I recommend this property to anyone. Will differently rent again. Loved sitting outside on the back porch watching the sunrise and having coffee. Location great to other keys. We really enjoyed the cabana club.

Great place to stay with the family and friends. Heather was a great host, responded promptly and very accommodating. Layout was perfect for the whole family. Enjoyed swimming in the canal and having access to the boat slip directly out front!!

Loved staying in this townhome. Super clean, nice beds, bathroom and kitchen. Liked the lanai overlooking the water. Excellent access to our friend's boat which he could keep right out back. Host very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in a similar property of hers last year and liked them both. Would definitely return.

Everything was beautiful. The water outside by the dock was so clear and amazing. We seen an eel and a couple of nurse sharks. The kids swam in the water every chance they got. Even some of us adults enjoyed the water. Getting up each morning to the view we all miss already. We would definitely rent again. Then on top of it all the cabana club was just as wonderful. Beautiful beach and pool. The only thing is we didn’t realize we couldn’t bring our coolers in. That should be put on the site with you member ship to the cabana. Other then that everything was Amazing!!!

The owner was very accommodating. Helped with all of our needs, going out of their way. We were very appreciative. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, well equipped and conveniently located! We loved fishing off the dock in the evenings and having a place to dock our boat. Had manatees that visited daily!

Property was just as advertised although the Cabana Club access which was part of our interest was effectively unavailable to us. We stayed Saturday-Sunday and the Club closes at 7PM only 3 hours after the earliest check in at 4PM, and this fact wasn't advertised anywhere. We only realized it when we were on the way there. It opened the next day at 10AM which was checkout time, leaving us only 3 hours of use for it at the very beginning so we were not able to use it at all. If you aren't planning to stay more than a day, this amenity is effectively useless to you. Besides that the property was lovely, very clean and quiet with tons of space!

The place was beautiful. Amenities close. Great food close. Everything we needed and more. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Would love to come back.

Villa was in a very nice and quit community. Views were beautiful with the canal right out the back door. Super nice docks to walk and fish on. House was extremely clean and nice. The bowl of goodies left by the owners was great too! I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

Fun fishing off dock, lots of restaurants & activities within a short drive. 10am checkout is hard and slight problem with ants and roaches but that is very normal in the warm climate.

A great family home located in a good area. We enjoyed the big porch which looks right out at the water and availability for fishing.

We stayed here with our adult family of five. It had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and outdoor porch sitting area for dining or gathering. One bedroom and full bath on first floor. Three bedrooms and two full baths on second floor. What’s great is all bedrooms have two separate balconies for gathering— one in front balcony off the master suite with waterfront view; and a back balcony facing the parking lot. This is great when you have age differences in your group and each has their own space for socializing.

Great property, we're not crazy about the Colony Beach Club would rather have access to the resort. Property location is excellent!

Had a great time, place was as advertised and very clean.

The townhouse was perfectly located for exploration of the keys. Since this was a siblings + spouses vacation having 4 bedrooms with Queen or King beds in each was exactly what we needed. A bonus was our morning and nightly walks along the dock to see what sea life could be spotted (sharks, moray eel, manatees, lion fish just to name a few).

Liked the view, property, location, boat dock outside and responsiveness when we needed assistance. Could use updating on Master Bed, a bit squeaky we could not get cable on the living room TV, we had to call owner to get cable on, and we were told to go to front desk of Hawks Cay Resort to retrieve a bracelet for onsite amenities/club access but they were hesitant to give it to us because we were not renting directly through them. Also there was no remote for the downstairs bdrm tv and no buttons to turn the tv on without the remote. Advised owners but there was no spare to give us so no TV in that room for the week. Since the villa came with boat parking and even though boat trailers were parked across from the Villa, we had to pay an additional $200 to park the trailer down the street. Lastly, though this is minor, after spending over 2000 for 5 nights, we thought we might get an email or text thanking us for choosing their villa after our stay had ended but we never received anything. We rented the villa for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. The villa was clean and well appointed. We took our boat down and it was great to be able to walk out the back directly onto the dock where our boat was tied up. Travel time out into the Atlantic was about 10 minutes. Many good restaurants were available within a 10-15 minute drive. Being within the Hawk's Cay Resort, the area around the villa was very safe and well maintained.

We had a fantastic week in Duck Key. The home was perfectly located for what we wanted to do, and the dock steps away from the porch was so so so convenient. Loved our stay and will def. be back !!!!

We fished out of Marathon and having this place was nice to come back to each evening!

We have been to Hawks Cay several times and always enjoy it. The property was nice and accommodating to our needs. Jeanne was very responsive to questions.

We were very happy with the villa and the view of the water. We had a great time and we want to return next year.

We had 8 adults in the house and the 4 bedrooms were spacious for all of us. The waterfront deck was a great space for breakfast and hangout after dinner. Jeanne was very responsive to all of our questions and was very helpful during our stay. We went to the Cabana Club for one day and we enjoyed the beach and pool. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!
