny with space for only two chairs but it overlooks the parking lot so no need to sit out there. Very much appreciated the beach chairs and good beach towels! And the good washing machine and dryer were awesome to have. Decent walking distance to restaurants, beaches and other shopping. Pool and hot tub served the purpose well and the barbecues were really good. Older unit but appropriately priced.

We walked in and fell in love. Our family of seven adults, one teenager, one preteen and an infant shared this condo and there was plenty of room for all of us. I read all the reviews before I booked and there was one stood out about condo being smaller that expected because the pictures were misleading. Not at all! I thought we might be cramped but we weren't. All the rooms are maximized with amenities (bigger beds, full dressers, night stands) for your comfort. Which means you lose a little walking room but still plenty of room. The unit is very clean and has all the kitchen appliances you need and is equipped with everything you need for the beach. The only thing I would say was missing was some 409 or cleaning product to wipe the counters and tables with. The location is perfect. It is two minute walk to the beach and the ABC Store, five minute walk to Fred's Mexican Café (good food and drinks), Cinnamon Roll Place, smoothies, ice cream, and more shops. The opposite direction is a 10+ minute walk to Foodland Grocery Store, Starbucks, and Outrigger Pizza (delicious) and another beach area for paddle boarding. Rebecca, the owner, is super friendly and attentive. She truly wants her renters to have a pleasant experience.

The three bedroom/three bath condo allowed us to house the groom, groomsmen, parents, and an uncle all in one place. The easy access to the beach across the street and restaurants nearby was perfect. Beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board, ice chests, multiple televisions, well-equipped kitchen and two assigned parking spots all contributed to a successful trip.

Rebecca is great to work with. We had a beautiful time with our family at this property. We can’t wait to go back.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Loved the beach equipment and the coolers. They came in handy. Close walk to so many activities. Great BBQ grills at the pool and even a place to eat in the pool area. The condo was comfortable and clean. Perfect for two families.

We stayed here for one week and the condo was amazingly clean,roomy and well equipped for beachgoing families! The appliances were all new, the cupboards stocked with an assortment of pots and pans, plus dishware, drinkware and silverware was fairly new as well. Everything you needed to prepare meals was provided. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom combination was so convenient for our large group. What we did not expect were the amenities for beachgoing....lots of beach towels, boogey boards, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers. Nice beaches were within walking distance. The full size washer and dryer were a huge plus as well! Next time I won't need to bring as many clothes! ;-) The property manager Rebecca is amazingly attentive to any of your needs. The check in process was seamless, reserved parking was provided and the pool with outdoor grills was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this property and are considering using it again, although since we had so much fun, our group may get larger next time! Thanks again Rebecca and Mahalo!

Close to the beaches, and easy walk to shops and restaurants.

This stop was the middle of our Maui vacation. The layout was perfect for two families with kids (not tons of extra space, but fine for a vacation!). The condo was stocked with boogie boards, chairs and other goodies for the beach and items needed in the condo. Location was great for snorkeling Molokini, driving to the southern beaches (or walking a block to the very close one), and heading up the street to do an outrigger canoe morning with one of the local clubs! Washer/Dryer were great. We used the pool (small but just right for relaxing!) each day and then walked to dinner a few nights-tons of places close by if you don't want to drive. Hitting the cinnamon roll shop near by was a breakfast treat too. Good communication before and during. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location, great condo with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone, especially great for a family..
