Nice clean place. Took my adult son with 3 little sons and we had plenty of room. Didn’t have too many questions for the owners but when I did they were quick to answer.

The property was extremely clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location is in an ideal area of the Florida Keys with lots of amenities and attractions nearby. The host were very attentive to our questions and needs. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Clean, well-maintained property. Had all amenities. Access to canal is not direct. Fishing from the dock provided hours of entertainment for grandson. Be sure to do parasailing and dolphin experience.

Perfect-perfect-perfect! Our group very much enjoyed our stay. Cottage is well appointed, most comfortable and clean. Ideal location and dip pool relaxing too. Brenda and Jarod were perfect hosts. Hope to stay again sometime.

Close to everything. Could use more shelves in closets since there were no dressers. Since it was only 1 full bath upstairs it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms for makeup and hair for the ladies. Pool was lovely location and plenty of chairs. Beautiful view of the bay.

This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys. Location was great at the mid-point of the Keys. Beautiful town house well appointed and clean. Nice amenities in Hawks Cay Resort area. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is in a great location in Hawks Cay. The property is clean, well stocked and decorated beautifully. The owners are pleasant and responsive.
Side note: the waterfront dock behind the unit is not accessible due to HOA issues.

Fantastic villa! Everyone had a great time. Villa has everything needed for a great stay. Housekeeping was still cleaning at 3:30 when we arrived so we left and came back. Had a little trouble getting in, but owner fixed problem immediately. Otherwise, a perfect experience!

A wedding & a Vacation
We attended our grandson’s wedding in the Keys and made a 5day vacation out of the trip, also. Our family loved our stay in #7030 on Duck Key. Everything was clean, great kitchen with every tool needed to fix a hardy breakfast each morning. Comfortable beds and lots of comfy furniture in the living room. The patio was so relaxing, especially the spa in the evening after a busy day. Every need was promptly met with just a text or a phone call. A most memorable time in our lives with the wedding and our stay in this villa!

Beautiful Duck Key
Jarod was very responsive and informative about his villa in Hawks Kay. It was a great place to visit with our family. The bees are spectacular and the dip pool was a big bonus. We also visited the cabana club that came with the rental. Great pool, food and services. Highly recommend this for your next keys stay.

Very clean, lots of amenities
We had a lovely stay here! The house was very clean, Jarod was a great communicator, he provided good recommendations and maps, and the house had great amenities that we really appreciated such as beach chairs, a cooler, coffee maker, ice maker, etc. The dock and channel in the backyard are beautiful and great for walking around. We also really enjoyed The Wreck restaurant which is very close by.

This was a great place to stay! They had a booklet that laid everything out for you so there were no questions to be asked. It was very clean and cozy and perfect for 4 people.

February Getaway to the Keys
This is a great property and the pictures don't do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus, so nice after a long day and come back and relax in it. Love the private backyard. Enjoyed Angler and Ale restaurant we recommend it. Also loved access to the Cabana Club in Key Colony Beach and it's only 15 minutes away. Thank you Jarod for all of your support and we would no doubt be back in the near future!

Great townhome condo on Duck Key
Lovely two bedroom condo with two and 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable. Lots of kitchen supplies, comfortable beds and linens as well as a beautiful little patio.

Lovely Birthday Celebration Trip
Having alreay stayed at the resort on Duck Key prior we wanted something a bit more private for our Birthday celebration trip. This villa was PERFECT. It was clean as a tack! Extremely well appointed with furnishings, linens, beach towels and chairs, small beach cooler, fully stocked kitchen, super heated splash pool and convenient parking right out front! Jarod and Brenda were very responsive to all communications. Enjoyed a fishing charter and special birthday dinner celebration at Hideaway Cafe. A wonderful trip!! We for SURE will be back again soon!

Holiday getaway
This is a very nice property in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed the spa, which was very relaxing in the evening. We also loved taking walks on the boardwalk directly behind the condo on the canal. The Cabana Club was so nice to have access to since you cannot use the amenities on Hawk’s Cay.

Great location in middle of the FL Keys. Condo had everything you need for a vacation. They provided beach chairs, beach towels, and small cooler. We cooked at home a few nights and they had all the utensils needed for cooking. Hot tub was great.

Paradise in the Keys
We arrived at Jarod's unit and the place was immaculate. Easy check-in. It is a very well maintained home with high end appliances and everything in the unit. We had to call Jarod to get help with the TV in the living space. He got back to us right away and helped my husband figure out the problem. Problem solved.
We enjoyed the spa on the patio and the location was perfect. We were very happy with our choice.

Wonderful place to stay. Prefect for a couples getaway. Spa was nice to come back to for a relaxing evening. Location is convenient for fishing and exploring the keys without all the hustle and bustle of key west, yet close enough to key west for a day trip.

Duck Key rental
The unit was more than large enough for my wife and I. Owner provided many things I’ve had to bring along or purchase myself locally before. The peacefulness of the stay was wonderful as we had no guests at the neighboring units the week we were there. Enjoyed the stay immensely and owners were very interested in ensuring we enjoyed ourselves.
