Property was well kept up. Took a night for us to get used to the beds, but overall the stay was wonderful.

We were very pleased how clean and neat the accommodations were . Very comfortable and very nice location. Only short coming was the back bedrooms bathroom was really tight . A large person would have extreme problem using the commode because of knee room . Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much . I would not hesitate to stay again.

Loved the location of this property! Nice area of the Keys, easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Could use updated beds, pots/pans and a rubber spatula to make things nicer for your stay. Good communication with owner. Pool was heated and clean. Would recommend to friends!

The property was as advertised in the VRBO listing. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was very quiet yet convenient to local attractions and restaurants. It would be an excellent choice for one seeking a laid back experience.

Right in the middle of the Keys, this 1/2 Duplex sits on a Duck Key channel, where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset, walks around nice neighborhoods, and then have just minutes of driving to some great restaurants and nature hikes. Comfortable and clean roomy suite, with all you need to hang out or be on the go. A small pool is shared with the other half of the duplex. Plenty of outdoor shade and seating a few feet from the channels edge.

The property was great yet on our last night the smoke detector started to go off at 2am intermittently until 3:30am when it wouldn’t shut off. I contacted VRBO customer service who then tried multiple times to contact the homeowner with no answer. We were stuck sitting outside in the cold waiting for the owner to come and fix the issue since it was hard wired into the house. We couldn’t take any batteries out and I was not going to destroy property that was not my own. VRBO never had any luck reaching the property owner but advised me to call the local police. As I was about to call, the alarm stopped. It did beep twice more at 5:30am but stayed off. As we were checking out at 9am and I desperately needed sleep before we had to drive for miles, I did not do anything further. I am very disappointed in the property owner and their lack of response or communication. The property itself served our needs for the short weekend but the owner needs to make sure that all systems are working properly.

We all love this property. It is a smaller duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side. Right on a canal with boat parking and a wonderful yard for hanging out and a heated pool that is shared. Washer and drier located outside in the front of the house. The only complaint we could think of was the mattresses were too firm for our taste and the bathroom for the master was in the hallway. We would stay here again and would be fun to book both sides with a group! We had a fishing charter out of the hawks cay marina and anglers and ale prepared our fish that night. So fun!

Simple 2 bedroom, but pool and yard on the canal is great!

Overall was a nice place to stay. Can’t beat the location or amenities of having a pool and canal out the back door. The furnishings could be updated.

Great location. Great property

We absolutely love this property on Duck Key. We have been renting this duplex almost every year for 12 yrs (minus a hurricane here and there). Its like our second home and it never gets old. Its so easy to access the Atlantic and Gulf for all your fishing, snorkeling, and lobstering. The water is always beautiful and the wildlife that comes through the canals is amazing. Mari is a great host/owner who is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I can't wait for our next stay!

Beautiful home on a canal in Duck Key! We loved the pool and view. Great space for our family of 4 for vacation with the ability to dock a boat outside the home.

This 2BR, 2 Bath is the best place to stay in Duck Key. There are no steps to climb, the unit is tastefully decorated, it has a pool and plenty of seating under the large tiki huts, and your boat is steps from the back door. You can rent 1/2 of the duplex or both sides with an adjoining door in the living space. Beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked with ample cookware, and the location is premier. We love renting it every year.

We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, was a wonderful location and beautiful property! Mari was very responsive to our questions, house was very clean and so was pool and property. We had great neighbors and made friends, was a wonderful time!!

When we walked into this place it was WOW! Very clean, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Wish the weather would have been a little better but we had a great time. 4/10/23 - 4/14/23. The only thing I would change is the 9:00 AM check out. But over all would highly recommend and we would stay again. Thank You
